I went to get s lift and tint. Lola was great and nice, but I hate their policy when it comes to being a few minutes late or not being able to make it. On 2/1/2022, heading out to my car for my 10am appt I realized someone had broke into my car. My belongings worth about $1500 was gone. Obviously I called the police and made a report and didn't make my 10am appt with Lola. She texted I called and told her what happened. I was stressed and upset. She said it was okay. Then a few minutes later she texted me that she needed to charge me %50 of my service for missing the appt. I was even more upset. I felt this day 2 thieves stole from me. Lola and the business should have been more considerate of my emergency. I had proof of what happened!! I am a client... and to continue to build on that they should have a wiggle room for such emergencies. If you're a few minutes late they don't see you and still charge you 50%. We live in LA we are bound to hit traffic if they haven't realized it. My lift and tint only lasted about 3 days anyway and paid tons. I'm really numbed and dissatisfied with their rules and no sympathy to my incident. They lost me as a client for sure! read more

I have fairly thin eyebrows and they're pretty sparse due to previous inexperienced beauty techs so it's really hard to get my eyebrows to look even and great. Tina did a phenomenal job.
