Stopped by for a drink, decided to go with the Thai ice tea with boba and the drinkable mochi. So delicious! I would honestly get the drinkable mochi instead of the boba. It's exactly what it sounds like, the taste and consistency is just like regular mochi but you can enjoy it in a drink. Friendly and quick service.

Yumm, boba is one of my favorite things and Boba Guys always gets it right! I've tried a few different drinks here but I like their oolong milk tea the most. It's what I typically order at boba spots if it's available so that checks out. They have THE BEST boba texture. So chewy and bouncy without being too hard to chew. The service here is fast and the staff is kind. I ordered online and it was ready for pick-up in just a few minutes. If you order in person, they have a kiosk and a cashier. I love how modern it looks inside. Part of the wall is decorated with the history of how Boba Guys came to be, which is cool to read about! They have seats here to hang out at but I find that when it gets busy, I'd rather take my drink to-go and walk around the square.

My son came into this store last night and bought Ube latte and Thai tea with boba drink. The total bill was $14.55. Service was fast. I like my Ube Latte 50% sweetness, they made it the way I like as usual. My son had dinner and ice cream beforehand, so he couldn't finish his entire drink. He was only able to drink half of it. I helped drink the other half today by boiling the entire drink again to soften the boba. Overall, this place satisfies our boba craving when we are in the City Center area.

Love Boba Guys, been a frequent guest here for a while, their customer service is top notch! I get their Ube Latte, and their Matcha Latte, which are my favs. The Matcha latte you can tell them how much sweetness, and the size of your drink if it's regular or large. The Ube Latte is already pre ready so you can't change the sweetness but both drinks are not overly sweet, made perfect! I have given gift cards for gifts, who doesn't love Boba? They even sell plush Bobas, tshirts, and books inside. I will we back!

Order online for the quickest pick up! I always order online and my order is ready when I arrive. My favorite drink is the strawberry tea fresca and the honey boba is always consistent. The store is big, spacious and clean. This boba guys location is now my go to,

It's been quite some time since I've reviewed Boba Guys. I think I've eased up on them a bit as prices of boba seem to be going up for other places and now we're all at roughly the same pricing these days roughly $7 a drink which is kind of mind numbing to think of it. Will it stop me from buying boba? No, but it's always shocking. They have a kiosk to order at if the boba-ristas are busy. But I do see them sometimes take a break if there's a line that starting to form due to the kiosk being used which is nice. I like that they're aware. They did move some of their merch or additional wares to the middle of the store which makes a bit sense since it's a bit empty in the middle and the seats and waiting areas on the side. It's still pretty clean and aesthetic since it opened. The long lines are not there any more which is great for me when I'm needing to buy drinks. Wait time for drinks are still on par. The last drink I got from them was a hot Matcha Latte with House and Honey sweetener. I don't recall seeing % of sweetness but I just checked the online menu and it's there. Well whatever I selected was way too sweet. Perhaps next time I should be more aware of the sweetness level option and make sure to select 25% as I saw that the suggested % was 50. It was pretty though and full of matcha flavor. Had I known Boba Guys had a rewards system I would've signed up already as I ordered 3 drinks. I just signed up for their rewards now and sadly start without any points. Oh well! I kind of wish they promoted it while you're ordering so you can get your points already. Not sure if there are any perks but you do get 10% off on your first order. So I guess I'll use that next time. Again, I'm not clamoring to go to a Boba Guys or seek it out. But it's an okay option if you're craving a boba and are in the area.

Always fresh & perfectly sweet w/o having to adjust the sugar level. I decided on the Hong Kong Milk Tea & with the sweetened condensed milk it had a nice creaminess to it which was perfect. My go to whenever I'm at the Bishop Ranch.

Love having Boba Guys in San Ramon, used to have to pay toll and make the trek to SF! I always stop by to grab matcha or banana milk before the movies. The staff is so patient, despite my many visits ... I do ask their opinions when ordering and they're so kind. They make you feel comfortable to order new things, and if you don't like it they're eager to make you something else. Thanks Boba Guys.

I truthfully think that a lot of the hype around Boba Guys stems from their impressive branding and marketing, but I'll also admit that I still find myself stopping at Boba Guys on the regular because at the end of the day, there are still drinks that hit. Most drinks I think you can pass on or find better elsewhere, and over time I've started to feel like a lot of the drinks on the seasonal menu are trying a little to hard to be innovative and creative but not actually executing, but the one drink that I absolutely love here and will never give up is the Korean Banana Milk. The Korean Banana Milk here is one of my all-time favorite boba drinks ever. It also gets bonus points because it doesn't contain caffeine or dairy which often meets my needs. I've probably visited this specific Boba Guys over 10 times now and I don't regret it at all. The staff have always been extremely friendly and kind to me too!

Very friendly front staff who was detailed and helpful, nice calm ambience, and interesting flavors here. Stopped in on a Monday afternoon and tried out the mango sticky rice with tapioca. The tea itself was smooth although not very mango-y, and the tapioca was good. This particular drink came with rice inside the actual drink as well as pieces of grapefruit. Even though I was told about the grapefruit I didn't think much of it, but I would not recommend. The rice also gave the drink an odd texture. However, I appreciate the presentation and again the staff's friendliness. Although I wasn't a big fan of my choice, I would return to try other options.

They offer pretty cool seasonal and limited drinks however I'm always a sucker for matcha. I got myself matcha with coconut milk + standard house n honey for sweetness. I also added boba to my matcha. I like their matcha, it has a nice earthy note to it that pairs well with coconut milk. The boba for me was alright, I prefer a more softer mochi type boba. Not sure if it was the batch I got but the boba was more on the firmer side, nonetheless still good.

I went to Boba Guys at Santana Row and decided to do one here at Bishop Ranch. I really like the ambiance here with all of the decorations they displayed here with a mini shop. It really fits to today's modernity. The menu displays calories including the toppings, which is good for calorie tracking. I also like the animal that's being displayed on the boba cups. The boba doesn't really taste too sweet. You either can get the drink warm or iced with other toppings you wanna include. That being said, it's a good place to stop by if you want boba in this shopping center.

I've been to this location once or twice, and it's quite nice inside. Lots of goodies to buy/look at other than drinks, and there's also a self-order kiosk. We talked to the person working that evening, and they helped a lot with recommendations + told us that if we didn't like the recs, he would gladly make us a new drink. Super sweet, but top tier service. I came in with mid expectations based on other locations, but I enjoyed my experience and my drink! Black Sugar Hojicha (5/5) I love hojicha almost as much as I love matcha. It did taste like a normal hoji latte, I didn't get boba, but I was so glad it wasn't sickeningly sweet. It had that perfectly roasted flavor that I sipped on all evening. Newsflash: our bobarista did not have to remake our drinks, they were great. I would've grabbed a pic of the drink, but I was too eager to taste it.
