This was honestly my first car purchase from a dealer that didn't leave me feeling like I was scammed. Absolutely no buyers remorse and the best part is I didn't even have to haggle. This was not a one-off mistake. It was a pattern. They have taken zero responsibility for the failures. Multiple attempts to contact them have gone unanswered. Even more concerning, there were repeated attempts to overcharge the insurance company, which raises serious questions about how they conduct business. There was no accountability, no urgency, and no ownership at any point in the process. Just poor work, poor communication, and complete disregard for the customer once problems became apparent.
