Kyle, the sales person I was dealing with is fantastic. He has a great attitude, very knowledgeable and extremely responsive. Kyle got my trailer all taken care of on the business end and then turned me over to the service department to complete the work. Everyone in the service department is top notch. This has been the only boat repair service that I've ever left happy. All of the guys in the service department are very helpful and friendly, which I am not used to when dealing with boat people. They gave me a tour of their entire facility which is new, indoors and quite large. All of their repairs seem to happen in a large, clean and fully stocked Costco sized warehouse. They even have a fiberglass shop and paint booth. This place is fully stocked with Outboards, general boat gear and everything you could possibly need. It's extremely clean and well organized. Like anywhere else that's top notch, you might pay just a little more but it's definitely worth it. Worth it enough that I was inclined to write this review over a boat trailer. If you want a quality product with quality service to back it up, these guys are definitely who you want to go to. Also, they also included a complimentary torque wrench to keep the wheels properly torqued. They'll show you how to use it if you don't know how.

I had enjoyed that boat and had very good experience with it and how well it held up after all of those years. Their boats are built to last! Working with Dillon on the purchase of this new boat was a pleasure. He was extremely helpful in guiding us through all of the different color combinations for both in interior and exterior. I also had my daughter and her husband that were very valuable in being able to help come up with, what seemed like, unlimited combinations. They have a great selection of colors. Dillon used an AI tool to help us see what exactly the color combinations would look like. That was very useful in determining the final color combinations. Now on to the boat. I must say, it is far better than I had expected it to be. It is absolutely gorgeous. I was surprised how big it was and how much room there is in it. It is so well made and very smooth on the water. A big difference from my old ElectraCraft. It seems the tri-hull makes it much more stable. The boat has plenty of power and is very maneuverable. Having the hard top with the windows makes it feel like you are sitting in your own living room. Even with most of the windows open for air flow, you can enjoy a normal conversation without having to raise your voice to be heard. It is very quiet inside. I also love the fact that I don't have to deal with a mooring cover. When I'm done on the water, all I have to do is zip up the windows! As I mentioned at the beginning, you cannot go wrong with an ElectraCraft boat. The boat is well built, has all the creature comforts you would want. We did get the option of the inverter, which I highly recommend. That way you have a plug in for your phone charger, blender, coffee maker or whatever else you can think of to plug into your boat. We have an 18 foot solar powered boat in Newport Beach, it's perfect for spending time on the bay. Dillon has been by to check on us a number of times after delivery, he's really gone above and beyond! It's a fun boat to drive, easy to get in and out of, has plenty of space and power. They've been great at troubleshooting...like how to keep the local wildlife from "painting" the top of the boat white. Great service!

Bob is the BEST!!!!!…read more We have been fortunate to have Bob help us purchase and sell our Catalina sailboat. Then this year, Bob helped us purchase a 31' Legacy. Usually purchasing a boat is overwhelming, nerve wrecking, beyond stressful--no one wants to do it. But with Bob, he made the whole process seamless. Aaaaaaaah From paperwork, to communication, to having us dialed into the best mechanics, electricians, etc. was phenomenal! I highly recommend Bob Nahm. You will not be disappointed.

I tried to buy it off Craigslist directly from the seller but he was already locked into a contract with bob @ Seacoast, so I put in a cash offer w/ Bob the next day. Went back and forth on price + agreed on a survey timeframe and then the seller accepted my offer. I scheduled my survey and haul within the due diligence period, but then Bob took an offer from another buyer and attempted to back out of the purchase agreement with me! Then Bob sent me a strange email challenging my character and telling me that there was no way the seller would sell the boat to me, presumably to encourage me to just drop the deal so they could take the other offer and back out of our agreement. I contacted the California association of yacht brokers to discuss my options, and they noted errors in the purchase contract that Bob drafted and explained the legal process if I wanted to move forward with holding Bob and the seller to the accepted purchase and sale agreement. They confirmed that I could pursue my rights under the contract and would likely win in arbitration given the facts. Ultimately I decided that it was too expensive to litigate over a ~$50k boat so I let it go. I've purchased 3 boats in the past and have worked as a professional captain for a number of years in the US, Caribbean and Med. I have never run into such a strange situation, nor had the CA yacht brokers association. I can only assume that Bob was trying to maximize his commission on the listing rather than to try to build a relationship with a buyer that will probably purchase a number of boats in the future.
