I had the worst haircut of my life today. I had a mullet going into today and was feeling great. I told my barber I just want a low skin taper around my ears and to not touch the back at all. I ended up getting a high taper fade and my mullet is completely gone. I will never go to this place ever again. Totally destroyed my self-confidence. Cameron asked a lot of good questions about how we wanted the haircut to look and he listened very carefully to make sure he understood what we were looking for. So glad I found this place a few months back. Two great locations in my area. The owner and the barbers are so friendly and meticulous. They clean up all the unwanted hair around your neck, ears and eyebrows. They finish off your haircut by shaving your lower neck and upper shoulders. You feel like a new man when your done. Worst experience ever!!! I went in hoping I found a place for my 4 boys to finally get a decent cut but I was so wrong. The guy who cut one of my sons shaved his head after telling him I wanted a 2 on the sides and scissor cut the top taking a 1/2 inch off. I have never shaved my boys heads and was very clear on my instructions. I got up in complete shock and asked why he shaved it and then proceeded to yell at me telling me I needed to trust him that he wasn't done and it would be good. He also told me it was my fault because I didn't show him a picture and he wouldn't expect a women to know how to tell him to cut boys hair. I'm sorry I have plenty of experience and knew exactly what to tell him. They don't know how to cut hair with scissors they only know how to use clippers. The lady who cut my other son used a comb and clippers. No scissors in sight. She didn't charge me but you better believe he did. My son left crying and hysterical because he was in shock that his hair was gone and how ugly he looked. My second son left with a V cut and no amount of gel can fix that. His cut is the classic side side swept bangs by his choice. I was again very specific in how I wanted it cut. You can see from the pictures that is not what we left with. Called and left a message for the manager/ owner after he got back from vacation and never received a call. Horrible cuts and the worst customer service. Worst haircut ever. Asked for a trim on the sides and got them completely buzzed off. I wanted half an inch off of the top and the barber cut about an inch and a half off leaving nothing but frizz on the top. Didn't blend the top into the sides either. I walked in to get a haircut from Henrik. The owner and Eric came in right after I sat down. Eric walked up and introduced himself.
