Excellent drinks! Loved the Alishan Oolong Tea and the Matcha Latte. Drink sizes are very generous and combined with the quality of the beverages, justifies the price point. Parking was super easy to find in the plaza it's located in. Their in-store menu is kind of hard to see, because one of them is on a far wall in the kitchen/employee area. Boba Bliss is one of the best boba spots I've ever been to. I got three drinks to try with my bf since we were in the area visiting. We got the Thai tea, jasmine milk tea, and mango sago. We decided to go with 100% sweet as the baseline for all the drinks. The jasmine milk tea was very good, similar to Molly tea. We also enjoyed the mango sago, I liked the mango smoothie a lot, but there was too much sago for my liking, I'll ask for less next time. The Thai tea was delicious, you can really taste the floral notes, but it was a bit too sweet. I would get half sweet on the green Thai tea. It was very busy, but there were a lot of workers so we got the drinks fast. There is a cashier and a kiosk to order from. It is a bit on the smaller side and has very limited sittings. It is loud so I wouldn't recommend this place as a study spot. read more

Putting a star down as the customer service I've the year I think went down. With the launch of their app, I order online and much is convenient and pick up in store. When it's busy inside it's hard to know here to pick up your drink . Right side is for ordering left side is order pick up. Know when you pick up your order, some sales associate will give you straws for your drink and others will not and you got to get it yourself. Example when in today and the people in front of me picked up their drink and the sales person gave them straws. When it came to me she just handed me my drink. Another update as it's been a while since I've reviewed Boba Bliss. I'm glad they're holding on strong and have stayed in this location! Whenever I'm in the San Ramon area, this is probably one of the places I would suggest for boba. Their drinks are pretty solid and have been fairly consistent. Ordering online has been quite easy and I can pay with Apple Pay through their Square Site. That's always a plus. The last time I went, all my drinks were basically ready even before it was said to be done which is nice. I got a nice solid cardboard box holder to bring my drinks to my friends. I got the brown sugar pearl latte and the boba was still pretty good (I haven't been really been able to chew through boba these days so I wanted to try it out here). Drink was creamy and hit the spot. It's a small spot with some seating but can get get pretty busy during peak times. I usually take my drink to go. If you're going to just get drinks, I highly suggest ordering online and then doing pick up so you don't have to wait. Definitely one of my go-to spots for boba in this area. read more

I like the consistency of their drinks that the flavor still tastes the same as when they first opened. I also like that you can buy physical gift cards so I can use them as gifts to friends. You would be surprised that after I walked in to check boba places around in tri valley, Boba Bliss has the best gift cards system since they use square. Many others don't even sell gift cards. I love giving Boba Bliss gift cards as gifts because no one can refuse their boba drinks! The music (noise) inside the cafe definitely needs to be adjusted. It is even hard to speak to someone in the cafe without yelling. The last few times I visited I realized their music volume is just way too loud. Maybe it's a tactic to get people to stay out of the shop and take the drink to go? It's getting to the point where the volume of the music is very unwelcoming. 4 stars means I will come back. I do like the strawberry milk bar that my kids get. It tasted like free strawberry purée and one of the few drinks they actually finished. Usually I like hojicha but I thought theirs was just ok and a little grainy. My husband got the pistachio matcha. I'm not a fan of the pistachio cream taste so it was just so so for me and I wouldn't order that if I were to come back. It was interesting because for all 3 drinks they used a different sized cup. The workers were not especially friendly and we mainly interacted with the kiosk. I do appreciate there was a menu on the side wall so people don't have to wait to get to the front of the line to decide what they want. They also didn't have napkins out so we forgot to ask and didn't have any when we needed it. For my hojicha drink I think I was suppose to lift up the tab instead of stab it in, so my fingers got dirty from trying to lift the tab. read more

Good amount of passion fruits with enough balance of tartness and sweet. 2nd visit. Tropical Passion drink, 25% sugar was bland and diluted. Barely any passion fruits. I can literally count how many passion seeds in my cup. Think lemonade but without the lemon juice. I walked up to the counter and asked if they give me 1 extra tablespoon of passion fruits. Their replied 'we don't do that'. I told them the drink is bland. I am not asking for a refund, I only need 1 tablespoon of passion fruits. Again, same replied. My friend noticed that I haven't touch my drink after 25 minutes and asked if everything was ok. I told her the drink is tasteless, more like a spa water. She told me her husband and daughter ordered the same drinks in the past and it was bland too. They provided feedback, but nothing happened, they no longer order the passion fruit drinks. She said I got lucky with my 1st visit. My friend then took the drink, walked up to the counter and asked for a replacement. They hesitated but my friend wasn't backing down.
