I reached out to the clinic to ask about options for unused services, but was informed that refunds are not provided. I was told they would follow up, but I did not receive further communication. This experience was disappointing, as I was hoping for more flexibility given the circumstances. I recommend clarifying policies in advance before purchasing treatment packages.
