Western omelette with hash browns, side of bacon, 16.00$$ for????????

Bob Evans should be ashamed!!! $16.00 and not even a full plate!!! Bacon was so over cooked it just crumbled!!!! Literally no hash browns (and honestly what do shredded potatoes cost)? Good luck!! It's honestly a hit or miss!!! The gentleman was super nice, I asked for jam, he said yeah in the bag..... Jelly????? Do we not know the difference??? Bad experience

Great food with ample helpings. Very clean restaurant; no funky smells. Service was top notch. We had Hannah as our server; kind, courteous, looked out for our needs. Very professional.

Bob Evans is a chain in the Midwest. It is a family restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. They have great salads, soups, breads, breakfast. My favorites include; beef vegetable soup, pancakes. Chicken and dumplings, salads, pot roast sandwich. Oh yeah their dinner rolls are pretty delicious as well. They come out warm and fluffy., so good. This particular day I went for breakfast and ordered the classic breakfast which includes; eggs, pancakes or biscuits and breakfast meat. I ordered the pancakes because no other place makes them quite like they do. The pancakes are buttermilk pancakes and fills up a plate :-) they are warm, fluffy, delicious :-) the eggs are typical restaurant eggs as well as the sausage. This is my go to spot when I come home. I can eat here every day and not get sick of it because they offer so many different options. If you want a sandwich, burger, light, comforting you will find it here.

A good breakfast! A friendly and efficient waitress. Good, strong coffee! If you like creamer a bowl of specialty creamers are provided on the table or they offer you regular from the kitchen area. I got a blueberry crepe with scrambled eggs and ham today! Yummy! Protein packed! I love their ham. And the blueberry crepe was delicious!

Just okay. The waitress was not friendly at all, nor did she offer to refill drinks or even ask if we wanted anything else.

From the moment we walked in, we were impressed. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful -- warm, inviting, and thoughtfully designed. The food was nothing short of amazing. I ordered the Applewood smoked 22oz ribeye, which was cooked perfectly and packed with incredible flavor. It came with a salad topped with a truly outstanding dressing that complemented the meal perfectly. My wife chose the double smashed cheeseburger, and she couldn't stop talking about how delicious it was -- juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. For dessert, we were lucky enough to try several creations made by Kim Davis, and they were phenomenal. The pecan pie was rich and perfectly balanced, the upside-down cake served with vanilla ice cream and pistachio crumb was both comforting and elevated, and the coffee crème brûlée paired with chocolate ice cream was an unforgettable finish to the evening. Overall, it was an amazing dining experience from start to finish. If you find yourself in Ohio, this is a place you absolutely don't want to miss.

Its sleek lines and modern structure stand out among the modest buildings that surround it. Every inch of its interior and exterior are detailed in lavish sophistication. We stayed in the Spa Suite- a beautiful, spacious room with a deep soaking tub perfect for relaxing. Snacks, drinks and card games are within easy reach, tempting you from their station on the oversized desk (for a charge, of course). We skipped slipping into our robes and ordering room service and went down to the hotel bar instead. The bar offers a number of handcrafted cocktails, I was so conflicted about which to order that I told the bartender I would just go down the list- and she happily obliged. Dinner hadn't quite started yet so we ordered food from a limited lunch menu and made friends with the bar patrons. After all, it's still a small town and everyone around is incredibly friendly. Unfortunately, due to my overly enthusiastic cocktail buffet, I didn't make it to dinner. Luckily, I had a gorgeous room to stumble back to, and when I woke up, the minibar snacks and drinks truly saved my night. I absolutely think you get great value for the price of a stay here. You get the sophistication of a luxury hotel without the steep price and pretentiousness that you'd find at a similar hotel in a bigger city. I can't wait to return!

It's from the 60s and probably hasn't changed since they put it up 65 years ago. There's a whiteboard on the back wall with the special for the day written out. Bacon egg and cheese omelette or a sausage egg and cheese sandwich on toast. Five dollars. The kind of place with a few locals sitting at a booth having their morning coffee, one of the waitresses offering Jim the last donut because they know he will want it. He accepts it. This is, in my mind, a classic American small town diner. The kind of place I grew up, eating in my hometown of 500 people. It's not high cuisine, there's nothing fancy about the food although I did come across a few things I had never seen before on the menu. Fried mush. Meat grits specials, like the scuttle butt and the chili Bob. An age old, but perfected recipe of eggs, meat, cheese, and a starch either potatoes ( homefries) or toast. The coffee is weak and not much flavor to it but, to be honest, it's exactly what you would expect in a place like this and there's something comforting about that. Honest, simple food made day and a day out, catering to the local crowd and a few roadway, travelers like myself who happen to come across it. There's a certain charm and depth to places like this that have been lived in day and day out by the same people for decades. For those like up rounded, there's the nostalgia and connection to the many other people having the same experience day after day in communities across the United States. Forgive me if I wax nostalgia can get a little sentimental here, but this morning's dining experience definitely elicited that for me. I hope you can find your own version of this sometime today or in the near future.
