The interior was cozy and clean, with plenty of comfortable seating. A couple of toy display cases near the cash register were eye‑catching and gave the place a bit of character. Ordering was handled through a kiosk. George chose the House Special Fruit Tea, while I ordered the Brown Sugar Boba with Organic Milk. Our total was $16. A friendly attendant brought the drinks to our table when they were ready. My drink was very good -- the boba had just the right amount of chew, and the milk was smooth and high‑quality. Was in the mood for boba and decided to try this spot out. Ample parking as it's part of a larger complex. Came in and ordered a mango matcha with almond milk (extra $0.50) with less sweetness. There was lots of seating inside so I found a spot while I waited. My drink came out fairly quickly but it tasted very sour, to the point that I worried that the milk was spoiled. Especially as my drink started to separate (even after mixing). They were kind enough to remake it and we realized it was just the taste of the ready made mango syrup they used. Guessing because of bunch of orders were placed almost at the same time and staff were busy taking orders, my order has been sitting there and not being called. Need to go up and asked for my order. About the drink: I ordered Avocado Mango w/ Organic Milk. Not know the sweet level, I tested out with regular sweet. Geez, it came out super super super sweet! Let the owner know about how sweet their drink is, they explained the sweetness level is for the kids lol. Ok I understand now, next time I will order 1/2 sweet or even 1/3 sweet. The way they use their product is stingy style. I order a black milk tea with oat milk and sweetness level 10% less ice. Upon gathering my drink, there was no milk in there. It was a tiny little splash, and it didn't even look like a milk tea. Just a regular refresher, black tea. The male had remade it by pouring more milk and asking me that much was OK and the oat milk he while he was pouring, seemed to either expire, but it was very thin, or he may have not shaken the milk carton. The drink itself does not taste like black tea and the only reason I went there was to use the restroom and I do not prefer to gather any drinks from here because of this reason they are friendly people, but I think they could work a better at using their product more accurately. First time here, unfortunately this is definitely not a good boba place. First, I almost broke my ankle because their wooden door stopper was right at the entrance when you open the door. Boba tasted good, but this is a dead, sad place. People sit alone on their phones, like totally soulless. Some tweens came in and ordered, but I actually felt sad for them because it was so lonely in there. The worker making the boba was engaged in working, but the "cute" front man was just married to his phone. They have some nice looking chairs and tables, but I don't know why you would ever go here because it's just so sad and antiseptic and lonely. We stopped in to Teavoli after dinner in Livermore on Friday night the 21st. This spot is in Dublin a mile or so from 580. They have a digital menu you order from, kiosk of sorts. Then you wait for your drinks and can stay there to hang or take them togo. One thing about a place like this, they're cutting labor by not being able to order with a person, but this type of place you might have questions about what goes with what, or what's good with what when ordering. L O C A T I O N Teavoli is located in a smaller plaza off of Dublin Blvd, between Tassajara and Fallon. They have a parking lot shared by the other establishments in the plaza. It was nice they had 2 clean air vehicle parking spots. I N S I D E It's loooong inside. Most tables line the side. It's clean and spacious. You can enter from either side which they were smart to put kiosks on both entrances. You can also order in the middle but directly with a person. M E N U They have a variety of drinks of your standard teas but it is a short-ish list. They also have food which is nice if you want a few bites with drinks or hang out and share with folks. The only quip I have with the drink menu is that there are toppings associated with some of the drinks already and although you can remove the topping, it doesn't discount the $0.50 nor can you substitute a topping without being charged extra. This is only at the kiosk though. Luckily you can go to the main register and they're able to do substitutions with the appropriate pricing. I wish they just had a standard price for the milk teas, then you can add the topping you want and be charged appropriately for it. The prices of the drinks are already pretty up there but I guess this is the standard pricing these days. It's becoming quite an expensive addiction. I got an oolong milk tea and substituted the boba with osmanthus jelly as I can't chew boba at the moment. The oolong was good and the osmanthus jelly was super sweet. So even though I ordered with no sweetness and no ice, it was quite sweet due to the topping. Adjust your sweetness and ice accordingly. I typically bring my drinks back home so I just adjust and add more milk or add more sweetness if I need it. S E R V I C E They weren't busy when I came in but there was a group of folks enjoying their drinks. I was going to order at the kiosk but of course as I mentioned, there was no way to get price adjustments with the substitutions I needed. The person as the desk was kind enough to do the needed adjustments and understood what I was concerned about when I was ordering which was nice. I easily paid by touchless payment. I got my drinks in a timely manner. O V E R A L L It's a nice option in the area for boba though the prices feel a little high and the drinks feel super sweet. I may have to explore the menu a bit more to see how I feel about it but the tea was good which is the main point of a tea drink. Definitely try them out and see what you think! read more

The drink itself tastes good. It tastes like the powdered milk tea that you could buy at Ranch 99, which I'm not mad about, but definitely not a strong tea taste. Usually I don't order boba pearls in my drinks, I prefer a Black/Jasmine Milk Tea with jellies. But since there wasn't that option to customize the drink without the boba, I got it. And I was disappointed at the amount of boba pearls it came with, especially since the drink cost over $7, after tax without tip. Normally I would expect to pay over $6 or $7 for an artisanal drink, and unfortunately this drink was very basic and just alright. The overall ambience and decor is beautiful. The store is very clean and modern! There are 2 touch screen kiosks you can order at. Their menu isn't very expansive but that's probably because they just opened! Hopefully they start selling earl grey milk tea! Now for the business end of the review. We enjoyed the flavor of the milk tea but unfortunately they were out of black tea and black boba. They informed us about the black tea and we had them change it to oolong but they didn't inform us about being out of black boba until they served us the drink which at that point we didn't want to bother with changing the drink. They substituted the black boba for agar which we weren't big fans of. If they would of informed us ahead of time we would of switched it out for lychee or something else we know we like. Tasted like very sweet milk, and the bobas were additional cost and tasted old. Ended up only drinking 1/4 of it then throwing it away. Located in a promising shopping center right across the new highschool, Teavoli is a modern spot with its airy and bright welcoming interior. It's very inviting, perfect for sitting down with friends. Unfortunately peeling behind the pretty decor there is not much that will bring me back. My friend and I ordered pretty standard drinks, ooloong milk tea and a brown sugar boba drink. Despite one was ordered with sugar substitute and the other with less sugar, we both barely drank less than half as the drinks were overly sweet. There was so very little tea flavor since it was masked by the sugar. Neither of us ordered food, however, there wasn't any that enticed us. Prices were standard and service was decent. Came here with my brother and mom on the day of its grand opening and it was overall a great experience! We ordered a matcha mango milk tea, avocado mango milk tea, a black milk tea, and a popcorn chicken. All of the milk teas were regular sweetness and so yum! The flavors of the mangoes came through and the avocado in the avocado drink made it really creamy and smooth. The black milk tea was perfect in my opinion. One thing to note is that boba isn't really included, it has to be added. The popcorn chicken is not the typical basil popcorn chicken served at other boba shops, but is still super good and the chicken was moist and had a good coating. The menu has lots of drinks and snacks to choose from. We ordered the pink lady and avocado strawberry milk. The pink lady was very refreshing with aiyu jelly and real grapefruit bits and you can tell the tea is premium. I have never had a drink like the avocado strawberry pretty interesting combo! This place looked really cute inside, but it was a bit inaccessible because it's in a weird spot between two separate parking lots. When ordering, I was pleased to see they had a 10% off grand opening discount, and the kiosk was easy to navigate. The workers seemed like high schoolers and were kind enough so I have no complaints there. My biggest problem was the Avocado Mango Milk drink. I was excited to try it because I haven't seen many boba shops use avocado anymore. It was honestly the worst tasting drink I've ever gotten at a boba shop before. The mango tasted incredibly sour and the avocado was so entirely bitter. I wanted this drink to be so good and I was just so disappointed at how inedible it was.
