Super nice and friendly staff! Great vibes and fast service. Drinks are always super delicious

This used to be my favorite spot. The inside could use a little update but it's still a cute vibe. I went last night to pick up a drink it was okay. It wasn't as good as I remember it but the drink was still made well :) staff were super kind.

New location in the Albertsons shopping center. Boba has good smoothies, milk teas and they also have cheesecake desserts. It has claw machine games. $20 gets you 23 coins with that we were able to win nine plushies.

So happy to have a decent boba shop close by. Located on Craig/Tenaya in the Albertsons parking lot, close to Subway and the smoke shop. The menu is huge and everything we tried was good. Matcha Lavender, Taro, and Milk Tea, all with boba. The teas tasted fresh and drinks came out quickly. The young lady at the counter provided excellent service. Place is clean and there's a few places to sit. If you like claw machines, they have a TON. I would say due to the noise level of the machines, it's probably not an ideal place to study, unless you're on headphones. I will definitely be back.

Definitely a cute spot. I love boba and this place is the new standard. They have amazing desserts at the front too. I tried the mango tiramisu, it's to die for. It's a must get. I always grab green tea boba and the lychee dragon hit the spot. They have about 17 "catch u" claw machines and plenty of spots to lounge and hang out. I love that this spots right next to my nail spot. I'll be back

Great service and always clean! The drinks so far that I have ordered are always perfect and boba is always fresh and soft. We're lucky we live across the street and come here at least 3-4 times a week.

The claw machines are so fun and the rose matcha boba tea I ordered was one of the best ones I've ever tried.

The inside has a chic and trendy look, with casual indoor tables, and some themed merchandise for purchase. We were greeted immediately by the barista and she was able to take down our order as soon as we were ready. We decided to go with the Creme Brulee Coffee and a Matcha Royale - Strawberry milk tea. Both of our drinks came out pretty fast and they were so aesthetically pleasing! The Creme Brulee Coffee had a rich well-rounded flavor, that balanced so well with the frothy foam and crunchy crumbles. My husband said the matcha had a slightly earthy taste that paired perfectly with the sweet and fruity strawberry puree. Our drinks had just the right amount of sweetness and they were absolutely delicious. We would definitely come back to try out more of their menu items.

The menu is a huge screen so it's easy to see what they have. There was also a display case of pastries. We ordered 2 Guava Sunset drinks - pineapple marmalade, guava, and lemon. It's the best bubble tea drink I've ever had. It's interesting to note that 50% sweet is what they used to call their standard sweetness. I went with 25% and it was perfect. It just tasted like fruit without all the sugar. My cousin got hers 50% sweet and it had some sweetness, but not overpowering. I love that you can customize the sweetness and ice level, along with adding toppings. I can't wait to go back to try the ube Vietnamese iced coffee! If you download their app, you get $3 off your first purchase. You also get 2 golden spoons for every dollar spent. So basically, every $60, you get a $6 credit.

(This is not a bad thing, I can appreciate that they informed me. I understand that boba needs to be cooked and it takes time.) The overall feel of the store was dirty. The counter tops were dirty, the area where the napkins and straws are located was dirty. The touch screen that I ordered on was dirty as well. Lastly, the windows to the store were filthy as well. The over all feel of this location was dirty. The workers were drinking their drinks while making mine. That's a personal thing for me, I just don't think it's very sanitary, I can accept that other people may not mind it. Lastly, I ordered an iced green mango tea, I was then informed that this location did not have mango syrup available. So I got an iced green tea. Overall this experience was not great. It was dirty and they were out of syrup and boba was not available.

Not a huge deal though. This location looks great, clean and new, lots of space to park. Staff members were very friendly and outgoing. I like that they close later than other boba places in the area. Cashier was more than happy to help when I asked for his advice on sweetness level and whether which drinks would still be good if refrigerated at home for the next day. Taro ice blended with pudding - super sweet but good ice consistency - I got 80% sweet but will get 50% sweet or less next time. Honey lemonade - pretty sour and tastes just like a lemonade. Also for the Hokkaido milk tea, not bad, and the mango passion fruit tea we got 50% sweet but next time if we get it again, we'll try 30%. Even though we got 4 drinks, we do still plan to try other drinks off the menu until we find a favorite. With staff members providing great service and with the closer location, we look forward to becoming regulars here.

Anyways, We go in there this morning to place an order. They have a sign that says their card reader was down so you have to make an on line purchase if you need to use a card. BEHIND THAT SIGN was another sign saying they can't take bills over $20. With that being said we didn't see that sign. All I had was a $50 dollar bill. They gave me a nasty attitude about it. Didnt see it as a huge deal since my change would have been less then $25 I asked if they can make an exception since their machine was down and the "manager" who couldn't have been older then 17-18 years old couldn't even handle a conversation with me. It was like I was hurting his feelings for even asking. I did try downloading their app but after it requesting for me to change my settings on my iPhone just to be able to sign up it became more than frustrating! I will never go back there again.
