Took my tires to get replaced here and I was going to have an alignment done the next day, well I canceled my alignment and took back some of the weights I found. The weights were literally falling off the tires when I was putting them on the truck. I took some of the weights I found to the shop and they asked if I wanted to have my tires balanced again, my response was appropriate NO, if you can't do it right the first time why would I trust them to do it right the second time. I didn't ask for a refund or anything but I will never go back to them again. Weights should not fall off a tire before you even drive the car!! read more

Long overdue 5 star recommendation for this place! We were driving from Phoenix to LA and crossing the border into CA a truck behind me started honking and flashing his light off and on. The car had been pulling to the right, so I thought I bet I've got a flat tire. Sure enough pulled off the freeway on Lovekin and pulled into Del Taco parking lot. Yes I got a serious low tire with a nail or screw in it that I can see. . Wife runs in orders food I look up tire shop on Yelp and see good year a couple blocks away. Wife comes out with food we drive 2 blocks to good year and I walk into the office and say I've got a nail in my tire is that the sort of thing your shop can help me out with? He says pull your car over there behind that truck, they will take care of you next. Guy finishes the truck and says "what do we have going on?" I say I got a nail right here in this tire. Dude knocks it out in about 15-20 minutes tells me to go in the office and give them this order slip. I go in and hand the office guy the order slip that says tire repair. I say what do I owe you? He says 25 dollars. I pay cash and give the guy who fixed the tire a 5 dollar bill on my way off. This was 2pm on a Friday, had this happened on a sunday or after 5 pm who knows. Total hacks! Ripping off travelers and senior citizens. Be aware!! My travel trailer needed tires on a road trip. Walked in and explained what I wanted. I gave them all the information, tire pressures, I wanted them balanced too. When they were done I went out to drive off and noticed no valve stem caps on all 3 tires(I paid for new stems and caps). I asked the idiot that did the job what tire pressure he set and he said 55 and I told the idiot at the counter I wanted 44! A week or two later I noticed the center cap on one wheels was cracked from their crappy job. Then a couple of months later I am packing my wheel bearings and noticed one tire had an excessive amount of wheel weights and the other had none. Took 2 of the tires into my local trusty tire shop and you can see in the pictures their great job. First picture is the hacks balancing job. So I reach out to the shop down there. The manager Gary said he consult with owner and get back to me. 4 days later no callback. They could not do enough for me to not warn others about their rip off and unprofessional job. It wasn't just one mistake. Everything they touched they broke or screwed up. I never moaned or questioned the price. ZERO Stars is to good for these hacks. Ripping off seniors, travelers and veterans! Just look at the pictures of the wheel weights on one tire and compare them to the two pictures of what a professional job looks like. And the cracked center cap. Torque settings are 115lbs on the lug nuts. When I removed the wheels I noticed no two lug nuts were the same torque. Shame on them! Beware! UPDATE 1/10/2025. The center cap these hacks broke (see picture) finally feel off on my last road trip. $65 for the replacement. These folks are butchers. Their horrible job has cost $200 plus to correct. These hacks never got back to me. I attempted to give them the opportunity to get it right. read more

We were traveling to Arizona when we heard an odd noise under the car. We thought we had a flat tire. We went to a nearby car dealership, but they had people waiting in line and could not take care of it until the end of the day. We were hoping to be in AZ. They graciously gave us the location of a car mechanic nearby. We drove there, only to find everything locked up. That is when we spotted Good Year Standage Tires. Not only did they get us back on the road in 10 minutes, they did it without charging. Even fairly new cars have so many plastic parts. Some type of plastic shield under the car broke and lost a bolt. As we drove the wind pulled it down. They told us this problem was a common occurrence. They removed the piece, and put the other three bolts back in place and tightened them so we would have them when we get to a dealership. Hats off to the men at Standage Tire! Service extraordinaire! We highly recommend this business and staff! read more

I got a flat on the 10 fwy on Christmas Eve. Even though they were not open they answered the phone assisted me through obtaining my odd size tires. Then when I arrived with the tires. They immediately pointed me to a bay and I was in and out in 1 hour. The waiting room is nice and clean. The staff is terrific and helpful. read more

When traveling through in my RVI lost a rear tire it was 30 minutes before closing they had 4 tires that while not the correct size would get me to where I'm going at a great price I was in-and-out in 20 minutes. Blew a tire on our boat trailer on the 10 freeway our spare was in questionable shape. We had a Great stop! Not only did we get five tires (New spare), but lunch too - plenty of restaurants on street to choose from. The owner was very rude and nasty to us. They were trying to OVER charge us to balance our tires then got nasty when it was said that the hub caps were VERY expensive and to be careful removing them. We had some exhaust work done and the mufflers weren't the same length. While waiting the boss Bob and the lady in the office were making comments like "don't ask questions you don't want answers to " . After taking the car back, it STILL wasn't W right! Then was told it was like that when we brought it in. I have pictures to prove the mufflers wasn't off! Bob, the owner starts yelling at us, apparently because he knows he's wrong! BE PRE WARNED! Upon coming to Goodyear they instantly refused to help fix my car saying they already had 2 cars to work on. All we needed was a simple patch job that would have taken 10 mins. On a family trip to Disneyland we had the unfortunate set back of a flat tire. We headed back to Blythe and ended up at this Goodyear tire. It may not be the prettiest, shiny building but the workers here are magnificent. They not only took care of us and helped us get back on the road, but they didn't take advantage of the traveling out of town family stuck with a flat tire in a small town. I hope we never need a tire in Blythe again, but if we do, we will be back. read more
