We had purchased a photography and videography package for our November 2024 wedding from Blushing Bride Photo and Video and everything turned out amazing! We have absolutely no complaints as their service was impeccable and all photos/video were delivered in the timeframe that was clearly communicated with us! One year before our wedding, we first heard of Blushing Bride as they were one of the preferred vendors that work with Disneyland, and we were planning on having our wedding at Disneyland Hotel. We live in a different state, so we were a little nervous going into the planning but we heard back from Blushing Bride as soon as I submitted my inquiry! They provided clear and quick information, answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable from our first contact when we have not even met in person yet. Our videographer, Tigran, reached out to us for a phone call soon after and maintained contact with us throughout the year to answer any of our questions and to help us envision our photography and videography for our wedding. On the day of our wedding, Tigran and our photographer, Klaudia arrived at our agreed upon time and made my family, friends, and I feel very comfortable even when we were all feeling very nervous. This was the first time I met Tigran and Klaudia in person but they were both very professional, efficient, and also so friendly! They guided my husband and I through the photography and videography and helped us keep things flowing throughout the day while also making us laugh and feel comfortable. Thanks to Tigran's photography schedule arrangement, we were able to take all of the photos with friends and family that we wanted to take before our wedding and still had time to relax before the wedding and during our cocktail hour! BB was one of the three recommend photographer companies recommend by the Disneyland resort for the Disney weddings and was the best choice we made. They are the most fairly priced for all their packages (including video) and were very courteous to work with our wedding date. Originally their main photographer Lily wasn't available due to scheduling conflicts but managed to work things out where she can do our wedding. Day of the wedding Lily was already super early and was working with my soon to be wife in getting beautiful photos of her getting ready for our day. She recommended to us to do a first look and we didn't regret it. She captured some joyful and tearful moments and we knew we had to let her have full creative control on our wedding day. From Beginning to end, Tigran and his team were amazing to work with, very professional, and definitely understanding to how stressful a wedding can be to plan. Tigran was quick to respond to my initial request for photography services, and was informative and patient with me as a picked through the photography packages to choose the right one for me and my husband. Our photographers, Vincent, Klaudia, and Brian took amazing photos and a beautiful video for us. As for my bridal photography experience, Vincent was not only kind, but extremely patient and understanding of the whole wedding process and ensuring we got beautiful and perfect photos. Vincent was instructive, but really kind about it, and it was very reassuring and calming to work with amongst other chaos. Regretfully, my husband and the groomsmen did not have the best of time with their photographer, Klaudia at the beginning of the day for the pre-photos. As beautiful as the groomsmen/groomsmen photos are, they do feel forced and uniformed in some instances, which was then confirmed by them. The groomsmen wanted to take more relaxed photos, but were told to pose in a more serious format with no wiggle room to compromise, which can be seen in the photos. This was a very different experience than from what I had with Vincent, who was very open to different photographic styles and wanted my opinion through the whole process. Additionally, communication was a bit shaky during the wedding, as both parties were trying to plan around each other, so my husband would not see me before the wedding. Communication between Vincent and I was golden, but very shaky between Klaudia, the groom, and groomsmen, leading the them not having the best photography experience. Besides the hiccups, the photography was fantastic, overall, and I would recommend Blushing Bride to all of my friends who may get married in the future! read more

After a few weeks, we received our wedding photos and we were so amazed with all of them. They had so many options for us to choose from. Just as a tip, it is important to have two photographers. Vincent and Heather both had different styles and tones of the same shot as well as different angles to choose from, which gives you options! Also, they were able to get some amazing photos that I don't think they would have been able to get if there was only one photographer. Afterwards, we received our wedding video rough draft and it was perfect. We did not need to really change anything. The team included so many details we almost forgot about or didn't get to see because we were so busy dancing the day/night away. Wow! Exceptional service from start to finish!! Tigran called me right away when I expressed interest in using Blushing Bride for my wedding on April 3, 2021 at Calamigos Ranch: The Pavilion in Malibu, CA. He spent an hour on the phone with me answering all my questions, giving advice, and sharing his ideas and packages for our wedding photography and videography. He gave me excellent recommendations that were all respectful of the pricing that I had indicated for my photography/videography budget. Throughout the planning process, Tigran would get in contact with me to ensure I hadn't changed my mind on anything, which of course I had. I was debating for obvious reasons pricing and if it was really necessary to get me and my gals in robes getting our make up and hair done. Our wedding was rescheduled from May 30, 2019 to July 10, 2021 due to COVID restrictions in Los Angelos. From the very first business dealings, Tigran, the manager, was courteous and knowledgeable. He even made time to meet with us at the very beginning of our search for a wedding photographer to talk with us and show us the kinds of wedding packages and completed photo albums his business offered.
