I really wish I could request someone who speaks English. I could get my orders correct. Also, the quality that they produce used to be great and it's just continued to go downhill. I've had cuts that were quarter of an inch off and I have waited in line to pay for over 45 minutes at a time when I was the only person there not really sure what's going on behind the scenes but I would just love to be able to pull up talk to someone about what I need pay and then receive it in a timely manner.

The girl at the desk was completely un-phased and could care less about my situation and the fact it was almost a 3 hour turn around. I can understand the policy because of the minimum amount needed to make it worth their while, but for a new customer unaware that drove over an hour to remedy an emergency, this is not acceptable and shows a level of arrogance and professionalism hard to find at even the worst of businesses. Fortunately, I work for an outfit that can effect their customer base, based on our ability to control where materials come from for use on our properties. Very poor business practice and zero help!

The outside gate had shifted a little because of some earth movement, so the gate needed some adjusting. Alberto (the owner) came out and fixed everything so that it works perfectly again. Their customer service is incredible and the artistry of their creations in fantastic. I would recommend them to everyone and will use them again in the future.
