While the first month of the program is still about the coach learning how your body works, by the last month of the program if you haven't agreed to renew, they ignore your questions and communicate as little as possible. Don't do it!! It's not worth it! Definitely not worth the $2K plus they negotiate with you.... Its nothing that you can't do on your own. I joined, ended up having a hip replacement pretty quick after I signed up. I decided the timing wasn't right and asked for a refund. All I was told is no refunds no matter what. And was told I wasn't working the program which I was. He just wants to turn it and say it's all your fault. All they want is your money. To Bo it's only about the money. Stay far away from Bo Murley Fitness! I originally found Bo through Instagram and set up a call. The call was fine, but then he immediately pressured me into paying $2,900 upfront for 4 months of coaching. I took out a loan through Affirm to cover it. At first, things seemed okay, but by month 2 I ran into health and financial hardships. I reached out to Bo, and he only offered me "credit" -- which I couldn't use. Looking deeper into the contract, I found Article 1.1 states that Bo Murley Fitness will provide a training, diet, and nutrition plan. While I did receive training, I never received the diet/nutrition plan, even though I was logging meals. I confirmed this directly with the Trainerize app they use, and I have evidence showing my plan was never activated. When I disputed this with Affirm, they initially kept siding with Bo, despite clear evidence that he breached the contract. On top of that, he revoked my access to the program -- another breach under Article 3.1e, which only allows revoking access if payments aren't made on time. I paid in full through Affirm, so that excuse doesn't apply. After months of disputes and providing evidence, I finally had to get the Attorney General's office and CFPB involved. Only then did Affirm finally side with me and refund my money. Bo pressures people into joining, doesn't fulfill his contract, hides behind a "nonrefundable policy," and puts you with other trainers (in my case, Seth). Bo is just the face of the company -- he's not actually training you. Please do yourself a favor and find a local trainer. I'm now paying $300 for 10 one-on-one sessions in my own town, and it's a night-and-day difference. Bottom line: Bo Murley Fitness breached the contract twice, didn't provide the promised services, and revoked access even after full payment. He only cares about money. STAY FAR AWAY! read more

Bo Murley Fitness program advertises as a program that teaches you maintainable diet. Their quote is: "How to get results with ZERO food restrictions, INSANE workouts, or BS supplements!" I had the misfortune to pay a lot of money to enter this program coached by Bo Murley (actually I was coached by Seth Scrimo). Bo wasn't present in my program other than the purchasing call. My assigned coach Seth Scrimo started me with a maintainable lower calorie intake that, after a brief period of adjusting, my body well adapted to. As the weeks passed calories were further decreased and I followed all instructions by coach. I am not sure if my good self-discipline invited this but my calorie intake kept getting lower and lower. Going into month 3 of the program my  daily calorie allotment was 1500calories.  At that moment I am a 6'2" tall (188cm) male with around 210lbs (95kg) going to the gym 6x a week. I should note at this point in the program I was supposed to start increasing calories to see what is mine maintainable food intake to stop further loosing weight. This was advertised but never happened. Even though I complained on many occasions this low calorie number is not maintainable (it doesn't match my desired lifestyle or fitness goals), my feeling of anger, low energy, tiredness for standard daily activities - Seth kept pushing to continue with this dangerously low calorie count for another 3 weeks (after already barely maintaining it for 2 weeks). In this moment I had a break down and said ENOUGH. I felt constant anger (not just annoyance, but raging-anger), low energy and malnourishment (I would break my low calorie diet to 'binge eat' eggs. Not cookies, but eggs). This was all great to Seth and all he kept repeating was: "You'll be great, don't worry, just push through it". 6 weeks of feeling bad and unhealthy. Constant promise it will 'somehow' be better. At the point I said enough, I felt so desolate it didn't make any sense that I could possibly feel good later. Only worse. It went way way too far for too long.  I was coached into developing an eating disorder. After I finally said ENOUGH I had trouble adjusting back to food. This lasted for a few days (I cried while eating, making peace that I need to eat food & have enough calories to normally function). I never gave any reason to be coached into this insanely restrictive diet. I am healthy, with relatively healthy habits but wanted to work on my overall eating lifestyle. While at the same time I did repeatedly say that I do not want this low calorie goal ("I am not feeling healthy", and "I can't maintain this low calorie intake as a lifestyle" - taking my fitness habits and body height into account). After realising Seth is completely disregarding my feedback, I took my complaint to Bo Murley. On a few different occasions. Never any response. I had to remind him to reply to me. After I finally successfully scheduled a call and tried to have a conversation with him he did nothing. He said that I should've told him sooner... :( Even though I told him as soon as I became aware of it and after trying to talk to him for 17 days, and I was still in the program.  My goals and health were completely ignored. And then my complaints were ignored. So here I am now posting this review. Be warned. This is definitely not a quality 1-on-1 experience, even though you will pay for it (I was quoted $2500, agreed to pay $1800). There were many red flags along the way: Bo told me on the sales call I get 5 months of coaching (turned into 4 without any explanation), my coach Seth Scrimo didn't talk about or set any specific or realistic goals (instead kept pushing his own agenda even after I told him enough), and general lack of organisation of material and flow of the program. I came to Bo via a recommendation from IG of Laura Lambe (she had great info on dieting but doesn't work with men). So I thought maybe Bo is just new at this and needs to get a grip on things. But Bo's attitude when bringing my complaint to him was to completely ignore it. I can't justify that. I find there are many other 1-on-1 coaches that teach calories, movement and everything else that Bo Murley Fitness is advertising. There are way, way better ones out there.
