Did not have an appointment, but they took me in. The service manager was pleasant enough. The waiting area was clean and well lighted and the free coffee offer would have been nice, if there were coffee, cups and condiments. Service took a little over an hour. Not the fastest but they were through. Checked all the tires and aired those that needed it. Not sure what the average price of a tire change is in the area, theirs was not excessive and added my vehicle to the computer. Good for future service if needed. All in all, not a bad experience. Would use again! Little

When I went to pick it up at 5:15 after they closed, they were supposed to leave the key in it yet they never did that and cost me over 30 minutes in extra travel time. Third, I personally witnessed the new front end going in my truck before I brought it to them and the components were marked and nothing was touched as far as I'm concerned on my truck. The proof is I brought it to another place 2 days later and they said this truck is all out of whack. I have proof in the pictures attached as they seemingly manipulated the machine to make it look correct. The first picture is the printout they gave me to show all green the second picture is from the new place I brought it to on the top it shows how bad it was and on the bottom you can see it fixed. It took considerable troubleshooting to track down the problem and the quickly got the needed parts and repaired the issue. Everyone that works there is so nice, good people. For one, they don't know how to tighten bolts on oil pans and will leave your undercarriage covered in oil. Secondly, they'll lie right to your face and tell you some nonsense lie that has nothing to do with the issue because they can't own up to their mistakes. Went to get the bolt tightened on the oil pan that they left loose and they still didn't tighten it all the way. On top of that, they didn't top off our oil and put a filter in that we didn't need only to jam it into position causing more issues. Horrible service, I don't see how theyre up and running honestly.

Once upon a time (pre-2015) this was a good place to take your vehicle for oil changes. ties, tune…read moreups, etc. It's all changed now. Whole new staff. Severely reduced staff. Unable to carry out simple repairs without ridiculous waits. Went in yesterday for 2 new tires and told it was all booked up for the day and to make an appointment for 08:00 am the following day. Come back the next morning at 08:00 to find 4 other people in the same situation. Facility opens at 08:00. No front end people there. No mechanics there. First employee shows up 30 minutes late. One mechanic shows up with the second an hour late. Also discover that they had left their Sear's store door unlocked for the night. Second front end person shows up 45 minutes late. Complains of taking too many muscle relaxers the previous evening. Some people there on their 4th rescheduled appointment. The whole place needs a complete turnover with new personnel.
