Created this account just to leave a review because of the awful service…read more Brought in my car because of a metal on metal grinding sound (likely the brakes). A few hours later get the call that it's ready. Go in to pick it up and I am told everything is good. I ask about the sound and am told there are no notes on any sound. One of the desk staff offers to go on a ride to confirm the sound with me (this part was good). The staff member confirms that it's definitely the brakes and that it was likely a mistake that they didn't catch it during the brake inspection. When it was assumed I would have the brakes serviced there it was offered that I wouldn't have to pay for the brake inspection, as soon as I mentioned I would take it elsewhere to get a second opinion I'm now on the hook for a nearly $200 inspection that didn't catch a very obvious issue. Staff logic is that people make mistakes and I agreed to a brake inspection. While I do agree that people make mistakes, usually the client doesn't have to pay for a mistake or a service that clearly was not completed properly. TLDR go somewhere else.

I quickly notice that there was no pricing information. None of the cars in the parking lot! I was a little bit surprise. I walked inside the dealership to get more information. But also let me try the cars right? Wrong all the doors are locked inside the showroom. Thats ok I will wait for a sales agents... even inside no pricing information. And no sales agent. I came on a Friday morning maybe thats why? There was two couple looking at the different models and people that looked like they came for maintenance service. I walked around trying to find information (maybe a brochure) or a sale agent. Looked on the windows, desks and the only pricing information was the one for extended warranty. I think I will have better luck online finding the information.
