They arrived. They were courteous, quick (40 min) and professional, and were able to patch up the tire after removing what turned out to be a valve cap. Then, when they double checked their work, they found another nail and took that one out for no additional charge! Extremely reasonable prices (~$30) definitely way cheaper than investing in a new tire if I'd gone to a dealer! Highly recommend, would definitely go back next time I get another flat!

It practically stalled on me at their driveway. I asked if it was the alternator and they said the battery just needed to be replaced. I left with the battery warning light still on and they said it'll turn off once I drive it for a few miles. It didn't. After 4 days, the light was still on so I called and asked if it's safe to drive to Tampa. I was told it is. It wasn't. The car stalled and stopped running and had to be towed. It was the alternator. I don't know how they could miss diagnosing something so basic. Even ChatGpt was able to diagnose the problem the first time. I took the car to another shop.

Did not have an appointment, but they took me in. The service manager was pleasant enough. The waiting area was clean and well lighted and the free coffee offer would have been nice, if there were coffee, cups and condiments. Service took a little over an hour. Not the fastest but they were through. Checked all the tires and aired those that needed it. Not sure what the average price of a tire change is in the area, theirs was not excessive and added my vehicle to the computer. Good for future service if needed. All in all, not a bad experience.
