He quickly changed the tire to our donut and very nice. We called ahead to Joe's and they were so nice checking for our tire size in stock. Luckily the employee was able to plug the tire. He didn't stop there, he dunked it to make sure it wasn't leaking. Helped us put the donut back in truck after he filled it with air, and aired up all four tire. All this for $25. Pulled into the parking lot at McDonalds nearby and called this shop. We explained the situation, they were less than 5 minutes away and asked us to head over so the mechanics could take a look. The mechanics came out as soon as we pulled up, take a look, gave us a diag and an estimate within 10-15 minutes. Unfortunately, they wouldn't be able to obtain the parts for a couple days and we had to be in LA by morning. So no repair was done but they assured us it was safe to drive the vehicle back home to swap vehicles. They didn't charge anything for the diag and were very friendly and helpful!

But as we were driving to California, we heard the scraping sounds and, of course, that part has fallen again and was dragging. We looked up the closest body shop in Blythe, just about 3 miles from where we were. Unfortunately, everyone was gone for lunch, and the receptionist suggested we try the tire shop next door What a lifesaver Joe's Tires was! We explained our issue, and were told they would take a look and help if they could. Who minutes later, the guy said he had zip-tied everything and that it was very secure and not going to move. He said we could just pay him whatever we wanted. When we got home, the car went back to the body shop, and when they saw what Joe's Tires had done, they said it was super secure and they wouldn't change anything. They were so nice and squeezed us in since they knew we were mid-trip. And they did a great job and let us choose our price! Bravo Joe's Tires!

A tire in that condition shouldn't have been sold to anyone, especially at that price. I expected a safe, usable tire, but instead I ended up with something that needed to be replaced almost immediately. I feel like I wasted my money, and I'm very disappointed with the quality of the product and the lack of honesty. I won't be coming back, and I suggest others inspect any tire they buy here very carefully before leaving.

It was a 100.00 whether someone was at the shop or not. I had no idea where I was, it was pitch dark. I am not rich and did not want to risk 100.00 for a chance. I sat in my car from 10pm to 630 the next morning and called the number again. The old man hung up his phone. I called again at 7 am , and he screamed at me that I was a no-show the night before. I asked him why he was yelling at me, I just spent the night in my car scared to death. He said it was not his concern he said to go somewhere else, he would not help me. Do not go to this tire shop. The guy must be having some sort of breakdown. I hope he gets treated better than he treated me, if he ever needs help.
