Ordered 1 quart of cole slaw. A little over $12.... This was not a quart. I dumped out the slaw from Bob Evans (pic 1) into a bowl. I then dumped the 1 pint of cole slaw (pic 2 and 3) purchased from KFC into the Bob Evans "quart" container.... virtually the same... We waited 45 minutes for our order. The food was cold, the bacon was overly greasy, fat all over the turkey. Total disappointment. The waitress returned to our table to refill 1 time. There will not be a return visit. read more

We used to love coming to this Bob Evans, but after today, I doubt we will return. The restaurant was filthy. There were pieces of food and silverware under the tables, all of the lamps and dividers were disgustingly dusty, and there were several dead bugs on the window sills. The bathroom smell awful and the floor was sticky, despite a wet floor sign and dry floor. I can't imagine what the kitchen must be like. My partner's hashbrowns were borderline raw and my onion rings were badly burnt. The waitress was obviously new and although the veteran waitor would yell to ask if she was okay, he never came to actually check how she, or we, were doing. We had to ask for refills and then the wrong drink was brought so we had to wait and ask again. Just a bad experience all around and I don't trust the cleanliness of the kitchen, now. read more

We visit this restaurant from time to time and they rarely seem to understand how to provide decent service. Sometimes the service is okay, but the more we go, the more often the service rivals the typical slug chewing its way slowly through all of your garden vegetables, making the whole experience bitter and painful. read more

Started out fine. Clean tables. Polite staff. Waitress knew her menu, which I believe is important in food service. Then our food came... My friends was barely warm. My eggs were ordered as over medium. They came so barely done that they looked wet. Tried flagging down waitress... By the time she came around everything was cold! Put eggs in a to go container for dog. No point in waiting for the kitchen to pop my plate in a microwave... Once she cleared part of our plates, we couldn't get her to refill drinks. We wanted to visit as we're old friends and only see each other once in awhile. We asked for refills from other wait staff. Our waitress wouldn't stop by once she'd dropped off the bill. read more

I have been coming here for years. Sometimes are great, some are not. I guess it is a typical Bob Evans. The food is okay, the staff is usually fine and the prices are cheap. It seems that recently I have had more complaints with lazy, rude staff. When I can see my food in the Window and the waitress is standing up front talking, I get frustrated. When I dont see a server after getting my food, except to quickly drop off my bill, I get frustrated. There not typically busy enough to excuse poor service at the times that I choose to go. It is chain restaurant quality food and service. We waited over 20 mins for a cup of soup. We usually try and sit at the counter because we can just ask any of the multiple servers standing around for what ever our server forgets. The problem is not many options in this small town. Horrible customer service and horrible food. My toast and potatoes were burnt. Was going to ask the waitress for some more toast but the next time I saw her was when she brought the check. She didn't even check on us once! Didn't even bother to see how we were doing on drinks during the meal. Then the girl at the cash register asked "how was everything"? Told her it was not very good. Service here is quite hit or miss. Sometimes I have good service there's other times I don't. But overall the place is pretty clean and the servers are pretty friendly. read more
