The flowers looked like blobs, the French tips were not even or consistent. The nails were misshaped, uneven, and the same finger on each hand did not match. Not to mention, someone came in after me and was apparently impatiently waiting for me to be done even though I was there on an appointment. The vibe was meh. The tech could barely speak English enough to have any sort of conversation with me. I went home, filed all of it off, and redid them myself. Waste of $90. I called and spoke with a manager to tell them my experience. They told me I could come back and have them fix it for me. Why would I go back and have the same person who already wasted so much time on a poorly done acrylic set "fix" it for me? Was told the techs work on commission and they do not fix each others work. Recommended Diane next time. Great. Wish I knew that before I booked. Not going back.

I…read moredont get my nails done often because of the cost, upkeep, and the fact that I wear gloves all the time and therefore you can never see them, but for special occasions I like to splurge so I dont have to worry about breaking a nail. I had a fantastic experience. Christine is very friendly and easy to talk to. She answered all my questions and was helpful in picking out colors and nail art. My appointment was at 10am, which is opening for them, and Christine was there, prepped and ready for me when I showed up 5-10 minutes early. She isn't overly aggressive when it comes to handling your sensitive cuticles and really wants to make sure you are 100% happy with your nails. My pedicure included a nice massage with homemade foot scrub (by the owner) and they also sell homemade cuticle oil. I would highly recommend booking an appointment with Christine if you are in the area! Besides nail services, they also do massages and hair!

Today, I went in for those trending "Hailey Bieber Nails" and they delivered! Bubble Bath Gel Polish with chrome powder on top (: I usually like keeping my nails long, but mine were all broken and different sizes when I came in. They fixed them up (miraculously) and my nails looked brand new! I never know how they're able to fix anything and everything with such perfection. I've come here before to get intricate designs, all sorts of shapes, and all different types of polishes and they never fail to make me happy with the outcome! Prices I think are very reasonable as well which is a huge plus! Everyone who works there is honestly hilarious and makes you feel like you've been a customer forever even if it's just your second time there. Last time I went, my friend got a mani pedi and decided to remove the polish on her fingers and toes the next day because it was so sloppy. They often do fewer coats than necessary and don't bring the polish all the way to the end of the nail. Sometimes there's problems with leaving polish or even acrylic on the surrounding skin. This last time lots of what looked like specks of dirt appeared on top of my acrylic nails in the hours after my appointment which I'm told is a result of inadequate drying between coats of gel polish. I stopped back in to the shop to show the woman who did my nails what happened to be helpful - not asking for a free polish change or anything - and her response disappointed me. She said that must be from the hair dye I use or touching ink on paper. I've never dyed my hair and handle almost no physical paper, not that either of those things would create the speckled effect I was left with on my nails. On top of that, the prices have never aligned with the price menu posted in the shop. I'm really unclear what my acrylic nails that look permanently dirty cost me (because it was combined with a regular manicure and 2 pedicures) but they weren't cheap, so if you're choosing this place for price reasons you may want to keep looking.

Gave them a call and went in to get them fixed. I had barely made it out the door when half of the last layer was already completely off. the person who helped me was more concerned to go home than do a good job. I offered to come back at a better time and her response was "I will get it done and go home after." one of the nails she had to do 3x. The repair she did was a total mess and the layers of the product had come off in less than 2 days. The staff member who did my pedicure and manicure took great care. She was gentle, and made good conversation throughout, though they kept interacting in their own language. The owner checked in a couple of times to make sure everything was going well, which I really appreciated. The salon was clean, calm, and comfortable, just as I've always remembered it. Overall, it turned out to be a lovely experience , looks like the new team is off to a wonderful start!

So one day leaving PT my hubby and I decided to go get pedicures there to literally test the waters! We met the husband and wife owners. The pedis were wonderful. Remind you the husband (owner) was extremely delicate.. he made sure he adjusted himself to get the job done due to my leg's sensitivity (remember I'm currently in PT). Needless to say in came back two days later to get a full set (I didn't get oic of them) but I absolutely loved them. I found a design on IG and the wife... Yenny did exactly what it was! So I do get bored QUICK with my nails and designs (no matter how cute they are) so I went back today... exactly 2 weeks later (no fill in needed) and AGAIN... Yenny did exactly what I asked for from multiple pics off IG... she definitely understood the assignment! As my young daughter would say "she ate!"
