I've used other Ford Dealer/Shops in the past, Bob Moore Ford has definitely won my business. Jesse was my service advisor, he was quick to give me updates and let me know exactly why was going on with my vehicle. I feel safe on the road again! Thanks so much!

Note: Feel free to laugh about me being 25 years old and just now buying my first car. It's pretty amazing, I know. Okay, so! I actually had a surprisingly great experience here. I came here with my dad because he's been doing business with them for years and he knows a thing or two when it comes to buying a car. Though, in the end, I'm not sure I needed him (in a good way, 'cause he's great!), because the experience was smooth and the people I interacted with were great and genuine. My dad did do a lot of the talking, but our salesman (Zachary Bridwell) was completely upfront and helpful with everything. I had nightmares about wheeling and dealing car salesmen (not really, but ya know), and Zachary was nothing like I've ever heard of when it comes to car salesmen. Buying a car is a long process. If you don't have a few hours set aside, it probably won't be an enjoyable experience for you. I already had the car I wanted picked out and that's what I was going in there for. There was no Plan B (I know! I plan so well!). I had my eye on the 2016 Ford Fiesta (that name is really tragic) S and that's the car I drove away with. Zach was very clear with all of his information and he smoothly answered any questions my dad or I had for him. Zach's a swell guy and I'm glad that one of my dad's trusted service techs at the dealership pointed us toward him. After a little while, he handed me off to the financial fellow (I seriously can't believe I've forgotten his name, but I'll rustle it up later and edit), who was also amazing. He didn't try to jerk me around with APR or the monthly payments. He also didn't try to force anything unnecessary on me when it came to coverage. After all was said and done, I came out of there with a fantastic APR and doable monthly payment... and ya know, a car to show for it. As some of the finances were being wrapped up, I went to the service department to meet Jose Santos, the service specialist I think my dad is in love with on the down-low. He talked this man up like crazy, but for good reason, I'm sure. He's an awesome guy and the one I'll be going to for any check-ups and repairs. As the deal wrapped up, I spoke to another young man who went out to the car with me after doing a little education about the car and all that inside. I asked a dozen questions about the cat as I sat inside of it ("what's this do?", "where's this?", "where's that?"); you know, generally dumb questions. He answered me with a smile each time and was a pretty funny guy... even after I accidentally sprayed him with windshield wiper fluid. Sorry! Advice!: I'm no car expert, but... *7 year extended premium warranty: Yes. Manufacturer's know when their cars are going to start falling apart, and it's after your original warranty ends. The number on the paper looks big but that's only a couple dollars extra a month on the payment/ *GAP insurance: YES. Why is this not mandatory? The value of a car depreciates the second you drive it off the lot. For those who are as new or newer at this than me, GAP insurance is "It may pay the difference between the balance of a lease or loan due on a vehicle and what your insurance company pays if the car is considered a covered total loss." Hence, gap. Better to have it and not need it, than to need it and not have it as they say. *There are some other things that you can choose, but that's based purely on what you want most of the time. I didn't get some things because the covered fixes were purely cosmetic and that's not a priority for me. I didn't opt for the windshield coverage because I'll get the exact same thing from State Farm. So definitely know your auto insurance coverage as well so you're not double covered for no reason. I hope this was helpful!

    Disappointed in QC.

I had a Ford Focus before and loved it, but they switched styles, and I didn't like the new model. Hudiburg Nssan wasn't the first Nissan dealer I tried. The other dealer was awful, so I had a good experience here in comparison. I already knew what I wanted and what I was willing to pay, so we were able to work out a deal without much fuss. Many people struggle at dealerships with getting what they want for the right price. The thing is, you have to get everything in writing. And if it's too good to be true, it probably is. Do I believe that some people have gotten duped at this location before? Given the many other low reviews, yes. But people can protect themselves from salesmen that would take advantage of them in easy ways. Do your research. Don't impulse buy a car. Finding the right car should take a few weeks, not days. Know your price range before you walk into the dealer and don't let the dealer set your price range. Get everything in writing. Do these things, and you will have a good experience like I did at this location. For convenience, I've ended up doing all of my service work over the past year here. Since I bought a new car, I haven't needed major maintenance yet. I've only needed oil changes and tire rotations. They just gave me a great deal for three tire rotations and three oil changes for $99. I probably won't get major work done here (like a transmission flush) because they can get pricey. Like other shops, their prices fluctuate based on supply and demand. You can haggle a better price if you are getting a lot done, but they are still going to be more expensive than the speedy oil change companies. I like that you can schedule your appointments online. I've never had to wait long for services because of the advance scheduling.

I was so excited to finally have my own transportation and was ready to take for a spin. Got in my new to me car, started it up, put all my necessary documents in the glove box, put the car into reverse, backed out of the driveway, and it died right there in the middle of the street. I was so bummed because I signed those papers, saying that I am purchasing the car as is. Hoping it was just bad gas I figured I would let it sit over night and try again in the morning. That night, I did some internet research on this particular car and the problem I was having seemed to be common with this model. Morning came and it was still not starting. I called Auto Dimensions and explained to them what happened. They came by my house thirty minutes later with the mechanic, looked at it, and decided to have it towed back to the shop to fix it up. WOW. They showed so much integrity and wanted to make sure I was satisfied. After they put some bucks into fixing it and fixing some things that could potentially be a problem, I picked up my new to me car. I thanked them so much for being good me. They said it was no problem. If they knew it was a problem they would have fixed it before I bought it and apologized for the inconvenience. I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a car. They are good people.
