They, alledgedly, according to the young lady up front, put a dye on it to check for leaks, they inspected it, and they recharged the a/c. Told me to come back if there was a problem or if the a/c lost power. One day and a half after seeing them I was out of a/c again. I went back, they couldn't find the problem or the leak. I took it to Sears Auto center. They did an underhood courtesy, checked for leaks, recharged the a/c and told me, and wrote it on the invoice, that NO DYE was detected from the previous repair location. In other words, that no dye had been placed there before within the same week because there was no trace of it. Today I called Ron's and got a rude response from the young lady up front.

This shop looks small and crowded, what makes it amazing is the folks inside. I am a single woman in my 40s who knows nothing about cars. They could have told me I needed all kinds of work done and I would have believed it (that sound was scary). Instead the owner took a look right away, told me it was a quick and inexpensive fix. He had me on my way in less than an hour and for less than $50!!!!!! They will be my mechanics for as long as I am in Highlands County. What a hidden gem. I can't recommend them highly enough. When I went to pick it up at 5:15 after they closed, they were supposed to leave the key in it yet they never did that and cost me over 30 minutes in extra travel time. Third, I personally witnessed the new front end going in my truck before I brought it to them and the components were marked and nothing was touched as far as I'm concerned on my truck. The proof is I brought it to another place 2 days later and they said this truck is all out of whack. I have proof in the pictures attached as they seemingly manipulated the machine to make it look correct. The first picture is the printout they gave me to show all green the second picture is from the new place I brought it to on the top it shows how bad it was and on the bottom you can see it fixed. This gave the opportunity to ask questions which they covered with clarifications. They made sure each incoming part was the correct fit. Took sending those that were not right back to the supplier. In 1 case meant getting the lamp replacement part from Subaru direct. We were picked up at their location for the temporary rental with Enterprise and were able to leave the rental at the body shop when we picked up our car. This was convenient. On the 2nd Claim: Damages - Impact to driver mirror cracked outer mirror body, dents and scratches to multiple body parts including a poor attempt of a person I hired to cover the scratches (who made it worse) Outcome: - new mirror put on car - great body work and match on paint blending - 64 West Collision worked with budgeting best deal for all Follow On: - you always don't see the small details at pick-up. In our case we had two spots that only needed paint thinner to solve. With the primary claim, a small mark due to taping and with the second claim, a small area due to overspray from the guy I hired to touch up the scratches. I used to bring it somewhere to have it done but I find mobile detailers much more convenient. These guys responded to my online quote request within minutes. I was scheduled the next day with a thirty-minute arrival window and they arrived on time. They looked at my ride and said it would take about an hour. They proceeded to swarm my car with all kinds of pressure washers, vacuums, and potions. It did indeed take about an hour. You would swear my car came right out of the showroom! Maybe even better than that! The tab was $40, and I didn't even need to leave my condo. Sweet! You can bet I'll be reaching out to them again when I need an excellent detailing at a great price!

They arrived. They were courteous, quick (40 min) and professional, and were able to patch up the tire after removing what turned out to be a valve cap. Then, when they double checked their work, they found another nail and took that one out for no additional charge! Extremely reasonable prices (~$30) definitely way cheaper than investing in a new tire if I'd gone to a dealer! Highly recommend, would definitely go back next time I get another flat!
