Though there was a slight language barrier (Spanish/english) i was still taken care of with patience, care, and attentiveness. I told her what we were looking for (had no idea what to get) she showed me a couple options and i believe she could tell when i thought she would like these. As i was showed similar styles/set ups and different sizes. I told her the range i was looking to she showed me the low end the high end and everything in between. They can custom make in the same day request but trust me no need. They should have already made what you may be looking for, or like in my case not even knowing what you want. I purchased. Went to go get a haircut she held them for me until i got back. I returned (30-45 minutes later) and already 2-3 next to mine were sold. Important thing mine was not! When i left we were taken care of with new vases, fresh water, and boxes to hold our vases for the travel home. Love it and would come back (30-45 minutes from home) to get my wife something this special. *this is not Kroger/HEB folks. This is a real deal local florist who locally delivers, does customs same day if possible, and makes beautify art with what she has* Of course when you walk in. It's a flower shop. When you are delivering flowers to someone who's husband or brother has just passed away... how could it ever be a good idea to make their lives more difficult or add negativity to their day. My grandfather recently passed away, and a family friend sent both my Grandmother and Great Aunt each a flower arrangement. This woman did not call my aunt in advance, so when she arrived, no one was home, she called and barked 'I have flowers for you! I'm on your porch!' My aunt wasn't expecting them, so she was two hours from being home. The lady said, 'I'll leave them outside your door.' My aunt said it was 100F outside and they'd die in an hour. So she asked her if she could come back at 4p. 'No.' My aunt asked why she was being so rude given that they hadn't warned her or she would have made arrangements to be there. THE LADY HUNG UP ON HER. My aunt called back, and the lady hung up a SECOND TIME! So my aunt called again and was informed she'd have to come pick them up herself, click. Without telling her where to go. So my aunt had to call AGAIN. Absolutely ridiculous to treat someone that way ever, especially a customer and even more so someone grieving a loss. Then my grandmother got a call that she had flowers and was barked at about being there to get them. She said she wouldn't be home till 5:30 and the lady said, "Absolutely not!! I won't deliver past 5! I'll leave them on the porch!' My grandma couldn't handle asking for anything different (SHE JUST LOST HER HUSBAND!). She rushed home to get there by 5, and the lady was in her car and barked out, "They're over there!" Like who does any of this?! They completely left our names off of the card and instead placed their company logo on the card, so my girlfriend's grandmother thought that the florist had sent her flowers because their company logo was where our name should have been. Confused, she left them at the front desk and didn't even take them to her room. I didn't know until two days later. My girlfriend's grandmother is 90 years old and hard of hearing. She didn't understand over the phone that the flowers weren't from the florist, but my girlfriend and I. My girlfriend called the business assuming they were completely unaware of what had happened, but they already knew and simply didn't care. They received a call from the assisted living facility inquiring about the sender but did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. A responsible business would have immediately investigated to clarify who the flowers were supposed to be from and made attempts to resolve the matter. I guess this florist viewed this instead viewed this as a way to get some free advertising with the $67 we paid them. At first this business was mildly apologetic yet offered no remedy. After some pressure expressing how frustrated we were, they sent a much smaller arrangement with our name on it. My girlfriend's grandmother received it the next day and did display it in her room. Meanwhile, the true arrangement we spent $67 on sits at the front desk of the assisted living facility as free advertisement. Sending flowers isn't simply about flowers. It is a gesture to show someone you care. What florists are really selling is the ability to make a gesture of caring, flowers just happen to be the mechanism. Without showing someone you made the gesture (with the card), their service is worthless.

No two arrangements are exactly alike and color and/or variety substitutions of flowers and containers may be necessary. Prices and availability of seasonal flowers may vary. " The arrangement received: Although the roses were white with hints of pink, the overwhelming presence of white hydrangeas(?) overpowered the sparse pink/coral carnations and gerberas. (The only solid white flower in the picture were the lilies surronded by pink/coral..colors I was hoping for.) I wouldn't have minded if the arrangement was primarily white but it simply looks NOTHING like the photo. Overall it lacked a proper balance/ arrangement. the hydrangeas looked like an after thought to act as an oversized filler. The disclaimer, "They will be produced as closely as possible to the picture," is a joke. On the plus, you can order flowers from them online.. As long as you don't have high expectations for the arrangements to look remotely close to the pictures on their website, you'll be okay with this place.

I am very pleased with the flowers ordered for a friend who lost his mother. I appreciated them noting this so that I can set my expectations. In my experience, I loved the arrangement they made better than the one on the website. The website photo had no color. I loved the yellow added to brighten up the arrangement because although it was sent for a sad occasion, it added a brightness that to me symbolized "celebration" of life and I am so glad this small touch was added. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because, although my experience was excellent, I would suggest they send a confirmation email that the flowers had been delivered. I had to call at 2pm for my own follow-up. I was told they were in route, but I later had to call my friend and ask if they received them to make sure they were delivered. So my suggestion to make this a five star experience is to send customers courtesy emails confirming the delivery. Other than that I will definitely use them again in the future.
