My spouse and I needed a reasonable place to store our things because we moved into an apt and…read moredidn't want it crowded up. This storage facility was down the street from the apt we stayed. The other storage facilities were VERY pricey so we decided to come here. Now I really know the real meaning of "you get what you pay for". NO property manager was never there. The kiosk was there to assist you with transactions (that IF it was working) and the storage units were dirty and very dusty. Per the contract , I've notified the storage manager at 218-852-1400 to let her know that I will be vacating unit. She told me once I did and cleaned out unit, put lock and key in drop box and my 25.00 deposit will be issued once the unit has been inspected. Its been almost a month and I'm still waiting for my refund!!!! I've called twice to inquire and I was told it was mailed. Normally, if a customer tells a company that they did not receive refund, a reputable company would stop pmt on last ck and reissue another ck. I'm still waiting for my refund. But storage renters beware.. If you may have to pay a little more for storage, it may be an better option. Now I've learned . ;@

Today was the first day of my entirety of having hobby lobby as a consumer store while I was treated the way I was treated by the management name, April. I made a purchase for several items and once I made the final purchase, I looked in my receipt and it was $442 now the reason why we shop at Hobby lobby is because of the deals and a discount that they have in this godfather service and owner. But this day in particular, the manager April is at the front and she seem like she doesn't wanna help us or she has some type of agitation for our presence inside of her store. Once we came back inside of the store to ask for customer service to have a check for all items that were purchased 'Charlene' helped us at the front desk, then while helping us she was interrupted by this manager(APRIL). after being interrupted with a question on what was transpiring in line. When she realized what the issue was were once told immediately... with no time to try to have a disillusion or a proper resolve to the situation that she would have to run the cameras back ‍to check the purchases. The. it wouldn't be able to be done until tomorrow morning the following day. Now mind you, I've been doing business with Hobby lobby for the last six months and spent over $5000.... all of my receipts are attached in this email I'm sending to corporate. So I just wanna make a formal complaint on how this situation was handled and the service that was given to me at Hobby lobby by the manager (APRIL).
