I'm seriously considering making Boba Bliss my new boba place of choice after I've been loyal to ShareTea and it's QQ Happy Family for years. Boba Bliss has a great selection, prices are still reasonable, and the boba are tasty and perfectly chewy every time. They use the sealing lids but their lids feel papery so they're easy to shove the straw in. I don't know if it's always that crowded, but I've noticed lots of people between 3:00-4:30. The wait isn't crazy long though. And those five or six young people working back there are hustling. You order from the kiosk to the right of the register. Would be nice if they had more than one kiosk but the place is small. A few small tables along the walls, nothing you'd really park and hang out at. read more

It's Friday night, we wanted boba and so did everyone else. Our wait time for pick up was 30 minutes out. When we arrived the line was out the door. First time ever trying or ordering from Boba Bliss. Reasonable prices, quality ingredients and not too sweet (even with the option REGULAR SWEET). I ordered the Natural Ube Taro Milk ($6.50) with honey boba ($0.85) less ice. There is no sugar adjustment. The natural flavors of taro and ube were the star. The drink was not too thick nor liquid thin, a perfect consistency and balance of flavors. My husband ordered the Brown Sugar Pearl Fresh Milk ($7.25). If you do not mix the drink, it tastes like milk. Combining the ingredients brought a brown sugar milk flavor. Even at regular sweet, it was not sweet at all. My husband likes sweet, our daughter enjoyed it greatly. I am not certain how the pickup works as there was no one at the pickup counter. We had to wait in the regular line to request our online order. This added to a wait time we were trying to avoid with ordering ahead. The drink options are pretty familiar with seasonal options like Golden Kumquat, Pistachio (matcha or jasmine) and fresh fruit mango paired with green tea. Definitely worth a visit. When it's busy inside it's hard to know here to pick up your drink . Right side is for ordering left side is order pick up. Know when you pick up your order, some sales associate will give you straws for your drink and others will not and you got to get it yourself. Example when in today and the people in front of me picked up their drink and the sales person gave them straws. When it came to me she just handed me my drink. Boba Bliss is one of the best boba spots I've ever been to. I got three drinks to try with my bf since we were in the area visiting. We got the Thai tea, jasmine milk tea, and mango sago. We decided to go with 100% sweet as the baseline for all the drinks. The jasmine milk tea was very good, similar to Molly tea. We also enjoyed the mango sago, I liked the mango smoothie a lot, but there was too much sago for my liking, I'll ask for less next time. The Thai tea was delicious, you can really taste the floral notes, but it was a bit too sweet. I would get half sweet on the green Thai tea. It was very busy, but there were a lot of workers so we got the drinks fast. There is a cashier and a kiosk to order from. It is a bit on the smaller side and has very limited sittings. Whenever I'm in the San Ramon area, this is probably one of the places I would suggest for boba. Their drinks are pretty solid and have been fairly consistent. Ordering online has been quite easy and I can pay with Apple Pay through their Square Site. That's always a plus. The last time I went, all my drinks were basically ready even before it was said to be done which is nice. I got a nice solid cardboard box holder to bring my drinks to my friends. I got the brown sugar pearl latte and the boba was still pretty good (I haven't been really been able to chew through boba these days so I wanted to try it out here). Drink was creamy and hit the spot. It's a small spot with some seating but can get get pretty busy during peak times. I usually take my drink to go. If you're going to just get drinks, I highly suggest ordering online and then doing pick up so you don't have to wait. Definitely one of my go-to spots for boba in this area. read more

I used to come here all the time with my family but today's customer service has been honestly disappointing I'm sad. When I realized that 4 people after me got their drinks I asked the front the status of my drink. She told me it's not ready and there was no explanation. She just turned around...got some food from Someone else and nothing else. I like the consistency of their drinks that the flavor still tastes the same as when they first opened. I also like that you can buy physical gift cards so I can use them as gifts to friends. You would be surprised that after I walked in to check boba places around in tri valley, Boba Bliss has the best gift cards system since they use square. Many others don't even sell gift cards. I love giving Boba Bliss gift cards as gifts because no one can refuse their boba drinks! The music (noise) inside the cafe definitely needs to be adjusted. It is even hard to speak to someone in the cafe without yelling. The last few times I visited I realized their music volume is just way too loud. Maybe it's a tactic to get people to stay out of the shop and take the drink to go? It's getting to the point where the volume of the music is very unwelcoming. Ever since they started expanding across the Bay, the quality and service have clearly taken a hit.
