If I could rate this place negative stars I would. I'm not one to leave negative reviews but this place was horrible. Horrible customer service, they didn't even know what they were doing on my car, even after I told them what it was for when I set up the appt. My husband also, told them several times before leaving my car. They tried to just do an oil change when it needed a safety recall service done. We later had to go back the same day and present the safety recall paper so they knew what service it needed because they were unsure. On top of that when I made the appt they had told me that they could drop off my husband at home and then pick him up after the service. When he got there, they told him that the shuttle didn't run on Saturdays. When I came to pick him up and asked them why they said they could not run the shuttle after telling me they could, when I set the appt on a Saturday. When he went back to pick it up, my husband asked where the car was parked to which they responded "I don't know, just walk around the lot and beep your cars' emergency button, you'll find it." Let me start by by saying l work in the auto industry and this is not how this works we provide service and respect !!!!! Worst experience with a service center l have EVER had!! Took the car in which is a Ford for a diagnostic check to see what was wrong. To BOB MOORE FORD. You would think a Ford dealership would know how to figure out what was wrong with a Ford car. They never called or responded to any messages left. I had to call to find out what was going on and they told me it just takes time. A week and a half later still with nothing on what is wrong with the car any response from the dealership. Our contact was Dusty Rose but he would not respond to a message or a phone call . So we just went and picked it up and they weren't even working on it or checking on it or anything it was off in a side lot. How can a diagnostic check on a Ford car and at a Ford dealership take a week and a half??????? They also treated me like I was under them I guess because I'm a woman!!!! Do Not take your car here!!! There is clearly no service involved in this service department! So rude and unprofessional. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Their service department is terrible! Their technician misdiagnosed an issue and charged a diagnostic fee, along with a $3400 quote to fix the problem, even though the vehicle was under factory warranty. I took it to a different Ford dealership and they gave me a correct diagnosis and fixed the problem. Bob Moore's service manager refused to admit his technician made an error and would not refund the diagnistic fee. The customer doesn't come first here. read more

I don't even know where to begin. I went to go look at vehicles and walked around for at least 15 minutes and kept making eye contact with a salesman by the name of Gary. Finally, another salesman helping others, asked Gary if he was going to help me. Gary hesitated obviously and "helped" me. When discussing my expectations and what kind of payment I wanted, Gary interrupted me many times stating that I wanted to much and stated that I went to him for help he didn't need my help. The next day, I went to Bob Moore Ford again (I don't know what I was thinking) to return the vehicle I was given permission to take over night. Some of my decisions changed so I relayed these changes to the salesman Gary. He then went and told the sales manager what we discussed. The next thing I knew, the sales manager slammed his hand down on the desk and cursed. I cannot express how pressured and uncomfortable these people made me feel. We purchased my wife's 2011 Ford Edge from Bob Moore Ford 7 years ago and had an awesome experience with the sales team who worked hard to get us a great deal and even better financing despite our banged up credit. The service department has been friendly competent and easy to work with. We recently purchased a 2013 expedition from another dealer but the first thing I did was bring it to Bob Moore Ford for service. Ask for Josh! He will take care of you and any problem or concern you may have! ***Update- just got bent over by the service department for a BS diagnosis to replace a part ($6 Shradder valve) that wasn't faulty which necessitated a $430 service on my AC which is double than average cost! When I talked to the service department they stood behind their database and scoffed as if "how dare you question our authority"? Josh was actually nice and respectfully explained the repair and the rationale but Jeff Gann is bloody wanker! Definitely won't be back! read more

Thanks Bob Moore Ford for reconfirming my hesitation in dealing with your dealership. Living only blocks from your dealership I thought I would give you another try. Before I bought my Explorer in 2011. I shopped your place and was treated rudely, later I bought from Reynolds in Norman. I had a flat on my 2 month old SUV. You plugged my tire which continually leaked. Later I went in for an oil change and treated rudely. Went in today at 7 am for an oil change and was told I needed an appointment. Ford needs to yank your franchise. You give Ford a bad name. read more

Buying a car at this dealership is a pretty good experience. Kermit is a very friendly salesman. Went out of his way to find a car my daughter would like. I would recommend anyone come down here and talk to Kermit. His sales manager however should really use a calculator on his deals. The one we were first offered was off by $600 in their favor. Don't trust these people. I went to purchase 2 car and put deposits down for 2 vehicles and the deal did not workout. Now it's almost a month later after calling and talking to the general manager and they still have not returned my money. Even after talking to the general manager and him promising that he will have the money returned. Go somewhere else do not trust these people. Bad experience when I bought. Signed me up at a high interest rate. Went to my credit union and immediately lowered 4 points. Took vehicle in for tire rotation and they lost my lug lock key ( on two different vehicles) . A friend of mine purchased a vehicle there as well and his experience was terrible as well. I would definitely drive a few miles south to Reynolds. I have always had great experiences there on buying and service. read more

I bought a 2015 Ford Explorer Sport on November 8, 2014. I traded in a 2011 Explorer. This is December 3, 2014 and I have yet to receive any paperwork to tag the new car. Bob Moore also has yet to pay off my trade in. I have emailed, called, and even returned to the dealership. They have nothing but excuses. I bought a new F150 the weekend before from Reynolds Ford in Norman and received the paperwork and tagged the truck in exactly two weeks to the day. I'm not sure what Bob Moore's problem is. All I ask is that they do what we agree upon in our contract. Nothing more, nothing less. Long story short, don't buy here. Go to any other dealer in the city, but NOT Bob Moore. read more

No stars from me! I am a single mother of 3. I brought my 2014 ford explorer in because I kept smelling exhaust in my car when I accelerated. They kept my car a few days said they found nothing. End up going to my PCP for migraines. Brought my car back in and a copy of my lab results showing that I had evaluated CO2 levels. This visit I drove my car with the advisor and mechanic less than 2 miles into the drive the advisor admitted to being overwhelmed by the smell of exhaust in the cab of my car. The advisor informed me that the recall that I had found information on only included police vehicles. Over a thousand dollars in repairs and over a week later I got my car back. Several months later I received a letter including my car in the recall. At this point I reached out to ford who instructed me to reach out to the dealership that made the repairs who then told me to reach out to ford and so on. Needless to say almost a year later and there is not a single person in this organization that has been willing to help me get reimbursed for out of pocket expenses. I paid for what was clearly a Manufacturer defect. Now I'm being told my refund has expired. So there is now a time limit on how long they will pay for a recall that I paid for before they had ever even admitted was a life threatening issue! So no I do not recommend you take your car here they do not have the customers best interest at heart. A 1000 dollars goes a long way for a mother of 3! read more

I made a price deal on a new truck with the sales manager and we agreed to a price. The sales manager came out about 10 minutes later and said the general manager wouldn't let the truck go for that price. I stated we already made a deal and agreed to the price. A deal may not always be a deal at this place. Where I come from when you shake hands and agree to a deal, then that is your word. It tells a lot about this place when they don't keep their word. Worst experience ever buying a brand new car. I would not recommend purchasing from Bob Moore. Within one week of purchasing the BRAND NEW car I had to take it back due to a defect in the front seat. The service department said that it was fixed when it wasn't. I had to take the vehicle back 4 separate times before it was finally fixed. At the point I had to make my first car payment Bob Moore had the car in their possession more days than I did. During this entire experience they never had a sense of urgency, no one took any ownership and I am the one who had to continually reach out to them to get an update on the status of my vehicle. For all the inconvenience they promised to compensate us but they never did. They drug it out over 2 months, always giving excuses and would never call us back to make things right. I recently purchased a used 2011 F150 Supercrew 4x4, it was my first purchase from a dealership that was a newer vehicle. We went there and looked around for a bit then decided we needed to speak to a salesman. I have been to other dealers where I felt like I was chum and the salesman were on me like sharks but here it was not the case, which personally I appreciated. We met up with Justin and test drove two vehicles in the price range I was working with and similarly equipped, except with different engines and interior trim, one engine I was pretty much set on when I walked in and another was a good option. After making a decision on what I wanted we went with Aaron in finance to handle the details and we purchased insurance real quick and we were on our way. It was painless and professional, no pressure. Also I used the restroom while I was there and they were clean and spotless, probably not a big deal to some people but it bugs me to go into the restroom of a business and its filthy. Overall, great experience, I'm sure I'll be back when I'm ready for our next vehicle. read more

Wonderful experience in getting my car fixed.. Had a gentleman side swipe my car and I called my salesman to see if they could give any recommendations on body shops for the repairs. Not only did he get my car in for the repairs at their body shop since I had purchased it with them but he accompanied me to the shop to drop off my vehicle and took me to the rental car place where the young mans insurance provided me with a vehicle while the repairs were being made. Our salesman let us know the would contact me when the repairs were finished and let him know as he would accompany back to the body shop for pick and to drop off my rental car. You don't find many sales people that are willing to take the time out of their day and away from the dealership to help their customers the way he has. I am still waiting to be notified for pickup, but to have someone out there with such great business repore and whom genuinely cares about their customers shows me they are willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are happy and taken care of throughout the ownership of the vehicle.
