My house needed two AC Units to be fixed due to hail damage. The contractor that I was using came…read moreto me on the day that the work was to be finished and said they could not fix the units because they were too old. I was in a jam. I contacted my insurance company and they extended my "finish" deadline by 30 days. They said if we could find an HVAC guy to quote, fix and/or replace the units by the end of the month they would cover it. I contacted John with Nebraska Heating and Air. I had used Nebraska Heating & Air previously when I had flipped a property in the past. I felt they treated me very well and they did great work. John was able to put together some quotes which included upgrades in some of the quotes. John included why the upgrades would be beneficial and why he recommended them. They worked with my insurance company and replaced both units by the due date. The workers were prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and left the work area spotless! They explained the operation and what needed to be done and answered all my questions! I received true customer service, the way it should be. No lip service just actions. I would recommend John and Nebraska Heating & Air to anyone! Their motto is "Where HVAC stands for Honesty, Value and Comfort." Boy they live up to their motto!! KUDOS!!!!

This year we had an issue with our septic that turned out to be a nightmare and Eberl was so accommodating. What should have been a 2 day job turned into a month or so roller coaster due to issues created by the original plumber and the city. Every day there seemed to be a new issue. From the city pipes being higher that the septic pipes to there being a crack in the city pipe under our driveway. At every step Rick was helpful in letting me know everything that was going on and what they could do to solve the current problem. While all I was seeing was dollar signs he was finding solutions. I have had the pleasure of using them 2 times in the last 6 months. They are punctual, pleasant and reasonably priced. At no point did I hear complaints about the 2 trucks that came to my apartment and emptied it, then followed me to my storage unit and emptied it, and then went to my new house and unloaded both trucks. It took 2 hours for all this to take place. That's incredible!! They never stopped smiling as they carried half of my family's belongings down stairs.
