I've gone back to…read moreher 10+ times and don't have any complaints. $20 deposit PER USUAL for anything you schedule beforehand since time is precious and cancellations happen. The deposit goes towards your total. She is lashing 100% of the time but her response time is still great. To start, she always makes sure you are comfortable upon arriving. The bathroom is readily available and she'll have the heat/AC on depending on the weather. Cutest thing - she always has a candy bowl stocked!! She'll never rush you and will wait if you need to use the restroom, sneeze, etc. During the lashing process, she'll have music playing. Everything is clearly communicated to you - style, length, what she's doing. She's probably the most thorough out of everyone i've gone to. She has great lash isolation - there's no extra glue, no clumping, none attached to the lid. She always primes before lashing and bonds after lashing. Like i said, THOROUGH. At the end, she'll always confirm how you like your lashes and is always receptive to criticism and feedback. The lady loves lashing and wants you to love them too. This not just a job. Even if time is limited, she won't rush and makes sure you feel 100% happy. She always gives me 2 lash spoolies. Overall, Cynthia is very professional, pays attention to detail, and her work is AMAZING. I posted a picture below. She is always consistent. My lashes are still full up to the 3 week mark. My retention is always good but sometimes i have bad allergies so any fall out is really my fault! She's transparent w the state of your lashes - haha she knows i sleep on my left side so it's more bare and i have a bad tendency to burn my lashes from smoking. She'll never lie to you and goes above & beyond w communication and transparency. If you want to look like a baddie, you've come to the right spot! I recommend all my friends.
