I knew I needed help and feel I was divinely guided to Kyle. From our first session he started making a profound impact as he guided me through Internal Family Systems (IFS) helping me "lean in" to my hard emotions and my parts pleading to be seen and heard. He efficiently guided me through deep trauma without disassociating so I could feel to process. Introduced me to positive coping skills yet learned (I had a wealth of them when I walked in). This is what came out of a therapists mouth while witnessing a person struggling to be in touch with life ... after gathering myself together reaching into my pocket for my cellphone to unlock my card (which I would've done at the end of my session)she ran payment and wanted me to proceed... I've never felt so disrespected and unheard in my life, the place I came to for help was dismissing me for a payment... that wasn't all on top of this she cut my session short about 15 minutes. This affected me to the point where I don't even remember how we got through the "remaining" amount of time of the session. All I remember is walking out of the office feeling worse than I did walking in. I cried the remaining 15 minutes I had that should've been in session, in my car feeling hopeless.
