I can say that the staff at Bob and Kay's are helpful but having nobody outside guiding u into the wash is a bit odd...though it works fairly well. The wash itself is maybe a tad below their competition but still gets the job done. The vacuums are also a bit weak and I think they need a little maintenance to get then sucking better again. As I was going to do this, an employee (long beard, heavier-set, piercing in at least the left ear, didn't catch his name) came out and started arguing with me saying I couldn't do that and I couldn't "just get a discounted month every time I came in." I was entirely caught off-guard because I had never received this, the system offered it, and he was unbearably rude to me in front of my kids.
