Please beware when leaving anything behind at this stadium . I accidentally left my phone behind on Sunday April 19th during the game & noticed as soon as I exited the stadium so I patiently waited outside for everyone to exit stadium to approach staff and ask in regards to my phone and possibly someone helping retrieve the phone . I was told to wait outside as I was tracking my phone with my significant others and can clearly see the live location that the phone was indeed still inside . The man I spoke to had me wait for over half an hour and never returned to give me and update up until I called from outside the stadium to ask what was going on as he told me to wait and it had been over half an hour and he hadn't returned . I was told to just wait till the next day and call past two when the "cleaning crew" would be done cleaning the stadium to see if they'd turn it in . I called back and was told cleaning crew still hadn't returned the phone and that I'd have to call back the next day . The location was still showing it was inside the stadium leading me to believe that staff took my phone and now doesn't want to return it . The lost and found & security is absolutely not help. . Very disappointing as I've been attending LAFC games for over 5 years and now it's left a bad taste in my mouth . read more

About a week or so ago I went to the seventeen concert. I went both days Saturday & Sunday, I feel the staff was understaffed and because of that the whole thing was very disorganized. DAY 1 we arrived at around 1130am because we were notified that some of the events would be starting at 12. They did not start at 12 they instead started closer to 130. Then the porta potties were another situation. The concert was suppose to start 830 but they had people lining up from 530, I'm not to sure why but the porta potties area that I visited had about 8 porta potties, yet only 2 were unlocked. Mind you this was at 2/3pm when the events they had planned prior to the concert were in full swing. One of the two unlocked toilets was out of toilet paper. What made matters worse by the time it hit 5pm they were so filthy no one even wanted to use the first toilet. Then the line we had been standing in for 40 mins was the wrong line. The regular signs said it was for general entry, only for us to find out they changed it for floor entry. So instead we had to go to a separate line where we waited another hour and a half. We got clear specificity so we wouldn't have to wait in the lines so we can go to the specified clear line. But when we asked no one knew where that entrance was and it wasn't until we got to the bag check for general is when they let us break away for clear entry where there was no line. Some people didn't even get in until the concert had already started and they were 3 songs in. Day 2 luckily we had floor and got to enter through the floor entrance. They were a bit more organized but still not up to par with what you expected from a stadium. Overall I hope they improve and do better, we paid a lot of money for this and to get a sup par experience is not good. read more

I have never been a part of the most chaotic and unorganized mess that was the "line up" for the Seventeen concert on 11/9/24 at BMO Stadium. Doors were supposed open at 7pm to allow for 22,000 people to flow into what seemd only a few entrances, for a concert that was to start at 8:30 (it ended up starting at 9pm because of the people still waiting to enter). It seemed there were only line dividers on what I will call the main grassy field in front of the stadium. There were NO line dividers for the mob of probably 10,000+ people that were on the sidewalk and other grassy areas surrounding the stadium. We ended up standing in the MOB of people for 3-1/2 hours! We could hear the concert start at 9pm, however we didn't get to our seats until 9:45. 45 minutes worth of concert that we paid for and missed because of the disorganization at BMO Stadium!!! read more

Loved the Seventeen concert! I also liked how clean the stadium and stadium bathrooms were. What I found really horrible and just something that could definitely be improved was the way they organized things. The security was very strict and I don't really find much to complain about that but it felt like they were just holding people up for no good reason and it was SO slow! It was slower than the TSA. We ended up missing about 1.5 songs of the opening because of how slow the line was at the security point. The lines were also very poorly organized that we were afraid we would be trampled. We were already very squished together. They really could have tightened the lines a little so it was more towards single file or even like 2 people at a time. It was easy for people to cut in line because of how much space there was on either side of people. Also when you have a clear bag policy why is there SUCH a huge time spent for security when the reason for the clear bag policy is for the security to be faster??? People spent a lot of money on this concert and the stadium management and operation was the only thing that almost ruined it for me. Do you love professional soccer? Buy a ticket in any seat close to the midfield and you will have a sweet view of all the action. Unless you are tucked in the corner of the stadium or somewhere behind one of the goals, you will not miss a single play or penalty on the field. Some seats in the middle do require you to do some serious uphill climbs. If you are older or otherwise physically challenged, you may have to pay a few dollars more. My wife and I are cheapskates, so we have no problem sitting in the nosebleed seats near the middle because we love being able to enjoy all the action. And parking is close and easy. Stadium is clean and nice I went for the seventeen concert I arrived at 7 pm and didn't get to my seat until 9:30pm line was moving fast until we got to the security check. We were in a crowd of maybe 100 people and we were the only ones outside. The concert was set to start at 8:30 and we had only moved a couple inches from where we were just standing and when asking security why we weren't moving they ignored us. People were still outside by the time the concert had started and we missed the first 3 songs. The only helpful person in the whole time was a guy named Gerson he was honest when asked what was going on and said he didn't know but he'd try his best to get the line moving. In the video the time was 9:20 the concert had already started and we were still feet away from security check and not until 15 minutes later did we get to our seats. read more

Back in March/April for Stray Kids and it was an incredible concert...muscality, sound/base, stage presence, lights, camera...everything was perfect! The Stadium really held down 20k "Stays" (Stray Kids fans) and then some! The vibe at these KPop concerts is so positive and high energy, and friendly goers. I again brought my 9yr old kpop fan...she had the time of her life, for both days. Food is standard, avoid the pizza, its super hard lol. Pork belly kimchi nachos, spicy chicken sandwich, fries, chicken tenders are not bad choices for the pallet but not for this wallet...not to the mention the expensive merch. All worth it since its a priceless moment w/ the kid. We walked from USC Hotel which us less than a mile. Had a great time! KCon in August...possibly...maybe...cya again soon BofC Stadium. read more

This stadium is absolutely humongous. It's mind blowing in all honesty. Came for TXT's: Sweet Mirage concert and it was an amazing experience but the organization of the event could have been a bit better if I'm going to be honest. I received an email two days before the event with a very detailed description of the concert and I thought everything would run smoothly. We arrived at 3:30pm hoping to get into the merch line before doors opened but no luck! The line was crazy long. (Lesson learned for sure. Come extra extra early) We tried to get into the line for entry but there was only a single line for standard entry minus floor seating. We were directed by two different people to go to different entries that weren't designated for us and ended up running back and forth until they told a whole group of us to stop and wait in a specific line. Entry did open at 5pm and we went through security for baggage/ticket check in 10 minutes. So kudos to BMO for that! There were a few merch lines inside and we luckily were able to buy the things we wanted and not even wait that long. As the night went on, it was definitely in our favor! Bathrooms were easily accessible and very clean and the food court was quick and efficient. Pricing is high but it's a concert. Major given that everything will be overpriced. Overall, amazing experience. My sister had the time of her life and that's all that really mattered to me. Still in shock how over 20k of TXT's fans were at the concert last night! Biggest tip is to plan out the to and from the concert. Downtown LA is crazy busy and you can get stuck there like we did for an hour and half before even entering the freeway. Unless you want to pay $65 to park, which is greedy, insulting and outrageous, you have to take the train. As someone who lived in NYC, I would love to take the train but it was filled, on both trips, with homeless people who were ranting and clearly on drugs which was scary with an 8-year-old little girl. Add to that, a vendor at BMO stadium charged my credit card $18 for 1 small bag of cotton candy. I didn't realize this until he walked away and then I couldn't find him. So be diligent about your purchases here. And as others have said, the food wasn't good and the choices slim. Oh, and the half-time "performance" for our soccer team of little girls, was a transwoman in a star-spangled bodysuit (which seemed more of a flip-off than being patriotic) doing suggestive splits, poses and other "dance moves." I don't think I'll ever return here for a soccer game. It made me sad for our city. read more

Security at the stadium is not helpful at all. My wife and I were intimidated abused verbally and mentally and threatened to be banned for life by security for asking to speak with security management for our issues we had at the door, something we didn't take lightly. Being our first time visiting the stadium we had the worst experience ever. When speaking to guess services we end up finding out by them that they have had the same complaints about security abuse and lack of customer service but a complaint against security and the specific guard was filed and in hope something changes so my wife and I can visit again and actual enjoy ourselves and not be sitting on the stadium writing a complaint on paper and here on the yelp app, site and social media. read more

Unprofessional and stealing concert money.... To celebrate my own birthday as I'm big fan of Jhope, I came to his concert on Friday April 4,2025 for floor C4 seat 3. At the gate staff put wristbands for floor seats concert goers. I lost my wristbands when I took of my jacket and I didn't notice it until I'm came back to my seating area from bathroom. Staff didn't let me in back to my seat without the wristband even I show her my ticket. She said if I lost my wristband then it is my fault and they can't get me in back to my seat due to that their policy...... Horrible suite experience during the Seventeen concern and the group never got back to me regarding my feedback as promised. Special entry line to get in took an hour. We paid for the more expensive suites and were not offered a private bar as advertised due to the artist's friends and family. However, this was not told to us until we inquired during the show. In addition, we tried to get drinks at a lower level, suites that were less than ours and we were denied access. This resulted us in missing the first part of the show. I provided feedback and asked if a partial refund was possible. If not, at least I wanted a response. I never received one after following up. I will not be returning to BMO and most definitely not booking a suite as we paid for a better experience and did not get that. read more

I have been to BMO 3 times. Driving to BMO and parking here is a minor nightmare. I pre purchased BMO for black pink but they oversold or something because by the time I got there the BMO lot was closed .. I had waited in some crazy 30-45 minute line to get there too... Since then I have parked in prepaid USC lots and walked over with much better success. Having sat in the 1-200 seats, the views are alright. I think screens can be bigger. Sound is a major hit or miss. When I came for black pink and TXT sound was fine. When I came for stray kids I couldn't understand anything the members were saying and their mics were all low/mumbled. It gets cold so be prepared for that. Line moves pretty quick to get into venue but slow for merch/food/drinks after. They have thematic drinks y is cute but they don't sell it at ever bar in the unit so you're circling around looking for it. Any concert that is going to be at BMO please save yourself the stress and avoid this place. We showed up 3 hours before it started and did not realize the lack of organization that BMO was. We tried to go to the Kane Brown concert on 8/24 but spent 2 HOURS stuck on the freeway exit and 1 HOUR 45 MINUTES trying to get into the dam parking lot that we pre-payed for! We missed 90% of the concert because of poor planning and couldn't park ANYWHERE!!!!!!!!!! Apparently there was also a rave booked at the same time so the parking lots were over saturated with people. The electronic signs "directing" people to park were pointless BECAUSE they had to cone off every freaking entrance!!! The Kane Brown concert was 10 out of 10 I just want to make that clear. Worst experience for a concert at any venue I've ever been to. Zero stars are more appropriate. Get there almost 3 hours before the concert to spend 45 mins trying to just simply get off the freeway. Then another 45 mins trying to park in the green lot, which is where I bought parking. Instead the "lot was full" and we had to park 2 blocks further from the venue. My handicapped husband had to walk way further than necessary since we paid for the closer parking. STRIKE ONE We then get in and finally find our seats on the floor. Next we find out that they only have one way up to the bathroom for all the floor seats. ONE way!!!!! Seriously!!!!! STRIKE TWO!!!!! Lastly we saw the parking attendants, all morons, pocketing money to get people into the closer parking, which would explain why we had no parking in the lot we paid for. STRIKE THREE!!! Will never go to a concert at this horrible excuse for a venue ever again. I'm sure the stadium's amazing, but there needs to be more management and line control. Parking was easy. Finding a port-a-potty was not. We walked to the stadium only to be told by a worker that the bathrooms were in the parking lot we came from ("they're red!") only to be told my the person managing the parking lot that they were at the stadium. I mean... what? Secondly, 7 port-a-potties for THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE was not enough. Not only was the line wrapped around the barricade outside, but people walking by were just swooping in like there was no line. I know no one really monitors the line, but there should've been some type of accountability. Third, rules state that no professional cameras were allowed and it makes sense, however, they wanted to confiscate my cousin's disposable camera. The photos she takes on her iPhone 12 would've been better than the photos from the disposable camera. She ended up leaving it behind so she can get in to the stadium. Why is this an issue? Because people were able to get in with SELFIE STICKS. If y'all are going to be difficult on a disposable camera, how about you be difficult with a selfie stick, too, then? Rules seem to be vary from guard to guard so it's really on your luck on who you get. Overall, I enjoyed my time here for Blackpink's first night in LA sitting in the 100s. I just wish there was more crowd control especially for floor seats that night. Seeing the amount of people rush towards the stage was amazing in the worse way possible. read more

My mom and I were here last night for Foo Fighters for our 2nd time seeing them. The sound was amazing and loud. They are one of our favorite rock bands worth seeing again. We saw them in 2021 at the forum. The staff were friendly inside the stadium but I have accidentally misread the bag policy and the security check were not friendly and wouldn't let me in with my expensive Fanny pack, so I had to walk back to my car to drop it off since they have a strict clear bag policy. The drinks were expensive but that's typical for a stadium. We parked at the USC hotel structure and tell me why they didn't scan our parking pass when we parked there and somehow, I ended up with a parking violation as we're leaving and it did take forever to leave. read more

Took my daughter here to see TXT. She had a blast. The venue is small enough that you have a good view no matter where you sit. We were in section 217 (furthest from stage) but still was a good perspective. The sound was excellent for this venue as well. The pricing for parking is $60 - a little pricy and the food at the concessions were also a little pricy but the food is what you'd expect for a place like this. I had a harder time with the parking at $60. Regardless I'm a realist and this is the norm nowadays. My daughter loved it so we'll be back for another event. read more

First time here for the Nightmare Before Christmas show. One thing to note, is that we noticed two entrances once doors opened. One had a ridiculously long line. We walked over to the side of the building and found another entrance with a much shorter line. Once inside the stadium looked magnificent. There were a lot food vendors available and more than enough bathrooms. Finding our seats was easy and we had a decent view. For food, we tried the pizza which was just ok. I have season tickets at BMO, and am therefore there a lot, however despite enjoying the games themselves I have some sort of issue nearly every time. The first real problem I had at BMO was when I discovered that their vegan (plant-based) restaurant (I'm vegan) served a non-vegan item, even though they insisted that they were 100% plant-based. Overall, the stadium is actually pretty vegan friendly and the food isn't horrible. Avoid the popcorn at Wolfie's if you are vegan. read more

We attended the grey day concert last night and I have to say this was the least organized of the 3 greyday concerts I've been to. Previous venues handed out numbered wristbands in the morning and that was our spot in line so we could leave and eat and get ready then come back around 3pm and lined up in number order and it was great. This venue however did not do that and we waited from 6am until around 5 when we finally got in the doors. We had to sit for almost 12 hours in the 87° heat straight in the sun I got so sunburned I felt sick. Then when they finally came out to organize us they moved us through 2 more lines of waiting and at the final line to get in the stadium they had no idea what order they were going to let us in and started letting everyone in at the same time and those of us that had been waiting hours and hours had 0 priority to those who showed up at the last minute. There was no communication within the staff everyone had a different answer to every single question. There was one security worker her name was Ashley and she was so kind and helping us as much as possible and made sure it was known who was first which was amazing she was the only one that cared about us all day. I hope if this venue decided to host this even next year there is a different system and organization because it was truly the worst experience. The concert was amazing once we got in but everything else was awful. Not to mention I paid extra for early access VIP so the lest they could do is care about people since we brought them so much money. read more

Came to LA & the Banc of California Stadium for Blackpink's Born Pink World Tour! Needless to say, it was an epic night! The stadium was built a few years ago for LAFC, so it was built for soccer in mind. It's an outdoor, open air stadium, and has all the amenities you would expect from a new stadium. The stadium is in the heart of LA, and honestly doesn't look too big from the outside. But once you're inside, you can see that it fits 20k + in the stands, and probably another few thousand on the field. Ubering to the stadium was easy, but leaving, as expected, took a while. Overall, we had a great experience here, and I wouldn't mind coming back here for an event in the future! read more

I've been to this stadium for a couple of times now for concerts specifically, and I got to say that it really depends on where you sit that will shape your experience (obviously). The stadium's pretty wide for a venue, so it could hold more people, but if you want to be near the stage and actually see everything, unless you have floor and are upfront, it's better to just get a midsection or a seat above the crowd on the the side sections and that's also closer to the stage. The 1st time I was perfect in the middle section around the Figeuora Club area for a Twice concert. Our group was not at the front of the section or at the back, but we were in the middle and it was elevated enough for us to still see the stage. I went again to see Blackpink from the 1st front row of section 115. It was not as good, because the floor crowd was blocking the stage and artist view, And my group just had to watch the screen the whole time. I went again the next day at section to 13 where the view was on the side right to the stage. We were above so we had a overview of the whole stadium, so it wqs Technically better than the seat from before. Again it depends on what you want. If you want to save money and stay in the far back and have that concert experience that's fine, too! But if you want to see the artist a little closer and get a good view of the stage, definitely go to the side sections. read more

Overall I give the Banc of California stadium four stars. Even thou I am a L.A. Galaxy fan, I also root for LAFC. LAFC is a great club and they have built quite a team and fan base. I give props to their Porra too! One of the best I have seen in person so far. Very well orchestrated. For the stadium staff a very well deserved five stars. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and professional. Super clean rest rooms, new stadium and the food they offer was not to bad. Only downside, the seats are not too comfortable. We had front row in back of the goalie post and the seats just kill. I am 6'6" so for me the sitting experience may differ from an average sized person. For parking it's a free for all if you don't want to pay full prices at the actual stadium. Some of the surrounding areas are ok and others well you will gamble on your cars safety. We went to see the Killers on a Saturday night. Parking: I have read previous reviews about how bad the parking situation is here. My parents made the mistake of not purchasing parking tickets beforehand for los bukis. They arrived at 7pm and were eventually told that parking wasn't available. They ended up spending $125 for offsite parking and got to their seats at 9:15pm. But even if i did purchase a parking pass, i would still have to arrive really early given previous reviews stating that parking to get in and out was abysmal. So the night before the show, i bought a parking pass via the spot hero app for $100. Yes it was pricy, but this allowed us to park 6 min (walk) away from the venue and we were able to get in and out of the venue with absolutely no issues, no traffic, and no hassle. We arrived at 6:30pm got in at 6:45pm Drinks/food: When we got inside we saw that trejos tacos was selling and for $15, you get a 3 taco plate (chicken, jackfruit barbacoa (correct me if i am wrong?)) it was really good and flavorful. The michelada that they sold was delicious as well and they give you a big drink. The lime margarita was good but i barely tasted any tequila. so i wouldn't get that. But in general the lines for beer and liquor stands were so long and it felt slow to move so if you want a drink, trejos tacos would be the way to go since the line was smaller - they also offered dos equis as well. Seating: We got reserved floor seating since we are too old to mosh and hang out at the pit. I wouldn't recommend it only because the seats are smushed together. And when we got there a drunk lady was in our spot and looked like she wanted to fight us. But later that night she and her family disappeared. I don't know what happened. Oh well. Also the view from section A1 row 15 wasn't the best, i had to keep jumping up and down because of all the tall people, so next time i would get level 1 seating instead. The show itself: It was so much fun, we danced the night away, and i went overboard on buying too much merch. Also i will note to not bring a purse, just bring a wallet, phone, keys, covid card, mask and you are good to go rock out. Enjoy! read more

We are already in the suite and a female staff wants to see our tickets thinking we are occupying 1 seat since what we have is SRO. And I told her we are standing! Open the fields bar area during USC games. What a waste of space and a lost opportunity!

This was the first time I've ever been to this venue in the time I've lived in CA. My friend got us tickets for BLACKPINK's second concert night in LA, which was before Thanksgiving. Like other reviewers suggested, try to purchase parking in advance. It is possible to find a lot the day of, but the ones closest to the venue will charge anywhere from $60-80 depending on the lot. My friend who was driving let me out to find the security checkpoint while she was directed to the structure for the museums nearby. (That structure was $50, which wasn't bad split between three people.) But to avoid the stress, get your parking situated before the event happens. The venue is a good size if you're trying to see a big act. We bought seats in the 200s area near one of the back corners of the stadium, facing the stage. It was a good view since they have screens on the sides of the stage so you can see the details of the performance better. I didn't have any issues with people blocking my view when standing during some of the numbers performed. (I did hear though that the ground floor seats did have issues with people standing on their chairs, which wasn't handled well.) Security was a little disorganized when I found the checkpoint for bag checks and metal detectors. They had multiple lines and it took a few minutes for someone to start directing people to move to other lines and not just the ones closest to them. Food and drinks here are expensive. Strongly suggest eating before you go and if you drive and park near the event, bring your own water for after the concert or event. read more

Saw Blackpink here Sat Nov 19, 2022. While the stadium is rather large and can fit many, the sound mixing during concerts is pretty bad. There's a very noticeable reverb where we sat, Section 229 Row C, which is not very close to the back. On top of sound quality, parking is a nightmare. At least General Admission parking was! Took over 35-40 minutes to get a spot in the lot next to the CA Science Museum. I would not prefer to watch a concert here in the future. read more

I went here for Imagine Dragon concert. Traffic and parking were horrible, worst of worst, nightmare, etc. It took us 2.5 hours from the corner at the freeway to the parking. We weren't even late. We expected to be here with additional 30 minutes but we ended up late 2 hrs (of course we missed part of a concert). We will avoid this stadium at all costs. Don't expect to leave this stadium easily neither. Overall: bad location, not even the most impressive stadium, horrible traffic and parking. read more

Great stadium to watch the footy Plenty of parking , easy access through the gates and once inside great choice of food and drinks with plenty of places selling both Bathrooms are kept clean and there was plenty of security here tonight although it's subtle and with the great mood of the crowd hardly needed which was great The home town support is a lot of fun ( see the video ) they somehow manage to keep up the singing cheering and enthusiasm going for the whole game .. makes it for an amazing atmosphere Hoping for a LAFC win read more

Came here for a LAFC game. Great stadium. Very clean and efficient as far as buying food and drinks. Parking and arriving was TERRIBLE! So much traffic just to exit off the freeway and drive half a mile to stadium . Park further away and walk to stadium trust me! read more
