They needed to remeasure a few days after I dropped off the dress because they felt their initial measurements were a little off. I'm glad they did because they made a few adjustments. The end result was perfect! You don't need an appointment, which is nice. I only waited about 5 minutes after walking in for my initial visit. The staff are friendly, attentive, and very professional. The space is clean and organized. The parking lot is pretty busy, so don't expect to get a spot right by the door.

I dropped off a few one piece items that had basic wear and tear and the staff was clear on the timeline and also asked for what my timeline was. In addition to the normal hemming and tailoring, the shop also offers up a nice selection of suits and custom suites that can be measured and ordered in house. She said that flowers were 50-75% more here than what she pays per stem at home. Between the limited options and the prices, we build a small (but beautiful) bouquet, which they put in a wet wrapping and placed upright in a box for us. We spent $70 for the pictured flowers and later added wild flowers from home to fill it out a bit more.
