Between water damage and mold it took about 9 days total to get everything under control and having someone like Noel guiding us through the process was really helpful. He uses the same software the insurance companies use so you know the price you're getting is what you'll be reimbursed for. It's no fun having your house torn apart, but this is who you want to do it.

This company is awful. They came to my rental home on 3 separate occasions because we had water…read moredamage and mold. They said there was no mold and the "mold smell" was from me not cleaning well. I clean all day because I have two small children and am immunocompromised. I also hire a cleaning service to come in twice monthly and get anything I could have missed. The owner or manager, Kathy, yelled at my husband on the phone telling him I was being overly dramatic then hung up on him. We ended up sending samples to a private lab and they found aspergillosis, penicillin, and cladosporium growing in our bathroom where the odor was coming from. We lived with this problem for months before we were released from our lease. The rental company is now having to do major mold remediation and tear apart the whole bathroom. Wouldn't be surprised if this review gets deleted either as Kathy has been doing such on here for a while and on BBB.

Our dogs went to their kennels as they always did. When we returned home, two hours later we opened the door to a house completely filled with smoke. We had an electrical fire which resulted in the loss of most of our personal belongings and our two beautiful dogs, leaving our beautiful "dream house" in shambles. I tell you all of this because I want it known that your company did so much more then providing property repair. My wife and I found ourselves lost and overwhelmed. I truly had no idea what to do. A couple of days after the fire I had found a flyer from your company on the door of the house. I subsequently met with Chris Barnett who not only outlined what your company could provide, he showed compassion, understanding and patience. This took such a weight off of us and gave us a direction when it had appeared that all was loss. Chris was outstanding guiding us along through every step. Then Chris did the greatest thing. He provided Ray Hernandez as the superintendent for our home's repair. Ray is truly amazing! He is knowledgeable, detail oriented and hands on. Ray's attitude is always positive, caring and friendly. I have not only seen him at the house many times, he often has a tool in his hand helping with the repairs. He truly leads by example with impeccable work ethic.
