Cute little boba/coffee/tea shop in NW Centennial Hills! I saw an instagram post, promoting buy 2, get 1 free on all cold drinks so we decided to try it out. They don't have a very large menu, which is nice bc it makes it easier to choose. Staff is friendly and they weren't busy so they were also pretty quick to get our drinks made. Tried a lychee black tea, which was delicious and perfectly sweet. A blended taro w/boba, which was also very nice, the boba is cooked as well, making it nice and chewy but not too sticky. A honeydew milk tea w/boba, which resembled a honeydew melona ice cream bar. They have a good amount of tables to sit and enjoy your drinks, they also offer wifi and board games to be enjoyed while you escape the heat for a bit. I walked in with 4 kids on a Saturday late afternoon. It wasn't busy, the two ladies greeted and took our order right then and there. Very attentive and helpful. They even were kind enough to switch out a drink my daughter did not like. We ordered 5 drinks and a dessert. Total came out to $45. Ouch! But nothing is cheap these days. There were board games and card games to play. A little disorganized and dirty but nonetheless still fun to keep entertained. The environment can be used to study or just have a nice boba date with. Mmmm I love this place, their pastries and tea are awesome. They are the closest thing to us in centennial hills comparable to china town. They tend to get busy after 5pm so parking gets complicated. I love the taro with boba and an eclair to accompany it every time I'm there. Cute place for a date or time to catch up with friends. My daughter has been wanting to come here forever. We finally stopped by on a Trader Joe's run. The interior is very nice. Its got a nice vibe. Small area with tables and seats. They also have some fun cheesecakes and desserts on the menu to choose from. I ordered the Vietnamese coffee with boba and my daughter ordered strawberry green tea with mango jelly. The coffee was very strong almost burnt tasting not very sweet. I couldnt finish it. The boba was also like jelly not firmer. Maybe it was way overcooked. That was prob the worst consistency of boba ive had. My daughter did not like the tea because it was very bitter and very strong. I tried it and agreed. It was not the greatest. It was a let down. Their drink here are amazing. They do get crowded sometimes but pretty quick for the most part. They have so many options. I love their slushy drinks and peach lychee tea. I love coming into this location because of how cool and cozy inside is! I love getting my drinks with the lychee coco jelly, so if boba isn't really for you I'd say give the lychee a try! The restaurant is beautifully set up and is very cozy. The staff is very helpful. The variety is great. But, I wasn't impressed with the food or drinks. I got the croffle (croissant waffle) and it was fresh but just okay. And, an oat milk/non dairy creamer jasmine tea with boba, and for whatever reason it did not sit well with my stomach. I want to make it clear that my tummy troubles might have just been a one off. I have a super sensitive stomach, but I include it because it's only fair to mention it. And our baby comes the chocolate sprinkle cake pop we got two of them for him lol he loved it. My hubby said he really loved the banana blended coffee drink he said it was better then the one we have at banana dang in California. I ordered a mango milk tea with coconut jelly. When I got it it was overly sweet took a few sips and couldn't anymore. I apologized and asked if it could be remade with half sugar. The guy that was making them said sure didn't ask questions or anything but the girl that took the order came out sassy and told for future reference the syrup seats in the bottom so you have to stir first which I smiled and said I know i just finished telling you I did that and it was still to sweet for my taste, but I'll keep it in mind thank you. She did say anything else it seemed like she got offended for just asking to be done again. I did not like her attitude and was out of line for saying what she said when I had just finished telling her I had stir the drink with the straw many times and it was still sweet. Decided to drop in and grab a drink after picking up dinner next door at Sweet Poke. To my sweet surprise, these two places have a partnership and you get a discount (I think 15% off) at Boba Master when you show your Sweet Poke receipt! I honestly don't remember what I tried the first time, but I remember not feeling very impressed. It felt pretty average and I didn't feel very compelled to come back. However, given the convenience to my location and the lack of solid boba spots in the Northwest area of Vegas, I ended up giving this place a second chance after a Trader Joe's trip. I was feeling adventurous the second time around and decided to try their Dragonfruit Black Tea with Aloe Vera because I'm not sure if I've ever had a dragonfruit tea before. It didn't taste bad. I actually kind of liked it, but it tasted just like cranberry juice to me. I didn't sense any kind of dragonfruit. Just cranberry juice with aloe. So good yes, but probably wouldn't get again. All things considered, including location / region, price, quality, etc, I don't think this place is the worse, but it definitely hasn't lived up to the reviews I've seen or my expectations. It's a small place with a very nice setup. I tried two different drinks on separate occasions; the pistachio tea and Thai tea; both were average but good. My first experience was uncomfortable. The manager, a guy, and a dark-haired girl was there. They made me feel like I asked too many questions when inquiring if they have sugar-free and non-dairy options. When the guy tried to communicate that my drink was to have less ice and sugar, the girl goes "I know." I received my drink with about a half inch of space. My second experience was similar. The same dark-haired girl was there, and another girl with platinum hair--she was kind and welcoming. I asked how many oz their large cup is and the dark haired girl goes "well, it's 700ml so..." there was a silence and then she goes "it's 24oz". Now maybe she was doing the math in her head (which in that case i'm super jealous)--considering her energy though, it just didn't go over well. Platinum hair turned to her to let her know my drink was to have less ice and she goes "I heard." For the second time, I received my drink with about a half inch of space. I was hesitant to sit down but I did, and then left after my drink was finished in about 4 sips. I'm trying my best to not stick to any negativity biases. There are other items on their menu that look good. With that, being that the drinks I had weren't originally delicious, I don't feel it's worth the money--the vibes being off, and receiving less of what I paid for certainly add to it not being worth it. When your staff is communicating with you, regardless if you heard it already, it's important that the customers see that because it shows attentiveness and also respect to your coworker(s). I understand that customer service is difficult, so I'm not tryna drag anyone. Wow! Wow! Wow! This place offers the best Hokkaido milk tea I've ever had. The best part of my experience was the Croffle Sandwich prosciutto and fig butter. Let me explain; I HATE croissants. However that was before I had croissant dough pressed into the shape of a waffle to form the "Croffle." I was absolutely blown away by how soft it was and the perfectly mixed with the saltiness of the prosciutto and the sweetness of the fig butter. The cashier recommended the Basil Tomato Croffle so I'll need to try that on my next visit. I highly recommend Boba Master. read more
