The composition of the bouquet is perfect and is perhaps one of the most beautiful I have ever received. It was packaged spectacularly and each layer got more impressive. The outer very attractive wrapping was carefully draped around the stems with an impressive bow at the base. The stems were wrapped in a sponge like water retentive packaging which would have allowed me to leave the flowers unattended to for some time. The stems were appropriately cut at an angle to best take in water and last longer. I hope I have the opportunity to use Lush Flowers to make someone's day. The shop is well named.

From the disclaimer, I figured they would replace any flowers they didn't have with another of the same coral/pink hues and roughly the same size. Disclaimer from the website: "When you order custom designs, they will be produced as closely as possible to the picture. Please remember that each design is custom made. No two arrangements are exactly alike and color and/or variety substitutions of flowers and containers may be necessary. Prices and availability of seasonal flowers may vary. " The arrangement received: Although the roses were white with hints of pink, the overwhelming presence of white hydrangeas(?) overpowered the sparse pink/coral carnations and gerberas. (The only solid white flower in the picture were the lilies surronded by pink/coral..colors I was hoping for.) I wouldn't have minded if the arrangement was primarily white but it simply looks NOTHING like the photo. Overall it lacked a proper balance/ arrangement. the hydrangeas looked like an after thought to act as an oversized filler. The disclaimer, "They will be produced as closely as possible to the picture," is a joke. On the plus, you can order flowers from them online.. As long as you don't have high expectations for the arrangements to look remotely close to the pictures on their website, you'll be okay with this place.

I am very pleased with the flowers ordered for a friend who lost his mother. I appreciated them noting this so that I can set my expectations. In my experience, I loved the arrangement they made better than the one on the website. The website photo had no color. I loved the yellow added to brighten up the arrangement because although it was sent for a sad occasion, it added a brightness that to me symbolized "celebration" of life and I am so glad this small touch was added. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because, although my experience was excellent, I would suggest they send a confirmation email that the flowers had been delivered. I had to call at 2pm for my own follow-up. I was told they were in route, but I later had to call my friend and ask if they received them to make sure they were delivered. So my suggestion to make this a five star experience is to send customers courtesy emails confirming the delivery. Other than that I will definitely use them again in the future.

Jenny helped me get this huge bouquet in my car and was amazing throughout the entire process. My boss was equally blown away by the beauty of this bouquet. They have a customer for life now!
