Perhaps I'm a sucker for punishment but I occasionally stop by, when our regular nutritional supplement store is out of stock of something, hoping the customer service has gotten better. Unfortunately, it has never been the case but today... today was different!. He was actually helpful, offered advice and was really quite personable.
