I've already had the truck back in to have the radio replaced as it was bad. And for a brand new truck, it had already been driven as a courtesy car and had a flat tire and had a rope plug in the tire, and when I confronted them about it as I had an independent tire company evaluate the tire they told me there was nothing they could do about it because now conveniently it had a nail in the sidewall. Never again, already bought my Wife a 2026 traverse from Spitzer in Canton, night and day experience. Incidentally, the 20 year-old who sold me the truck is conveniently also no longer working there.

I bought my first and last car at this dealership in May. How I wish I had read these reviews…read moreprior to making the purchase. I spent hours waiting for the finance department to present the paper work I needed to sign. When they took me in the back room to sign I noticed that they were charging me almost $3,000 more than the salesman's quote. When I asked about it the finance guy got defensive and rude rather than taking ownership of the issue. I told him I was going to step out of the office and he had 10 minutes to get the salesman back in the room and resolve the issue or I was leaving. When I came back to the office the monthly interest rate was lowered and the loan amount was lowered reducing the payment by $100 per month. Against my better judgement I bought the car. I felt like I was put in a position that I had to act like a jerk to get the issue resolved. Three months later the engine seized up for my daughter, who bought the car, and we had to have it towed to a repair shop. They evaluated the car and said the engine was shot and needed rebuilt or replaced. I remembered talking to the sales guy at Serpentine who showed me the carfax Warranty Check when I test drove the car. He pointed out that the drive train warranty had 38 months or 18,000 miles remaining and that should give me some peace of mind. So I followed up with a Hyundai dealership and Hyundai corporate customer service who told me that warranty only applies to the original owner. However, it turns out there is a known problem with certain Hyundai engines and I might get some help from them. Let's hope. Needless to say, I don't trust this dealership.

In December 2025, our vehicle was serviced at this dealership, including replacement of all fuel injectors. Several months later, in July 2026, the vehicle developed significant performance issues and became disabled. The dealership diagnosed the vehicle with a head gasket failure. After reaching out regarding our concerns, it took approximately two weeks to receive an initial response from the dealership. Given the seriousness of the situation and the potential cost of the recommended repair, we expected more timely communication and a more thorough explanation of the diagnosis. We requested documentation supporting this diagnosis, including any available diagnostic test results, technician notes, inspection records, or other information showing how this conclusion was reached. We were advised that no additional records were available beyond the customer invoices/receipts. Our concern is not simply that a mechanical issue occurred, as we understand vehicle failures can happen. Our concern is the lack of supporting documentation and explanation provided for a major engine diagnosis, especially given that the dealership had performed significant engine-related work only months earlier. We believe customers deserve transparency and clear communication when faced with a costly repair decision. We would have appreciated a more thorough explanation of the diagnostic process and supporting information behind the recommendations being made. We hope the dealership improves its documentation practices and customer communication so future customers can feel confident that major repair decisions are supported by clear information.

The dishonesty and old-school car sales tactics just aren't going to work anymore. I am looking for an older 7.3 Power Stroke diesel. I realize I'm not going to find perfection, but I am willing to pay top dollar and I'm a cash buyer. They have a truck that looked to fit the bill, but once we settled on the price, I figured I needed to check the Carfax. To my dismay, it showed a report of damage on 3 sides. I called up Scott and told him I wasn't interested. He asserted that Carfax was unreliable. I checked autocheck and it didn't show the accident. That's odd. To try and keep the sale going Scott said, "I'm almost 60 years old, been in the car business my whole life. I know what factory paint looks like. This is factory paint. Your Carfax report is very good for starting campfires but other than that totally unreliable". Well, my wife and I drive 4.5 hours and within 30 seconds of seeing the truck, we realize it's been repainted. So, he either lied, or his decades in the business didn't teach him much. His response was, "my bad.". What? My wife and I just wasted a day and two tanks of gas for you to say, "my bad?". Then he tried to make it seem like it was my fault for having too high of expectations? Excuse me? I'm paying top dollar for a 20-year-old truck. Yeah, I expect it to NOT be wrecked. I wouldn't trust this dealership, and I especially wouldn't trust Scott.
