Also, I have to say that compared to the rest of Oxnard--the food in this particular area is definitely more expensive. And although I do not live here and I'm only reviewing as a visitor, I did live on the lake in Westlake Village and in time, would probably get super bored among the old and crunchy people who inhabit those buildings. For now, I'm awed and happy there's this gorgeous area to enjoy a run, hang out, grab a bite or be pretentious while I'm here. Go Oxnard! :)
