    I had my car checked with them Nov. 22 to get my car checked because of rumbling noise. They said…read moresince I need to replace front wheel bearings, might as well change the whole assembly.After all said and done, I got my car keys after 2.3 hours of labor(5 hours waiting total) I started my car. to my surprise all dash lights are on. they took it back in and admitted that they broke the ABS sensors so it was also replaced by them. ABS light is on again now and they said it was not their fault. I tried to ask, if there is something they can do since Nov. 22 I just paid 800$. and for them to say that I have to pay another possible-2-hours-diagnostics 95$ / hour is just a little too much. Quite frankly, I do understand that it is still a business. However, if business provides customer satisfaction which leads to further referrals and I believe that I cannot say that for Japan Auto parts / Transmission Depot. I tried to ask if I can speak to the owner (Bruce) and ask if he can help out. But he was either not present or the staff does not want me to speak to him. Summary : paid 800$ for whole hub assembly that could have been avoided just by replacing the wheel bearings alone. They broke (and admit) that they broke my ABS sensor which they replaced (improperly). Which made them bring my car back in all in the same day. in less than a month my car have ABS problem again (code 1142), and for them to say it is not their fault and it not being related to what they fixed may be true. But at the same time with the track record they provided it is just hard to trust them.

I do not know anything really about cars so any time they told me my car had an issue and something needed to be replaced I would do it as i assumed they knew what they were talking about and would be honest. This is NOT the case. They ripped me off every chance they got. Unfortunately I only found out after it was too late and i had already spend thousands of dollars with them. The last time i went there they told me i had an issue with one part of my car and a few bolts or rods were missing and i should get it replaced. For what ever reason this time i took my car to get a second opinion, and the place i went to for the second opinion told me that there was no issue with the car and nothing was wrong, missing or needed to be replaced. This is when I realized that my car probably never had the issues mazda would always call me about when i took my car for a general service. DO NOT go here as they will rip you off, and lie right to your face.

It involved a…read morebad battery which the dealer blamed on my driving habits, even though I had a CAA document testifying that the power source was bad and needed to be replaced. After the ninth instance of it quitting and needing a recharge, I finally went to get it replaced at the dealer. To my relief and great gratitude, they not only replaced it for free as part of the warranty, but rushed to get to it despite having people in front of me because I had a sick dog I needed to get home to. That kindness, by a service advisor named Paul Maliakal, was more appreciated than he will ever know. The car was brought in early and I was out of there within half an hour. This still isn't my favourite car and I wish I hadn't bought it, because it's given me so many problems and there are features (especially the weird radio system!) that I dislike. But the service I received that day helped make up for a lot and so it's only fair I issue this updated review. I appreciate Mazda of Toronto's service and the decency and competence of this employee. I hope everyone who goes there has the pleasure of running into him and having him handle their concerns.

Her hand held didn't have a specific locations but she walked up over to the aisle she thought it would be in and helped up look. We couldn't find it so we have up and started to shop for other things. She ended up finding it at and ends aisle and looked for us in the store to give us the item. I didn't get her name but she went above and beyond... gets my vote for amazing employee. Need more like her.

    I went to this location (Jan 27,2026 )to buy the item SKU: 9390121. Before I go there I check in…read morethe system and it showed 7 in stock. When I reached the store around 10:00 a.m. there is none in the shelf. I asked one of the customer service rep about this item and she got the details and come back and said the inventory is wrong and we don't have this item and I confirmed with the manager(Heidi). I spoke to the manager(Heidi) and explained about the wrong information in the system. The reason given to me by her is it is stolen. I explain the busy life style of the customers and ask her to update this in the system as soon as possible to prevent wasting other customers time. She said she will do it. As of Jan 28,2028 their system still shows that this store has 7 pieces in store(which will waste more customers time). I end up with contact their national service centre to resolve this issue. This store online information about the available items and the quantity is not reliable.
