I finally checked Yelp and found Santos with his good reviews. He came out quickly, gave a fair estimate, said he could do it the next day. He arrived a little late with his truck and small crew but went right to work and did the whole job in just 3 hours. I had expected a lot of chainsaw noise but they did a lot of cutting with handsaws, using the power tools mostly to cut up and grind the wood. Very impressive work and a great personality. Sven was the first to respond. He offered to come out immediately after normal work hours for a free quote. This time the call service told my husband the arborist would call him back to discuss what we felt wasn't done. Never heard from them again. Except via email to repost the invoice to get paid.
