We paid 80$ just to park and the app. at pricing at 345$ for a space and the parking sold. Just disgusting. Also the place is a dirty mess and the seats are so small, even a really thin person is going to be miserable. The sound system is terrible and this place is new. I will never go back, ever. And the food for sale is expensive and not very good at all. The staff has no clue where to go or how to help you find a seat. There is not enough bathrooms. read more

Went here for the SEVENTEEN concert and loved how spacious the venue was. The seating layout gave a clear view from almost anywhere, and the sound quality was excellent. Just a small tip -- after the show, the surrounding area can feel a bit unsafe at night, so it's better to park in the main lot instead of street parking. This place is just a disorganized mess. It also has a horrid sound system. I hope to not have to return. I have a grandson and if he just insists on a band, I will consider it, but it is misery from start to finish. Getting there is nuts. I live 13 miles away. When I got to the off ramp, my 2 hour wait began--that is just to get to the stadium. It is a good thing I always leave 4 hours early as we like to have dinner first. But there was no time for dinner. We just sat and sat in traffic. There was no direction, no help, nothing. Once you get there you can get in another huge line and pay up to 80$ to park quite far away. And they don't have enough parking. It sells out. There is no parking on the street or in other lots, so if it sells out, blocks away are people renting out their drive way for 50$--I am not kidding. If you miss the entrance, you will be waiting in traffic about 30 minutes just to get around the block. There is no ADA drop off so if you are disabled, know they don't care and they have very few handicapped parking spots and the walk is forever. If you are wheel chair bound, you will be going a long time just to get to a line that goes around the block. It took an hour from parking to the end of the line just to get in. Once in, no one that works there has a clue to where you go. The merch lines are so long because there is not enough of them, you can miss the opening act and get something or leave with nothing. The food is junk food awful. This place might be fine for football, once you deal with all the above, but it is horrible for a concert. Now, they knew they would have concerts when they built this place and it is new so there is no excuse for the sound system which is just terrible. After going to several stadiums around LA, this one is definitely the easiest one to deal with. It is right by USC, so the neighborhood is clean and feels safe. Lots of food nearby to eat before seeing a show. We tend to park a few hours before the show, which makes parking a breeze in the surface lot closest to the venue (green lot), grab dinner at a nearby Chipotle, and then head inside. If you book it out after the show, you can get to your car and get out before much traffic has started. I love the outdoor nature of this stadium and the acoustics are decent. When seated on the floor, it is not sloped so it is hard to see. I suggest pit tickets for concerts or sitting in the bleacher-type permanent seats that are inclined as opposed to the folding chairs on the floor. read more

Yelp needs to update the name to BMO Stadium now, has not been Banc of California Stadium for awhile now. Just Symantec's. This is a great venue for outdoor concerts, been here for a number of shows. This most recent time was for the Fall Out Boy Tour. We had an awesome time, concert was great. Opened with Royal and the Serpent, then New Found Glory, then Brung me the Horizon and then the main event with Fall Out Boy. Amazing line up and a great time. Our seats were off the VIP section in the Founders Club and Suites. Did not choose this section, just happened to be. I must say though, very cool and happy we were in that area. Simi-private food area and bar area with a lounge with plush chairs and coaches we could sit on inside or outside in our seats. The outside seats were padded and more comfortable than the typical hard stadium seats. Highly recommended you get seats in this area for concerts or sporting events. If at a sporting event, this area would be an amazing view, for a concert, a bit far, but still amazing. Pro Tip: when coming to BMO for an event, don't park on-site, you will pay $50 or more to park. There are a bunch of structures you can park that are very close with a little walk where you can pay only $20-$30, that saves you a lot to go towards a shirt, a dunk, food, etc. Enjoy! read more

This was my first time at this venue. Wish I could say I enjoyed my experience, but I can not. I had a friend act as an uber and dropped us girls off and picked us up, so I can not comment about the parking situation. However, traffic was horrendous! First, getting inside the venue was not only confusing but also VERY VERY S L O W. We stood in a line for almost 20 minutes before they told me this line is only for upper level seating. There was a separate line for floor seating, so we had to go to another location and stand in another line. What a waste of time and energy. By the time the show started, we were still in line trying to get inside the venue. We wasted almost 40 minutes standing in line. Trying to find our seats was a mission and the event staff was not very helpful. The plastic wobbly chairs are not what I paid $500+ to sit or stand in front of. The nasty human being next to me was shoving me all night and not in front of his seat but in mine. He was already in my seat when I got there to start. Again, the event staff did nothing. Also, people were standing on their chairs, making it impossible to see period. The event staff was terrible and managed the event poorly. I would not ever get floor seats at this venue again! read more

Parking was a shit show because there are no signs directing you where to park and all the traffic officers just stand around clueless and all venue entrances for parking are blocked by cones. Getting into the freeway was worse so don't follow your gps and take the streets away from the venue. There is parking outside of the venue. Prices I saw were $40 cash. Easy entry with fast security, and the guard I got at the metal detector was in a good mood and joking around with us. Make sure you pay careful attention to the policies, because they are strict about bag rules. I brought a mesh front fanny pack and they almost didn't let me in, but eventually decided it counts as a see through bag. I read in other reviews that people's items were never able to be retrieved for pickup, so I would never recommend leaving anything at the security station. Closed water bottles are okay. Lots of food options, lots of restrooms, and walkways are spaced out well enough that the huge crowds are a little less packed than what I'm used to at large concert venues. Parking was $60 when it was still a mile walk, which was absolutely horrendous. We would've found parking elsewhere, but we were running late and didn't want to miss the show. We sat on the middle level and had a great view of the stage. A pillar with a speaker on it was blocking some of our view, but we didn't mind too much. Overall, the stadium felt clean and modern. I've been here for many LAFC games and every time the experience was just unreal! Each experience left me like the club and the team even more. The hype, the crowd, the commentator were just great!! Before each game, there would be a fireworks show and introduction to our players. Enough about LAFC, let's talk about the stadium. Parking is nightmare like other said! Park on the street near by and walk, Uber, or Metro to avoid hassles. Foods are mediocre and pricey, same with water bottles ($5), I guess you have to pay the stadium price. Went to the black pink concert. Let's start with entering the stadium. Security says, "there's no line guys, just fill in the spaces", then the next lady says, "do you understand you are not in a line? Get into a line, this is my way or the highway." Whoa lady, get off your high horse. We finally get in, they have a michelada stand, not selling micheladas. He seems like he doesn't know how to make one so I settle for a beer. The guy selling my drink is not paying attention to selling me my beer, because he was looking around because he has no help, and needs to pee. So my purchase took a bit longer than need be. Focus on your customer, it was literally just me in this line, look for your help after provide service. Then let me tell you the lack of security on the second floor. These people would not sit back in their seats and would loiter on the stair way. And no security around to make these people go back to their seats. They blocked out view for the last 4 songs .. like If you want better seats, pay for better seats. Don't block other people's views who PAID for these seats. We even politely told these people so many times that they were blocking us. Do better blinks. Don't be these people, especially these asshole guys. read more

Been to this stadium multiple times for several KPOP Concerts. The last one I went to was Seventeen Day 1. Our concert was initially supposed to start at 19:30 but got delayed to 20:30. Ticketmaster gave us no notification. The parking was packed because there is also a nearby event going on the same night so we were able to find a parking structure about 10 minute walk away. We arrived around 19:00 and thought we had enough time but they did not start letting people in till an hour before the start of the concert. The stadium itself is amazing! Great seating & staff to guide people around. But who ever organized this event did a terrible job. How do you expect fans to get in safely and on time if you only allow a one hour time period. People were getting frustrated and shoving. It could have easily turned into a disaster and lots of people could have gotten injured but the staff did a good job of managing all the people. I can't even rate the food because we did not have enough time to even grab water. I also feel bad for the large crowd of people who missed part of the concert because of the delay. Instead of starting at 20:30 they were nice enough to start a little later past 21:00 but still lots of people missed the beginning of the show. read more

We didnt even get inside of the venue. Left at 430pm to a concert that started at 7pm. Had been waiting to see this concert for 5 months after i bought tickets and was so excited. Waited over 2 hours to get off of MLK exit. When we finally did, there was zero parking. It was about 830pm and we decided it is probably best to head home as the concert ended at 930pm and still had not found parking. I would avoid this venue like a plague. Lost concert ticket money and didnt even see a show. All to wait 2 hours in a freeway exit. Fun times. Stubhub does not do refunds for traffic issues FYI. read more

Santana and Earth Wind and Fire concert on 6-18-22 Thanks to Craig Y. for inviting me to this awesome concert! I had never been to the Banc of California Stadium before, so, it was educational! Craig forwarded me an email about the parking... That it was sold out. Luckily, Tim C. knew how to catch the Metro from Downtown LA. I parked my car in a metered street parking stall and we walked to the 7th Street Metro Station. It wasn't too bad! Tim and I skipped the food vendors. I did buy an authentic $35 shirt for Craig from an authorized booth. I like those independent street sales, but they were asking $20. Haha! The line for the restroom was long. I'm glad that I went at the beginning of the event because my seat was at the end of the row. I would hate to squeeze past everyone in the middle of a song! Banc of California Stadium is an open-air venue. The sun was shining on us at the start. After sunset, it was chilly. I'm glad that I had my scarf in my jacket pocket! My seat was actually next to a plexiglass wall, so, I only felt some of the cold wind. Haha! Overall, it was a wonderful experience. We just had to read the signs and follow the crowd. I'm giving 3 stars to BMO Stadium because the concerts I saw there were incredible and definitely influenced my overall experience. The stadium itself however, was a big yikes. Parking sells out fast and is (unsurprisingly) overpriced. The employees were a mix of friendly and welcoming, inattentive and unsure, and strict and power hungry. One individual stood out at the gate security. She was friendly and outgoing and asked about the artist playing there. Another employee however, lacked awareness and concern when a drunk and/or high man started yelling and shoving people out of the way, even after I told and showed him this situation. Lastly, the floor security did nothing when a bunch of tall dudes (6+ ft.) stood in the middle of the aisles blocking them up. Instead they blocked off the B-stage barricade at the beginning of the concert, even though the band allowed you to stand around it. But then when it came time for B-stage they let everyone crowd around it after they told me to go back to my seat before the show, therefore causing me to lose my front row spot there. The venue itself is terrible. There are NO LIGHTS ON whatsoever. I was concerned for my safety as a female, going around the venue looking for food and bathrooms. Additionally while still on property outside of the venue, they allow sketchy solicitors cook up some questionable food. Some go around trying to sell their "SODAWATERSODAWATERSODAWATERSODAWATER" and unofficial band merch. Leaving the venue is a whole other story. Now I get it's LA, but between the lack of security on premise, the beaten down streets, sketchy solicitors, homeless population, and prostitutes, getting back to your car is concerning. Overall, it would take a lot for me to return here, also the air pollution in the area caused me significant sinus stress for days after. read more

The Banc Of California venue is marred by dogwater traffic and price gouged parking everywhere around it, but at least the venue was nice and the sound was excellent for any show. All parking structures, and yes even the USC ones around the place also price gouge to twice their normal price during events. Our event had two entrances to get into, one for the stands and one for the pit (floor standing area). Security was pretty tight with metal detectors and the occasional dogs but nonetheless it was more strict than other venues like in the Las Vegas Speedway. I don't even bother to eat or drink here. A watered down beer for $17 or a hot dog for $18 is pretty criminal and I wouldn't recommend eating here. I did mention that the sound was on point, and the stadium works well for easy access if you bought pit (floor) tickets to the event which might be overpriced AF because this is LA, one of the most overpriced cities to watch a concert haha. Overall, mid but imo I prefer the Bill Graham in SF or the Santa Barbara bowl for shows more. read more

I came here for a concert on 5/15/2022. I was excited to see a show here because I had never been to this venue. The venue itself is decent because it felt very modern and well organized. The bathrooms are pretty clean as well. There are also plenty of different food options. I tried the Korean fried chicken with waffle fries from the Seoul sausage stand. It was expensive ($18), but the food quality was decent for a stadium food standard. My biggest complaint was the parking situation and the traffic post-concert. I parked at the blue lot with an expensive parking fee ($50). Getting out of the parking was such a nightmare. There was only one exit for the lot with very minimal traffic control. I was stuck in my spot and spent more than 45 minutes without being able to move one bit. I recommend anyone coming to this venue to find alternative parking nearby and give yourself plenty of time to get here. read more

Please beware when leaving anything behind at this stadium . I accidentally left my phone behind on Sunday April 19th during the game & noticed as soon as I exited the stadium so I patiently waited outside for everyone to exit stadium to approach staff and ask in regards to my phone and possibly someone helping retrieve the phone . I was told to wait outside as I was tracking my phone with my significant others and can clearly see the live location that the phone was indeed still inside . The man I spoke to had me wait for over half an hour and never returned to give me and update up until I called from outside the stadium to ask what was going on as he told me to wait and it had been over half an hour and he hadn't returned . I was told to just wait till the next day and call past two when the "cleaning crew" would be done cleaning the stadium to see if they'd turn it in . I called back and was told cleaning crew still hadn't returned the phone and that I'd have to call back the next day . The location was still showing it was inside the stadium leading me to believe that staff took my phone and now doesn't want to return it . The lost and found & security is absolutely not help. . Very disappointing as I've been attending LAFC games for over 5 years and now it's left a bad taste in my mouth . read more

This is actually a pretty nice stadium! We got a spothero parking spot for an Angel City FC game and then walked a little less than half a mile. What I liked about this stadium is that the security screening and ticket scanning line moved very efficiently, the stadium was straightforward to navigate (it's a circle) and to find the section numbers, there was a decent selection of vendor food and beverage items (albeit costing an arm and a leg... $6 for bottled water!!), and it was decently well lit for an evening game. Since we arrived a little early, we walked the long way around the circle to get to our section and got to see the wide selection of food items, some typical stadium options and other more specialty local selections. The seats were comfy enough for a couple hours game and the field was well lit after the sun set and I had no trouble seeing the jumbotron screens. read more

I like BMO stadium, I found it very clean and modern inside. The view of the field is really pretty good from just about any seats. The seats are arranged in a way that makes the field look close and easy to see. I went with a friend to see the Concacaf Gold Cup. We were about 5 rows back mid field. I really wish they would improve their food selection. All they offer are hotdogs, carne asada tacos, fried chicken in tenders and sandwich form, burgers and pizza. With the number of vendors outside the stadium they could easily deal with this by allowing vendors to service stadium patrons. The carne asada tacos are BIG SAD, I do not recommend. Otherwise I had a burger and crisscut fries. All and all decent but could be a lot better. The alcohol availability and selection (for a small stadium) is mad legit. Staff are friendly. I cannot comment on parking as we Uber'd. Definitely will be returning. Hopeful they get better food by then. read more

We went here for John Summit, not realizing that a Soccer game was being played at the Coliseum. Show started at 5:30pm, we got to the exit by 5:30pm but there was so much traffic. The exit is just one street over to BMO parking and ......it took us TWO HOURS, from the exit to the parking lot. My friends ended up exiting and walking to the stadium while I waited to park. The game made it much worse. Lesson: get there really early especially on game days. Otherwise, once I got past that ONE exit traffic, I was easily able to get parking (prepaid) and entered the stadium smoothly. Lots of restrooms and specialty drinks. Concession stands were quick and finding our seats were simple. Really nice venue for all the concerts we've been too. I've been on the standing only section for imagine dragons but the seats for this concert was comfortable. Sound system was amazing and this is one of the stadiums in LA that can allow fireworks. I think a solid three is definitely where it's at for me with this venue. I really appreciate the fact that it's a new venue in the heart of Los Angeles. And with COVID in mind, it's even better that this stadium is outdoors, however, I don't like the fact that this place is soooo big. Therefore, seats anywhere outside of GA to me, is not worth it. For the Rufus du Sol show, we sat in the founders club. It felt so far to me. I personally had to buy tickets again to redeem the distance. I ended up with GA for their second night. I'll also say that, if you're sitting in the GA section, make sure you don't drink too much LOL. There are ZERO restrooms in GA. You have to go upstairs and wait in a gargantuan line to pee. Drink lines are super long and also super expensive. For reference, three doubles and a water came out to $110. Yup -- pricey. However, if you're going to a show, you already know you're going to be spending some money. So at this point, suck it up, have fun and enjoy some live music! read more

I have been to BMO plenty of times since my last review - Above & Beyond, Fall Out Boy, and Hard Summer. Safe to say I want to avoid this venue since going to John Summit this past weekend. Parking was terrible. It took me 2 hours to find parking. We purchased 50-dollar parking prior as well! The cops weren't helpful because all they did was yell at cars. We ended up parking at a USC parking structure which we didn't even purchase for. One of the marquees led us there! I like the venue itself but getting in is such a hassle. I would rather uber next time. Will probably have cost the same. read more

This stadium was beautiful! Im sure the weather helped. I learned it only seats about 22k. It felt like there were alot more people though. Perhaps the open top made it seemed larger. I dont know but it was beautiful. It was my first time here and I attended the txt concert and it was fabulous! The ada service was really accommodating bc I was at the wrong gate that was on the opposite side and the employee and supervisor there was just awesome and made sure I got my chair at the current gate. Finding the elevator wasnt as tricky as other venues! It wasnt dark inside either so I can see signs and just everything more clearly! Floor bar was awesome. LIne wasn't too bad and it went quick. There was some VIP bar/ concession area that looked posh and cool. And it wasnt crowded at all. The bar tenders were really cool and nice and one of them even chased me down to give me my key I dropped. I lost it later though. haha read more

Recently visited BMO for a concert and had a great time. Do yourself a favor and purchase parking in advance to make sure you have a spot. We chose a lot on Flower St, so we had about a half a mile walk to the stadium...BUT, we didn't have to sit in traffic to get in and it was super easy to leave at the end of the show. My only complaint about the venue was the price of the specialty drinks...it was over $50 for 2 drinks and they were tiny and weak. Overall, great experience and excited to visit again. read more

This place was just okay, but I would happily avoid coming back in the near future. We went to see Blink 182. PROS: each seat is a good one, I like the layout of the sears. EXPENSIVE food and beverages- a tall boy Miller Lite was $17 and a regular draft beer was $21+. The lines for all food and beverages were also SO LONG. I went here for a Los Angeles Football Club game last night and was blown away by this beautiful outdoor stadium. Nestled in the heart of LA, next to USC, this is a very busy location! I would highly suggest Uber or public transportation. They run out of food quickly it seems, so try to get there early if you are planning on eating as well. They have standard basic beers. I almost wish they had more local brewers represented at the stadium. Getting into the stadium was a breeze as was the exit after the game! Before each game, they have a falcon come out and do this spectacular introduction. We even got to see Will Ferrell and Owen Wilson in the crowd, which was super cool. This is a fun experience. Love how easy it is to get here via the Metro Expo line. No sitting in traffic forever to pay for overpriced parking is an absolute win in my book. Also there is plenty of yummy food options including a Trejos Tacos. Good sized stadium so hard to have a bad view here even in the upper seats and thankfully the seats are well sized so you aren't completely squished up on the person next to you. read more

Attended my 1st Los Angeles Football Club game at the Banc of California Stadium in 2022. A historic year, on a Championship run, there was lots of excitement. The stadium is located on the corner of Figueroa and MLK, it's design and functionality is state of the art. Entering was seamless. A large crowd but with every line open with ticket takers, we walked right in with no time waiting in line. With a open air feel, we were able to see the full field while walking to our seats. There are several food and beverage vendors on each level. There are jumbo screens around the inner seating area. I had a great time at a great stadium. About a week or so ago I went to the seventeen concert. I went both days Saturday & Sunday, I feel the staff was understaffed and because of that the whole thing was very disorganized. DAY 1 we arrived at around 1130am because we were notified that some of the events would be starting at 12. They did not start at 12 they instead started closer to 130. Then the porta potties were another situation. The concert was suppose to start 830 but they had people lining up from 530, I'm not to sure why but the porta potties area that I visited had about 8 porta potties, yet only 2 were unlocked. Mind you this was at 2/3pm when the events they had planned prior to the concert were in full swing. One of the two unlocked toilets was out of toilet paper. What made matters worse by the time it hit 5pm they were so filthy no one even wanted to use the first toilet. Then the line we had been standing in for 40 mins was the wrong line. The regular signs said it was for general entry, only for us to find out they changed it for floor entry. So instead we had to go to a separate line where we waited another hour and a half. We got clear specificity so we wouldn't have to wait in the lines so we can go to the specified clear line. But when we asked no one knew where that entrance was and it wasn't until we got to the bag check for general is when they let us break away for clear entry where there was no line. Some people didn't even get in until the concert had already started and they were 3 songs in. Day 2 luckily we had floor and got to enter through the floor entrance. They were a bit more organized but still not up to par with what you expected from a stadium. Overall I hope they improve and do better, we paid a lot of money for this and to get a sup par experience is not good. read more

I have never been a part of the most chaotic and unorganized mess that was the "line up" for the Seventeen concert on 11/9/24 at BMO Stadium. Doors were supposed open at 7pm to allow for 22,000 people to flow into what seemd only a few entrances, for a concert that was to start at 8:30 (it ended up starting at 9pm because of the people still waiting to enter). It seemed there were only line dividers on what I will call the main grassy field in front of the stadium. There were NO line dividers for the mob of probably 10,000+ people that were on the sidewalk and other grassy areas surrounding the stadium. We ended up standing in the MOB of people for 3-1/2 hours! We could hear the concert start at 9pm, however we didn't get to our seats until 9:45. 45 minutes worth of concert that we paid for and missed because of the disorganization at BMO Stadium!!! read more

Loved the Seventeen concert! I also liked how clean the stadium and stadium bathrooms were. What I found really horrible and just something that could definitely be improved was the way they organized things. The security was very strict and I don't really find much to complain about that but it felt like they were just holding people up for no good reason and it was SO slow! It was slower than the TSA. We ended up missing about 1.5 songs of the opening because of how slow the line was at the security point. The lines were also very poorly organized that we were afraid we would be trampled. We were already very squished together. They really could have tightened the lines a little so it was more towards single file or even like 2 people at a time. It was easy for people to cut in line because of how much space there was on either side of people. Also when you have a clear bag policy why is there SUCH a huge time spent for security when the reason for the clear bag policy is for the security to be faster??? People spent a lot of money on this concert and the stadium management and operation was the only thing that almost ruined it for me. Is this stadium absolutely beautiful? Yes! Does this stadium have a phenomenal view from almost any seat? Also yes! Now with this stadium being so new it has so many wonderful features to it. I absolutely loved that 99% of the main concourse was covered and shaded from the sun. So many bathrooms that were also incredibly clean. I also loved how fast we got in after going through security. Now for the not so good: Why is parking $50? I paid more for parking than I did for 2 tickets to a game. I understand every sporting event will charge for parking but $50 is the highest I've ever paid for any sport. That's a bit outrageous and puts a bad taste in my mouth prior to entering. Now I get it we are at a stadium so the food and drinks will be expensive. On average all the food was about $15. However the portions were extremely small for how expensive the food was. I will be back to this stadium again sometime. However I will find somewhere else to park and I will hit up one of the local places outside the stadium for food. read more

First time at the Banc of California for Maroon 5 concert. It's a huge stadium and depend what event you are here for study the seating chart before making a purchase. There's different gate entrances throughout the stadium. Parking is at the Los Angeles Coliseum side. Seems like a bit further to walk to.. Best bet for parking is the private lot right across from the main entrance. We paid $40 when the stadium parking wanted $45. Unfortunately the Box office is all the way inside the Stadium on the opposite side of the main entrance. A bit of a walk if you are rushed. This is now one of my favorite venue.. so far.
