Very responsive and convenient! We had to get carpet cleaning per the lease and the company said due to dog damage they believe the cleaning will not help. They offered to do the job, several hundred dollars... but warned that they truly believe the rental company will still have to take the deposit to replace the carpet even with their great cleaning. THEY TURNED HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS AWAY DUE TO THEIR NEED TO BE HONESTY WITH OTHERS! Turns out they are a faith based company and that was no surprise. Rep told me "The best is honesty that is how we run our business, God First and all the Glory to Him. We work for the Lord". I WILL NEVER GO TO ANOTHER CARPET CLEANING COMPANY! These are truly great people who will surely receive their true reward. God Bless Divine Care Carpet Cleaning!

The end results were very good considering what they started with. They got about 90% of existing stains out, and of the others that were more difficult - they reduced them by about 50%. Customer service calling the location was great too. I called to see if they had any earlier appointments than what the website showed - they didn't, but Audrey made me aware of a promotion that saved me almost 20%.. She called back an hour later when an earlier appointment opened up - which really helped me out. She definitely didn't have to do that - I would've never known. Great crew, great job, great results.

After booking the cleaner for a move-in move out clean, I was told upon their arrival that I would need to pay an up charge for the "construction dust" the cleaner claimed was everywhere since we'd had carpet removed. The carpet removers had already cleaned once, but I agreed to the requested, on the spot, up charge of $100+ on the condition that the Condo be truly and completely clean when it was done. After the first attempt at this services cleaning, the condo might as well not have been touched. Entire rooms had been missed. Shelves had not been cleaned and the cleaner had not even noticed that some of the closets were there. We spoke to the owner, and they agreed to send her back out, She did return and try cleaning again. She did actually go into all the rooms and though there was visible dirt (black in windowsills, old built up dust on the outlets, smudges on the windows, etc.) we did accept this cleaning job because I just wanted this mess to be over. But weeks later and I'm still finding places where she just did not clean. I paid for a move in move out clean WITH an up charge for extra cleaning and got...two days of stress and the old owners crumbs still in the kitchen drawers. Sinks, windowsills, cabinets. I've spent hours scrubbing them all myself. I paid hundreds of dollars and I wholeheartedly regret wasting the money. Please don't repeat my mistake.
