I was watching the Today Show when they featured a segment with Boarderie. I was impressed and went to their website to order a board. I ordered a large Christmas board. We had friends over and the large board was devoured. My favorite cheeses were all the ones with blueberries. Everything on the board was delicious. From the different meats to the large varieties of cheeses, the fancy olives, jams, spicy nuts, and marinated olives, we all enjoyed everything. The boxes of crackers and cute accompanying forks were spot on. Again, all of us loved the large board. Speaking of the board, the tray that everything was on was beautiful. Save your money and just make your own board. I've ordered 2 boards...a classic one for Halloween (serves 2-3). Arrived on time and it was definitely smaller than I had anticipated, so I made sure I ordered a medium board for our Friendsgiving. To our disappointment, the board never made it on time based on my "scheduled" delivery date - yes, they give you that option. I get that once the item has been shipped it can be tricky and out of your control...especially during the holidays. If I may suggest, revise your calendar and not allow customers to schedule their boards so close to the date of their parties or events...at least not the day before. Anyway, my TG board finally arrived 5 days later, so I hosted a little cheese and wine gathering and it was still not an adequate serving size for 4-5 as they state on their website. I literally had to cut all the cheese into smaller pieces so there was enough for our guests. Everyone who knows me...I'm a huge supporter of artisans but these two boards presented nothing truly special. Reached out to Boarderie and they did apologize for the inconvenience and issued me a refund. I'm afraid since Shark Tank, they've gotten a little too big for their britches. Quality, quantity, and assured delivery matters (especially when you get to choose your delivery date). Overall, in my opinion they are overpriced for what you get and the reusable Acacia Wood Boards were very lightweight and not as nice as I had expected, as were the serving accessories. The only positive thing I can point out is that their packaging was excellent and nicely insulated. On a final note, I won't be buying from them again...my homemade board was way better...just saying. Peace out. read more

(Yes it's july but I am hosting a Summerween party and the halloween board would have been perfect for the party.) As soon as it got delivered, I reached out to customer service and was offered a 20 dollar refund, i said no thank you and asked if i can send my board back and receive the halloween one. was told, 'its not halloween so you must be confused and they dont offer it right now'... But it's on the website and i paid for the halloween board. Was then told they will ask production team if they can make a halloween board for me to re-order, but they said i'd have to pay for another board. (i spent 249 on this board and did not receive it lol) After another conversation, CS then said as a 'special one-time exception' they will ship me a SMALL halloween board. Skeptical at first because I saw it advertised on IG. But after looking it up online I decided to send my grown kids a board for Easter. I was shipped very quickly and arrived within 24 hours of my ordering. Both kids said it was delicious and they really enjoyed it. Food was fresh and easy to assemble. I ordered 2 boards for thanksgiving to 2 different addresses one Board did not come on delivery date promised and checking tracking status on FedEx it was in Tennessee for 2 days then stayed at the FedEx hub in Maryland board was never delivered. I got a refund but was disappointed. The second board arrived on time for TG but was not as expected. Totally overpriced for the size ( ordered 2 large boards) and the crackers were mostly crumbs. I can't tell you how annoying and expensive it is to make your own cheese board. I love that Boarderie does it all for me and also gives unique types of cheese.
