Food came out cold , eggs were cold , bacon was wet soggy and cold, asked for a plate to move waffle too for syrup and waitress never came back had to go and ask another server to get it and they brought out a dirty plate shown in picture , sign on door made us feel like we couldn't speak of the horrible service and food also in pictures , walls and floors were unclean woman's bathroom was disgusting, hair on our syrup, will never visit this Perkins again 31$ and we never even got water refilled or asked if we needed anything the whole visit I will not enter a food place with this sign on it ever again. read more

We have not visited a Perkins in literally decades. It used to be a favorite of ours, but we quit going after we started experiencing consistently poor service at multiple locations over an extended period. Today's breakfast has redeemed this old favorite for us. Our sever, Marcia, was pleasant, efficient, and thoughtful. The food came quickly, was hot, and tasted good (though the breakfast potatoes were under-seasoned, and I would far prefer real butter to the "buttery spread" that came with my biscuits). We were happy to find they still make the giant muffins we used to love and we bought a couple to bring home. Based on this experience, we will be back soon! read more

If we could give a negative we would. The coffee carafe was disgustingly filthy and when we brought it to their attention we were told it was just stains stains don't peel off. The coffee cup we were told was just stains took a finger wet it wiped it down the cup came right off. It's quite evident that they don't clean their dishes very well if at all. read more

Normally the restaurant is very obliging to removing or adding something to a meal, but now they have had a meeting and the company can't be bothered with deviating from what is on the menu. Great food at very reasonable prices. I had the Tuscan chicken with steamed vegetables instead of rice to minimize my carb intake. It was delicious. The sun dried tomatoes paired perfectly with the grilled chicken, feta and spinach. Our server, Alicia, was kind, efficient and very mindful of our needs. Server Marcia was the reason for the 5 star rating. The hostess had some issues with knowing where to seat us- then we asked for a table that accommodates the 3 ppl in our party, not a 2 top. Marcia noticed we had a hungry little one and brought her meal before we even ordered- perfect! Everything we needed was taken care of. If you are looking for a cheap lunch that is just ok - this is your place. They have lots of sandwiches, your typical salads like Cobb and caesar, and lots of breakfast options. I would say the ingredients are not the freshest or the most exciting, but you get what you would expect for this kind of joint. Also, do NOT get the coffee. As we entered the establishment the hostess/manager took 5 mintues to seat us. The website says the restaurant does not close until 10pm. We entered at 8:20pm. They started turning people away at 8:30. The waitress was good but toward the end of our meal we went to pay and the manager was rude with my daughter as she tried to make change to leave a tip. At approximately 9:25 the manager came to our table and stated in a very dismissive and hateful tone,"We do ask you to leave the restaurant once you are done eating, as we are closed now." Mind you, I was in the middle of a bite and my daughter, who paid for the meal, was also still eating. It has been a long time since I was this upset after a dining experience and do not recommend eating here as the staff need an attitude adjustment. Got talked into coming to our local Perkins last week although I knew better. I ordered the chicken nachos which were mediocre at best. Couldn't even eat a fourth of the dish. Very obvious the chips come out of a bag and were very bad quality. I work in a restaurant and it's not even the slightest bit difficult to make your own tortilla chips but I digress, My sister ordered some buttery shrimp pasta dish and asked for extra shrimp in her pasta. Food comes and we had to ask for extra napkins, which still weren't enough, to soak up the ridiculous amount of oil/butter in her pasta which she maybe consumed half of before she was nearly sick to her stomach. These were minor problems that wouldn't have mattered but then came the bill. $8.99 for extra shrimp! Asked our server about this charge and asked how many shrimp there were extra. She stated 10. That's nearly $1 per shrimp and then said, "yeah sorry. Guess I should have told you how much the upcharge was for extra shrimp." Ya think?!! Poor food for an outrageous price. Service was fine but won't be returning if either of us have to leave hungry again. read more
