That other service cancelled on me day before move. I called Rockport Moving, who was busy but they said they would make arrangements to accommodate me! Rockport Moving stayed in close touch with me via texts and phone calls and showed up on moving day on time! I am so grateful that the guys were there! They were both so calm and kind and humble and helpful despite my mother (Alzheimer's dementia and confusion) acting out and constantly asking questions and bugging them! They were so patient and kind to her! They were careful with everything and nothing was broken! They lifted heavy things and were mindful of the walls and careful with the furniture! They even offered to hang up the TV and hook everything up when we got to the house! These guys are local and their parents grew up here too! Highly recommend Rockport Moving! I needed help due to huricaine Harvey and I evacuated to WA. Long story short Upack was my mover and they are AWESOME. They gave me a great price that during move actually got cheaper not inflated. Please do not pay attention to these bad reviews and go to Google's reviews on Upack. I will refer them to my friends and family and use them again if needed. Finally he asks if you want it brushed. If so, he takes a large brush and goes around the car getting the sides and wheels and other areas that the touches system doesn't do well. I have no idea why I seem invisible to the service person. I pull forward and the fellow with the towels makes no effort to look at me. I ended up leaving without any kind of prewash or towels others received. As for the wash itself, very VERY skint on chemicals and soap. Do yourself a favor and find one of the washes at the grocery store. They're far better maintained and stocked. A HUGE waste of money and time.
