They searched and found a 30 gallon tank that fit my small space and fit me into their calendar within 2 days. We have a tankless water heater and recently our hot water would stop after a minute or two. We gave Bob the Plumber a call first thing Monday morning and no joke 2 minutes after I got off the phone with Mary, who's wonderful to deal with, the guy as pulling up to our house. The young man was such a pleasure to have working here, he diagnosed the problem as a blower issue and was able to clean it out and get us working again. Arrived to our camp to open up for the season on Friday, when we turned on our water quickly realized a pipe had crack over the winter. called Bob The Plumber a little before 3:00 and thankfully they had a plumber in our area finishing up a job. He was at our house by 4:00 and pipe was fixed 20 minutes later. We will definitely be customers of Bob The Plumber in the future. read more

We have used them for winterization of our home and opening back up in the spring........they are meticulous workers and good people.

The plumber (Caleb) was very friendly and did everything in a timely manner. However the cold water handle on the shower stopped working properly as soon as he left. It started out being difficult to turn off, but within 4 days it had progressed to not turning the water on or off. I called yesterday morning to see about having them come back to out to take a look at it, and the woman on the phone was very rude and unhelpful. Although she was not directly involved with the repair, she blamed everything on us. She told me that most faucets handles are plastic and it was my fault that I purchased a cheap faucet. I purchased a name brand (Moen) and spent a little over $100 on it, so while it didn't break the bank, it wasn't super cheap. Either way, they are refusing to stand by their work and come take a look at it. At this point, I am $300 poorer with a shower that does not work properly. I would not recommend using this company. read more

I awoke the other morning to frozen pipes and being a recent new homeowner, I struggled to find a plumber willing to help me out. I called Bob the Plumber and they sent out this amazing young man named Caleb who quickly found the root of the issue, fixed it and then quickly got the underneath of the house heated to rid the ice buildup. He also noticed that the heat tape had been unplugged so he plugged it back in. I was very surprised at the bill that it wasn't more than what it was. Caleb was very polite and really eased my mind over the whole ordeal. I will definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to anyone! read more

Bob the Plumber came over to clean my furnace. They said they could not change the filter because there was too much stuff in the pathway. I told them I would move it and call them back to have the filter changed. A few days later I called to reschedule and I spoke with Mary. Mary did not even know what I was talking about and told me I must have Alzheimer's! She was so rude and unprofessional. Then she out of the blue asked if my "junk was moved". Could not believe my husband and I have given them lots of money over the years to maintain our rental properties. She was never lots of joy to deal with but I always acted professional. We will never contact that company again! I not sure, but I think this lady may need professional mental health. That behavior, especially running a business, is unacceptable! We will find a company that is reliable and professional. 0 stars to them! read more

I had to have a toilet replaced and also a sink in the pipe in the same bathroom. The young man who came to do the work was incredibly polite, carried the new toilet upstairs no problem, kept me up to date with everything that was going on, and when the pipe problem turned out to be more than what I'd thought, explained it to me before he did anything. He had to cut a hole in the back of the vanity, which was fine with me, but he was incredibly apologetic about it. He also had to go get a part and come back later -- and explained it well and did exactly what he said he was going to do. I know I'm focusing on the "explaining," but it's very helpful to know what's going on, especially when it's going to be more that what was expected. While it cost more because of the unexpected issues, I found the work was worth the money and I was not overcharged. I would highly recommend Bob the Plumber to anyone who asked and will definitely call them again when I need a plumber. read more
