Cookies were packed together with others and whole box became soggy. ($38.92per pound (pignoli) and $28.26/lb (Almond cookies). They were inedible. The same cookie was used in the base of the pastries and we found them very oily/ perhaps a different recipe from the past. That was last Saturday. I sent a copy of my receipt and photos of the product on to the contact info on their Facebook page. No response. Called. No response. I usually try to resolve issues before leaving a poor review and really thought I'd receive at least a response even if there was no resolution. I have to believe that if someone doesn't respond they obviously don't care. Therefore, after over 8 years I'm not going to patronize a business who is banking on the good reputation of a former owner to get by any longer. What a shame!
