The stadium is amazing but customer service needs some work. Their workers ignore your calls and texts and speak to you in such a condescending way once they finally answer. Will not be buying tickets for their venue again. read more

I attended the Burna Boy concert yesterday at the BMO stadium. The stadium for the most part was new and clean. Getting tickets and prepaid parking was easy. Highly recommend prepaid parking since the prices are higher if you go in person. We arrived early and there was a Bar/Restaurant on the property but it was not open. Entry was another headache. The website did say you could bring a clutch and gave the measurements - my clutch was very slightly oversized (less than 1/8 of an inch and they would not let me bring it in - I will note Dodger Stadium also has the same policy and I was able to bring the same bag in - there was an option to purchase a clear bag (at a vendor approved by them) or store my bag for a fee. It made no sense to me that i could bring the same clutch but in a plastic bag. I opted to put my purse in the car and have my son hold my ID and credit card. It would have been helpful if they had someone check the size of the bags toward the end of the line vs having people wait 30 mins in line to be turned away. It would be more efficient for everyone. The venue has some interesting food choices including Trejos Tacos and Wolfies but unfortunately most of the food vendors were closed and the vegetarian options were severely limited. The concert itself was brilliant - Burna Boy is definitely worth going to see. He is an epic performer. The bracelets that the venue gave added to the mood and - I do wish there was a way to recycle the bracelets. The restrooms were a nightmare -toward the end of the evening many of the stalls in the ladies room had no paper at all. Overall, I have gained experience if there is an artist that I would like to see that is performing there. read more

Came here for the Twice concert both days 5/14 and 5/15. Parking was easy to find but really expensive ($50) getting out of parking was a nightmare. No traffic control what so ever. The stadium was nice. The lines outside was pretty organized signs telling you where you need to go and a recording played over the intercom. Food was good, I had asada fries ($16) reasonably priced imo. The worst part is security once the show started. I paid good money for front row seats and in an isle (nobody in my left). When Twice got on stage everyone got up and rushed the barricades. The isle were completely full of people who didn't belong there and people were trying to standing in front of me! I wasn't having any of that. I wasn't going to let anyone block my view. There was little to no effort in enforcing any seating policy. Security gets an F for day one. I was afraid to experience the same thing for day two. There were a few people in my row who was 'walking around' waiting for the concert to start so they'll be able to rush the barricades. Again I got isle an isle seat, when the show started the guys ran up to move closer to the stage but security did so much better day two I was able to enjoy the concert much more. Security did what they can to keep the aisle clear and made everyone return to their seats and told everyone was who's STANDING on their seats to GET DOWN! They did much better than day 1. However, Security completely collapsed near the end of the concert though but at least it was at the end and I was able to enjoy much more than day 1. Overall good stadium, good food great seating arrangements. Bad parking and bad security. read more

When I first saw that Iron Maiden was coming back to LA I was really excited! Then I saw the venue name and was like "huh"? You know, hard to know what and where these days with changing corporate sponsors. I saw that it was located near USC and the Colosseum and the next thought was where to park? It turned out that I was able to get dropped off in front and retrieved afterwards in a surprisingly smooth maneuver by my gf. The staff were all very nice and my Yelp buddy, Craig Y. and I entered the massive stadium and secured some snacks from a gourmet offering and complimentary earplugs (to preserve the ears during the opening bands' sets) from Guest Services. Finding the seats proved easy and then we waited and waited for Maiden to take the stage. Sound: It was very loud! Heavy metal requires that of course but the opening bands tend to be shrill and raw forms of loud, hence the earplugs. For Maiden though they came out and it was beautiful! Sitting under the scoreboard in the 300 sections probably isn't the best to be honest. You can see but it's far away and the sound does a slap back affect above off the enclosed screen. In the future I'll try to secure seats on the flanks, first level or lower in the second. When it was time to leave it was remarkably easy, they opened up more gates and while I cut out during the encore I avoided the masses. It actually sounded better when I reached the cutaway section of the stadium along S. Figuoera! I'm sure anyone outside heard the whole show in higher fidelity than I did way back there! We flew in from Atlanta for the two twice encore concerts that occurred on 5/14 and 5/15. Compared to the State Farm arena back in feb, this stadium processed people at an expedited rate. It took us about 2 minutes from the front of the gate to go in. We stayed at the USC hotel for two nights and then later went to Malibu Inn for the rest of our LA stay. Area I heard is quite dangerous on nights without sport games or concert, but if there is a huge crowd, it's decently safe to walk. Do not venture south of the stadium and you should be fine. USC campus police do patrol this area, there are bathroom spread throughout the stadium and concession stands for popcorn and alcohol. Make sure you bring a 12x6x12 clear bag. Great place to see a concert. Though when picking my seat on line the section and seat was not as good as the map shows. So my seat did not have a very good view of the stage. But over all a cool place to see a show or sporting event. Decent food and drink choices. Parking is crazy$, and they over sold the lot we pre paid for, so we got directed to another lot. But it was fine. Prices for drinks were not crazy $, except-able. Staff and people working there were great. Nice open top stadium. Great sound system Great display screens. I came here to see Tomorrow x Together day 1 and day 2. For both days I had a great view even though I was in a different section each day! Day 1 I was in section 110 and day 2 I was in midfield box 2. The staff was nice and bag check went by super fast so I got in quick. I also have to compliment them on their pizza!! We saw Maroon Five at this beautiful stadium and had Field Club Level seats which at first were very difficult to get too as you have to enter the Grand lobby entrance (we didn't) to take elevator/stairs to the seats. But once you get their you have a nice private bar/food/bathrooms to utilize plus not to mention very comfortable seats. To start off, I have been to the BANC for many LAFC soccer games so I am aware of the parking situation around the stadium. I bought a parking pass for $28 to park about a mile away at the USC Shrine Auditorium parking garage. Although a little mile walk, very safe and easy in and easy out to the 110 Freeway to go home. Ensure you know about parking before you attend any event here!! Maroon Five kicked a$$ and any seat bit on the floor section are good to see a concert. We saw the $2 chairs (Made in China) people sat in on the floor and I am sure their backs and bum hurt afterwards. Security and medical personnel was plentiful throughout the BANC. Being in COVID, we were asked to see a negative test or vax card in which we showed, but many people were refused entry causing lots of drama. read more

Attended the Carin Leon concert tonight and it was a nightmare to get into the parking lots. I arrived to the stadium at 7pm and didn't get into the parking structure until about 9pm. Security not kicking people out of the aisles in the floor sections. People were literally spending half of the concert in the bar lines in the floor section. It's been such a horrible experience. The concert was great but the venue disappointed. I attended the RBD concert last year in the Founders room and that experience was way better but the view wasn't the best. I wanted to come see Los Temerarios here but it'll be a hard pass. So dissatisfied with overall experience. read more

Where do I even start... Attended the Gun's N' Roses concert at the Banc of California Stadium last night, and while the concert was AMAZING, the stadium is DISGUSTING! How is it possible that both of the bathrooms I went in had ZERO toilet paper?! If it was at the end of the show, ok, maybe. We arrived at 6:30, and the bathroom near the entrance gate we arrived in was out of toilet paper, and then later on, the bathroom near our seats was out too. GROSS! At least there was soap and paper towels... The lines for all of the concession stands were extremely long, and understaffed. For a city that is trying to get back to normalcy after the pandemic, my experience with this venue was a complete disappointment. You'd think they would at least have bathroom attendants or custodial staff to keep the place clean. The OC Fair was 100 times cleaner than Banc of California Stadium. Despite the gross state of the stadium, Gun's N' Roses killed it last night, and we had a blast! read more

Amazing space! I can't believe it took so long to get here but we attended the season opener for LAFC and had a blast! We stayed in the all you can eat section that included a tour of the stadium and the field. What an awesome experience! We parked in the VIP section which was worth the price considering we walked right to the stadium from our parking space - it was so easy. The crowd was lively, the food was decent (can't go wrong with hot dogs and all the beer you could want, not to mention it was local), and the field was in great shape. We had a blast and would love to come back to see another game soon! read more

Pretty new open air stadium (opened 3 years ago) and is home to the LAFC and the ACFC teams, soccer fields are immaculate and the seating are great. Located in Exposition Park, near the Coliseum. Came here yesterday for the Gun and Roses concert. The venue is clean, ok staffed (hey it's the pandemic), to show you your seats. The stadium has surrounded suites for sporting and concerts. Seats are hard and uncomfortable, massage time later. Numerous concession stands for your $20 beer and $10 popcorn or fries. Parking can be crazy, we bought a parking pass online through Ticketmaster at $54 for general parking, crazy pricing. They had adequate parking control after the event, it only took 30 minutes to exit. Aside from the jacked up pricing for the venue, parking and concessions, I guess it is what it is, a nice clean new stadium in LA. read more

A gorgeous stadium! I'm not a big soccer person, but I had the privilege of attending a game here and it was a lot of fun! I was about half way up in section 214, and I highly recommend those higher seats as you'll get a great view of the field overall (see pic). Section 214 was also great because it was smack in the middle so I had visibility on the whole field. The stadium itself was great - clear signage, clean restrooms, and a nice bar/lounge facility on the main floor. All the food stands are separated out by type of food so I'd recommend doing a lap before deciding what to get. Prices are all reasonable too, not like going to Dodger Stadium and paying $20 for a hot dog. I took an Uber there to avoid dealing with parking and it was very easy to get dropped off and walk right up. Just be aware - they are very strict about the clear bag policy so check their website ahead of time. Also, I went to a game in January and it got a little chilly at night so I suggest bringing a blanket (which are allowed!) read more

Attended Mumford and Sons here last weekend and loved it! Read super mixed info between here and the show's site re: bags. All the negative reviews here were from a punk concert a month before our event. Maybe things were more intense for that show bc punk shows ... will be punk shows. Lol For Mumford, they had signs everywhere ab the clear bag policy that's on the venue's website. While they didn't have rulers at security, and I certainly saw clear bags much larger than the allowed size, I will say I saw almost 100% only clear bags inside. Scary part tho considering the shooting climate in our country right now - no one looked inside my clear bag at all. Didn't see security checking anyone else's either. We were instructed to put our bags in a bowl, then walk through the metal detectors with our phones in our hands. We had seats in 125 AA I think it was, which was nose bleeds 3 rows from the top. Lol Great view of the sunset, but these seats would be extremelyyyyy uncomfortable on hot days (luckily our day wasn't bad). Knocked the venue a star because the 2 front big screens are unusually small for a venue of this size. They have a jumbo one on the rear end of the stadium ... and it wasn't on?? Like not once the whole show did it come on. Would have helped us so far from the tiny screens up front to see the show. The beer selection is limited, IMO. Believe our tall cups were $18/each. There's only one tiny stand in the whole place that sells popcorn ... crappy popcorn for a sports arena, too, I was bummed. We also had a pretzel. You can choose salted vs unsalted. We went for a concert and it felt so unorganized. The staff barely directed the lines nor showed us where to go. At one point the crowds made up like 4 different lines all to go into the same gate entrance. It just felt severally understaffed and overcrowded just to get in. The staff was clearly overwhelmed. Once we got in we decided to get food which was way too overpriced. The safest thing was maybe the pizza to eat or maybe some of the bowls at the Figueroa club, otherwise you're paying over 20 dollars for cold hard food. Just better if you eat outside the venue save some money and save your stomach. I also thought it was weird that the lines were understaffed but most of the food/drink stands were over staffed. It took 5 people to order, pour, and charge me for one beer. The concert was a blast in the end but the staff who ran this event was non existent. I also felt bad for some of the openers, doors opened at five and the show started at 6:30 but because of how difficult it was to get in the venue wasn't even full until 8:30. Imagine spending so much on tickets to barely see any of the opening sets because you couldn't get in fast enough. We were fortunate enough to get there early enough to snag an okay spot in line and be able to watch all the sets but it still took us an hour and a half. I've been to this concert countless times and at other venues and never had the issues this place had. read more

This was probably one of the worst concert experiences I've had, there were no clear signs to show us where to go for parking and there were organizers trying to help people find parking on bicycles but they were cutting people off and getting in the way of traffic; we had to ask a couple different people where to go for standard admission once we parked, after paying $80 just for parking. When we heard the price and told the worker that it's too expensive and if she can point us where to exit she rolled her eyes at us. We ended up paying $80 for the parking after driving around the stadium for an hour or more looking for alternative parking. I was already expecting to pay for parking and expecting at most $50 but $80 is ridiculous and the workers were so rude. The doors opened at 6 and the first opener started around 6:30, we were in line for merch which was horrible because it was poorly organized and people were cutting all throughout the night with no repercussions I don't understand why they didn't open more merch booths because we missed out on 3 of the 4 openers, they should've let everyone in earlier because so many people missed out on really great artists. I really do not recommend this place for a concert. Horrible workers and security, horrible organization, parking prices are borderline robbery and just finding out where to park and where to go to wait in line is a huge headache, I hope Grey Day is at the KIA Forum next year. read more

Nightmare at BMO Stadium: I don't know where to begin. We headed to the concert way ahead of time (so I thought). The venues lack of traffic and parking attendants lead to a two hour standstill on the freeway being only a half mile from the stadium. Many people were getting out of their cars and walking to the concert from the freeway! Finally getting to the entrance of the parking structure and the car ahead of us was able to get in, they stopped us they tell us to turn around because the lot was full! With hundreds of cars behind us, why didn't they think ahead and redirect the traffic beforehand! Wtf! We finally found parking far away from the stadium and had to pay $80 to park. It was a very long walk to the stadium and had to ask a janitor to please help us find our seats. $600 tickets for 6 songs thanks to BMOs lack of personnel, organization and care. The concert was sold out yet many seats were empty because people were struggling to get to the event. BMO stadium should be ashamed of themselves. Carin Leon you were absolutely fabulous and I love you, but please don't ever use this venue again. read more

BMO Stadium is kind of a mixed bag. Saw Foo Fighters here on Sunday, and I feel like the experience could have been so much better. Parking is obscene. $80 to park onsite feels downright criminal, especially with terrible gridlock that I was lucky to escape relatively quickly when I got back to my car. Take the metro if possible. I considered paying someone in the neighborhood to let me park on the curb, but this felt super sketchy. Getting into the venue wasn't bad, but there is an extreme strict clear bag policy, and I saw other patrons being harassed about it by security. Make sure to get your food and/or use the bathroom early. Lines in between opening acts were a complete frustrating mess with no organization. There wasn't any food or bathroom options on the field level, so everyone filtered up and created a massive traffic jam throughout the entire 100 level. Food and drinks are even more ridiculous than usual. Like $9 for a bottle of water type prices. I also noticed that until Foo Fighters were on, it was a free-for-all in the stands. I had to get up so many times to let people in and out to their seats. Not like this was the venue's fault, but that made me notice that ushers were few and far between. It honestly felt like staff in general was few and far between. Now for the performances themselves, the sound was so amazingly loud. Which was perfect. But I am also glad I brought my earplugs. Video displays and lighting really enhanced the experience. BMO has a lot of work to do to have me consider seeing a show again here in the future. read more

We had a minor medical emergency while attending a concert at Banc of California Stadium, and our guy Marco who was one of the ushers or guest services (sorry I don't know his title) was incredibly helpful. While waiting in line to get in, a friend needed medical attention (thank goodness only minor). Marco was very calm, called the paramedics on staff, stayed with us until they arrived, and made sure my friend was comfortable and hydrated. When my friend was all cleared, he let us know to find him so that he'd get us back up in line so that we didn't have to wait back at the end of the line. Riydah season was great. A bit long could be shorter. But overall I was entertained. Great atmosphere.

This place honestly rules. It's got all the modern amenities of a venue built in the 2010s and is actually smaller than I expected it to be so you have a great view from wherever you're seated. The sound for concert can bounce off the walls if you turn your head but it's not that bad. My biggest gripe with the venue is that they only let you down to the floor from one aisle which I think is ridiculous but I would 100% see a band here again. read more

Coming to watch a game is a fantastic experience! I've only come to two games and it's amazing! I would definitely recommend coming to a game. Parking: it is expensive to park in the lots they charge between $35-$40. If you go around the residential neighborhoods they let you park your car in their houses for $20, that is way cheaper than parking in the lots. Both times I've come to the game I've parked in houses and they take good care of your car. You only have to walk about 2 blocks. Food and drinks: they have a variety of foods like pizza, hamburgers, wings and fries. They have a ton of alcoholic beverages and they even have micheladas. The prices are okay for a stadium, I always eat beforehand and then after the game and at the stadium I just get a beer. read more

It's now the BMO stadium but just went there for Concacaf finals, but really, after being a Founders member for the first 4 years this place has gone down dramatically: Within the first 30 minutes they ran out of the average fajitas, and resorted to serving 2 bowls of average melts cheese and corn chips. Majorly downhill especially when selling tickets for $400 each. And for some reason they closed the bar at 65 minutes. Not in a hurry to go back. read more

Been to this stadium a couple of times for concerts. First time was to see Twice in May of 2022. Recently went back to see Stray Kids April 2023. The area has ample parking since USC is close by, but the closer you park to the venue, the longer you will likely have to wait to get out because there's nobody to guide traffic from cars and pedestrians. Last year, we parked in a garage very close to the stadium, but it took 2 hours to get out of the garage. It was a nightmare, especially because we were coming from out of town. This year, we were able to find decent parking a little further away and got in and out pretty easily. The stadium has large screens that make it easy to view what is going on if you have a seat further in the back. I like that the stadium is open air. Cons would be the small seats, a few staff members sent us in the wrong direction for our seats, and nobody was keeping people from standing in areas that they weren't supposed to be in. There was a whole row of people in the aisle behind the seats which is a major safety hazard! read more

We went for an Angel City soccer game. We had season tickets and season parking. Getting into parking is tough. If you are coming East on King, you can't turn left into your assigned lot. Thus, you need to go South and come North on Hoover. The lot appeared oversold. It was closed shortly after we parked, and we saw pre-paid parkers turned away. Ticket entrance is by using a smart phone. (What folks without smart phones do is beyond me.) In any event, my Apple iPhone 14 beeped four times for four tickets, but the gates only opened twice. Why? I have no idea. Eventually the staff agreed to let me in. They could see the tickets in my wallet and that the tickets would ping the system, just that the gates would not unlock. And I was not the only customer allowed in through a rope rather than an electronic gate. Views from our section 229 seats were good. Stadium is cashless. There's a preference for Apple or Google wallets, tempered by the fact that at the pizza stand the interface doesn't work well. Not for me nor for the three folks in front of me who all struggled, with the clerk, to get the system to recognize their electronic wallet. Food service is below par. We started with pizza and garlic knots. The pizza was essentially bread with some sauce and cheese. The garlic knots were bread where the chef had mentioned garlic in the same room. (Garlic fries at Dodger Stadium are so much better.) The pizza comes in a big box. Most of what's inside is air. The kids wanted Dole Whip. That stand was near our seats, so I went. 22 minutes later I emerged with Dole sub-par Whip. We go twice a year to the Dole Plantation on Oahu. It's a convenient spot to stop and to use the facilities, even to eat. So we know Dole Whip. And what was sold at BMO was dumbed down. Virtually no pineapple shreds. The constant noise, especially low bass noise, was annoying. It did not distract the visiting team. It just is there to annoy the fans. read more

Foo Fighters - Aug 11, 2024. Parking is a joke at this venue. I purchased a Blue Lot parking pass in advance because I have a physical disability which makes walking difficult. When I arrived to the show around 6:30pm, I was told that the Blue Lot was full and I would have to park in the Orange structure on the other side of the stadium. I showed the attendant my pass and my ADA Parking Permit. The attendant was very rude and said we should have gotten to the event earlier. I tried to explain that traffic was heavy getting to the event. It took almost an hour to get to the Orange lot. The walk to the venue was very long and difficult because of my knee. By the time we made it inside, we had missed the first 2 bands and the headliner was taking the stage. I am very upset by this. I have been going to concerts and sporting events for over 40 years and have never had a parking pass to a lot that was rejected because the lot was full. The only way something like this could happen at BMO Stadium is either the lot was oversold or partons were parking in the Blue Lot who did not have a pass for that lot. I want a refund for the pass I purchased!!!! read more

Don't go to concerts when it's sunny and be on the right side because they put up a canopy and don't take it down causing the people not being able to see the stage. The music is cool and thankfully we had the big screens but it made the experience sad. read more
