We were impressed to know that they have 14 other centers in our state and we already went to Kenhorst, Pa. on our last experience and it was a great experience. Failed implant placements, on all but 2 out of the original 7. Resulting in a second surgery and paying for another implant only to have all implant angle to be wrong, then having threads showing on an implant and pain not only were the implant was placed on a tendon but now pain where the threads are showing. I have been without teeth a full year I was in immediate dentures Feb to Oct and unable to wear the bottoms due to the pain, thankfully the dentist got me semi functional teeth to be normal until the second surgery healed only to be put right back into not being able to wear my bottom teeth again and still having pain on the top, I have seen another Dentist in the practice to take over my "complex" case and been falling on deaf ears, I called to ask for help with the pain trying to wear bottoms that no longer fit because of implant height changes and was treated as if I was nothing, I paid 39k for implants that arent placed correctly a addition surgery and for a 6-9 month process to now be going into a new year! I brought up concerns and painfully spots and nothing no adjustment or help. My tooth dentures hasn't been adjusted since Oct I had to call crying in pain to get an appointment for bottom adjustment when the denture was craving into my ridge and cheek. I have absolutely no faith or trust as I did when I started this journey. At the age of 33 I don't want to smile and have not been able to eat properly since Feb 2025. And now I'm stuck i paid everything and I'm stuck without teeth, without any way to correct the surgery, and no concerns from any staff. All of this because a surgeon lacked bedside manor and basic anatomy knowledge. And now the only dentist I trusted isn't part of the network and I have to see another dentist that just is pushing me off. I have been overly patient and trying to "roll with the punches" but I don't have anything that was promised and forever lost the ability to have a full happy healthy smile again. So no I do not recommend any person to use American Dental Solutions at any office and I got surgery at both Hamburg and Kenhorst been seen by both dentists at Hamburg and Kenhorst, since no one is left to listen or care there, please do not use American Dental they are just a small scale Aspen. Oh and make sure they actually send ALL information to your insurance company not just what "they think" insurance will cover.

Not having to make extra trips to the orthodontist every 4 weeks is an absolute blessing when you are talking about 3 kids, their schooling, extra cirricular activities, my work schedule, etc. Yet, when my daughter broke a bracket, eating something at school she should not have been, they accommodated me and got her seen that week! I was frustrated as I needed to get the process of getting implants going. Thank god for Fleetwood Dental. First of all, the office is extremely clean and comfortable. All of the team members are super nice and helpful. Everyone has beaming positivity which makes each visit great. After telling them about the posts that I've had in for 3 years, they worked on getting me temporary care and worked on getting the parts that I needed. It only took a short amount of time before I got a temporary retainer and eventually temporary crowns. The attention to both detail and my own comfort is something that I really appreciate from the Fleetwood Dental group. Each visit I felt cared for in the highest manor Next and last step is my implants and it is so great to know that I am in such great hands. I cannot explain how thankful I am to Dr.Lee and Dr.Jack and everyone apart of the Fleetwood Dental Group. I cannot stop smiling too .

I usually don't like to mention names, but one office was (that begins with gh and ends with osh) was particularly rude. I checked Yelp & after reading the reviews for this office I knew I could call this office for help. Sure enough, when I called and began explaining our dilemma, the sweat young Lady who answered said "come on over," asking only our location - as they were closing at 5pm. We drove an hour (each way) out of our way and they GAVE us a package of bands and wouldn't take any money for them! Actions speak so much louder than words, don't they? If I am ever asked who I would trust in this area with my children's or my own orthodontic needs I know what I will tell them & why. I saw I could trust these Good People at Susquehanna Orthodontics.
