I had posts from dental implants that were placed in 3 years ago. I had planned with a previous dentist to have implants made for them but after calling the previous dentist they never reached back out to me. I was frustrated as I needed to get the process of getting implants going. Thank god for Fleetwood Dental. First of all, the office is extremely clean and comfortable. All of the team members are super nice and helpful. Everyone has beaming positivity which makes each visit great. After telling them about the posts that I've had in for 3 years, they worked on getting me temporary care and worked on getting the parts that I needed. It only took a short amount of time before I got a temporary retainer and eventually temporary crowns. The attention to both detail and my own comfort is something that I really appreciate from the Fleetwood Dental group. Each visit I felt cared for in the highest manor Next and last step is my implants and it is so great to know that I am in such great hands. I had my first visit to Fleetwood dental this week after getting a referral from a co-worker. I walked out thinking this was the best experience I've ever had at the dentist. I had some confusion when I made the appointment online and the receptionist got right back to me and cleared it right up. My teeth cleaning was by Annie and it seemed as thorough as can be while the whole time she was very friendly and considerate of my comfort. Next up was the oral health review by Dr Lee and I have never had an exam quite like it. They took a couple dozen pictures inside my mouth and then put them up on a monitor and told me exactly what they showed. A little gruesome to look at but highly educational. She also examined several aspects of my jaw that I don't think any previous dentist of mine had ever looked at. The entire experience felt first rate! read more

I went to Fleetwood Dental for a broken tooth repair and I can honestly say it was the best experience I've ever had at a dentist's office. Not only is the facility clean and neat, but each member of the staff is extremely nice and so welcoming. Dr. Michelle Lee is kind and compassionate. I've been going to this practice for almost a decade now and always enjoy my visits! The staff there are always so friendly. It's a very professional atmosphere and they always provide thorough and honest explanations of what work their patients require. Dr. Lee is wonderful and has a great team who are dedicated and compassionate! A few visits ago I was told I grind in my sleep... a lot. Dr. Lee said I would need a splint to wear at night. They explained to me how much I would benefit from this. It's not just a barrier between my teeth but will actually target and stop the source of my grinding. This will then lead to more benefits such as less headaches (I tend to get terrible migraines) and even better posture! I was thrilled! Dr. Lee from @Fleetwood Dental blocked me from her practices Facebook page. The reason she did this is because approximately a year ago I left a bad review in regard to a crown she gave me. I felt bad afterward and took the review down. I shouldn't have felt bad. Please read on to find out why I should have kept review intact. I paid thousands for that crown that lasted less than 2 years. I had a prior crown since I was in a car accident when I was just a young girl. That has been many, many years ago. When Dr. Lee's crown came off in such a short time, I called her expressing my displeasure. I requested a refund for a crown that cost thousands and lasted such a short period of time. She said she would be willing to refund my money but 1st she'd like to see me and the crown that fell off. I did as she requested. I believed she would be honest and fair. After looking at my tooth she looked at me so sincerely and said "I will tell you what I would tell my own sister: you will cause yourself so much pain for a crown that won't take. Your bones will have to be dug in to. There just isn't enough tooth left for a crown." I didn't heed her advice. I went to Hometown Dental in Oley where I had a crown put on. It was pain-free and the crown has been problem-free and remains intact today. Why do I write all this? I write it because I received a bill in the mail today threatening legal action from Dr. Lee. When I 1st saw the stationary, I thought maybe she felt remorse over her deception and the fact she never gave me any restitution and maybe because I did leave a review that was very detailed-oriented in a bad way and took it down. I must add immediately after I posted it, I was sent an message asking what they could do to remedy the situation. I said they could give my money back. I don't think a day went by before I took my review down. I didn't wait it out as some advised. I hated the negativity. After today's bill, I changed my mind about the negativity. I decided I was going to write that review again! I should have kept my original one up so no one ever has to go through what I did. When I went to post the review, I found I was banned. The amount I was billed is a small amount for a cleaning I had done before my crown came out. It's not the money that bothers me. It's the lack of accountability. The lack of integrity. The lack of honesty. It's no wonder Dr. Lee's practice gets 5 stars when she blocks the patients who were dissatisfied. She can threaten legal action to me until the cows come home. She'll never see another red cent from me. She still owes me thousands for a botched crown and has the gall to send me a bill for $100?! If Dr. Lee didn't become a dentist she would have excelled as a salesperson or an actress. I believed her "if you were my sister" bs. A year later, I still have a crown that I had to pay for twice because Dr. Lee didn't do the job correctly. I would never recommend @Fleetwood Dental to anyone. They have the fancy waiting room with bottled water and all the fancy trappings. The also have the price to come with it. I will pay high prices for quality. @Fleetwood Dental doesn't have quality. I found quality at @Hometown Dental in Oley, PA. They don't have the fancy trappings (literally & figuratively) or the high prices. They make their crowns onsite. They get 5 stars from me. @Fleetwood Dental "would" get a negative, honest review from me if I could post it. There's always YELP and any other social media app where I'll absolutely be sharing what I should have a year ago. read more

Dr. Lee is by far the most professional, personable and precise dentist I have ever been to. She has a great way of explaining things in detail before doing any work on your teeth, which I have found to be very comforting, especially considering the amount of work she has done on my teeth (orthodontics, fillings, implants, etc.) I am so fortunate to have found her and it is completely worth my drive from Philadelphia to Fleetwood. Another thing I appreciate is the fact that the practice is extremely clean and you can tell her equipment is always pristine. The staff is incredibly friendly. I can't imagine going anywhere else, and neither does my entire family. From researching her practice, I knew she is a graduate of Penn Dental so my expectations were high to begin with, but she exceeded every one of them. read more

Fleetwood Dental and Dr. Lee deliver just that, in a small office packed with state of the art equipment. More attention to detail, better explanation of decision making, and precise and comfortable execution of procedures. Although I think Dr. Lee is a very nice woman, I find her prices for certain things outrageous and insulting. I don't mind paying for services that I receive but I don't appreciate being what I consider gouged. I have dental implants and my dentures have tiny rubber o-rings that help keep my dentures locked on to the implants. The o-rings need to be changed once in a while when they start to wear out. Normally any dentist I have gone to in the 14 years since having dentures charge me an office visit fee to change the o-rings including Fleetwood Dental in the past when Dr. Reddy was still there. This time I was charged 49.00 for each o-ring. I paid 294.00 for six tiny rubber rings that cost pennies and took 5 minutes time. I reached out to Fleetwood Dental after paying the bill and having time to think it over. I left a message for Dr. Lee explaining that I felt ripped off by the outrageous charge, that I would never come back there feeling ripped off. I received no reply from her at all. I think everyone should pay a reasonable price for the services they receive and, people should be told ahead of time if they are now going to be charged more than double for the same service they have received in the past at a fraction of the cost. read more

Parents of Kutztown University students beware. I had my child go there to get a filling and was charged $300.00 for one baby tooth filling. (yes, he is over 18 and still has one or two) We have dental insurance, which my son provided them the info. They did not bother to process it correctly, which means they look it up and charge the patient the difference minus what the insurance will pay. I've used this insurance many times and I know the routine. Rather than do this, they took the full $302.00 from the HSA account. Not only are they difficult to reach by phone, the office mgr told me to get reimbursement from the insurer. They could have simply credited back the HSA account the difference, as OTHER dental practices do, and submit the claim to collect their payment from the insurer. But no, I was on my own,to waste 1 hour of my time on the phone with the insurance co., and I get to sit here at home wasting more time filling out the claim form, and perhaps, just perhaps; I will get reimburse from my insurer in 20 or so days. Following this, I again get to spend MORE time ascertaining how to return this money to the health saving account. It appears this practice would rather take the money and run, and tough luck to you, the patient, get it from the insurance company yourself. My son will be in the area another two years, I can assure you he will not be returning to this practice, there are enough other dental practices around who will process the paperwork correctly. My time is valuable, and I shouldn't have to do their job for them. Thanks for wasting about three hours of my time that I'll never get back. Oh I forgot, my son said they were very nice and professional. Never let it be said I am not fairly reviewing or providing incorrect information. read more

Dr. Lee had encouraged me to consider appliance therapy for a couple of years, as it was clear that I grinded my teeth quite a bit. The grinding caused some "traveling" tooth pain, jaw tightness, and it had begun to crack my teeth--not a good proposition for my long-term health. I didn't quite know what to expect when we started the treatment, except for perhaps some subtle shifts. Was I in for a surprise! The splint worked like magic. I became aware very quickly just how much I grinded my teeth (it's amazing I have any teeth left at all!). In just a few days, my jaw was sitting in a whole new position and my whole mouth began to relax. And I didn't realize that was just the beginning :). Dr. Lee proceeded to adjust my bite so that my teeth would actually touch each other. I was stunned by how different it felt to eat! It is strange to say, but chewing became much more "comfortable" and "productive". Finally, she did some tooth restoration; it's hard to describe how different my front teeth feel as they brush my lower lip at rest, and how much more confident I feel with my new smile! I am deeply grateful for Dr. Lee's dedication to her patients, (truly) rare skills and boundless generosity; to say that she towers above all other dentists I have ever worked with, and that she goes above and beyond her call of duty, is an understatement.
