This was such a delightful find. You get to select your fresh and beautifully decorated dessert from a huge selection of premade non eatable displays. Everything there is delicious and beautiful. I bought a simple chocolate chip cookie that was warm and just plain delicious. The service is very good as well.

S E R V I C E: This place is tiny, but what's inside is a boho dream! Love the decor and the plants on the walls with cute seating. The person working was very sweet, and he described to us almost every item they had displayed. He knew the textures, ingredients, and if the teas had caffeine in it. F O O D: The buns were delicious. They have deals where if you buy 5, you get one free, etc etc. There were so many flavors that sounded delicious, I struggled to pick! I ended up getting their pistachio and strawberries and cream bun. The cream inside each bun was light and decadent at the same time. It was heaven! I also had one of the iced teas, and it was very refreshing! O V E R A L L: I'm glad my friend and I decided to come here instead of a regular ice cream place. Everything was delicious.

I was looking at similar donuts from another more popular spot, but the reviews on yelp led me to try blooming buns bakehouse and I couldn't be more impressed! I bought a dozen to surprise my husband on the morning of his birthday and he has not stopped talking about these donuts since! It's been about a week He tried a bite out of each of them and said he couldn't pick a favorite. Although I didn't get to try one, he is a very picky eater so I trust his judgement! The donuts were garnished beautifully and looked so good! I can't wait to try one for myself. The staff is very friendly and helped me pick the flavors/gave really good recommendations when I stopped by. Inside is also well decorated and bright. Even though the bakery is quite small, I remember seeing some seating inside as well. Needless to say, I will be back!

Cinnamon buns looked great although we didn't try one

As we headed into Vegas we had every intention to hit another more "viral" donut shop but despite the viral nature, the actual reviews were a little lackluster and I happened upon this spot accidentally.... Best decision ever to go here!! Blooming buns does a brioche style donut, as well as fancy topped cinnamon buns and fat special cookies. Something that intrigued me that I did not indulge and wish now I had- they have savory donuts! Maybe next time. As for what we did try- I had a milk and cereal donut and a crème brûlée donut, my daughter had a mango marscapone and strawberry cheesecake flavors. When you order them, you wait about 5 minutes because they're actually filling and setting up presentation as you order them, ensuring everything is super fresh. The donuts themselves were soft, pleasantly sweet without being overly so, and very obviously freshly baked. The fillings were DELICIOUS, my milk and cereal filling was a perfect subtle cream. No tickly teeth from overly sweet madness, this filling was perfection. The fruity pebbles trim added the perfect crunch and flavor kick. I really enjoyed it- but the real winner for me was the crème brûlée- it was *perfection* with the exact thin, shiny, toasted crunch you want on anything crème brûlée. My daughter was equally impressed with her donuts! The shop was in a pretty unassuming strip mall- don't let that fool you. You don't want to sleep on this spot if you enjoy a good donut once in a while!

Love Blooming Buns Bakehouse! If you're driving to or from Skye Canyon or Mt. Charleston, Blooming Buns Bakehouse (just off N95/11, above the 215) is a must-stop for a sweet treat. The moment you walk in, the friendly staff greets you with warm smiles, creating a welcoming vibe. Right now, they're running a fun Instagram campaign: shake your bonbon when you walk in the door, and you'll score a free OG Brionut! Tempting, but I'd never fall for it... or would I?

Love this place! I've been here a few times and honestly haven't had something I didn't enjoy. I usually pick up brionuts for the office - they're perfect for special occasions. I appreciate that their pastries are beautiful, but are not compromised in taste. They've added a few new items since my last visit and I'm excited to give them a try sometime. I wish I was able to try their Dubai chocolate items, but I wasn't able to this time around. It is always clean inside and the staff always courteous. You have to wait a little bit to get your items, but it is worth it as they're perfectly boxing up your items and not rushing through it at all. My only wish is that this place wasn't so far for me! I live in southern highlands so this is quite far, so I don't get to visit so often.

I tried Blooming Buns for the first time on my recent trip to Vegas this weekend and it did not disappoint. First, staff was super friendly and welcoming and explained their menu and item selections. The donuts were very fresh, fluffy, and just mouthwatering-delicious. They have a huge selection of yummy flavors like Dubai chocolate, pumpkin cheesecake, and hazelnut cheesecake. Every flavor we tried was amazing. The crème brûlée flavor was my favorite. It had a delicious brûlée custard on top and was filled with cream. So delicious. Their donuts were perfectly sweet and not overly sweet like donuts can be. This little donut shop is a gem in Vegas. It's very small but you can order ahead. They have just a couple of small tables inside. Their coffee is highly delicious too. I recommend the pumpkin spice latte. Yum!

Blooming buns bake house is super cute bakery. I love their display case. They have beignets, Dubai strawberry cups, banana pudding cookie butter cups, Ube cinnamon rolls. Ube Oatmilk drinks and coffee. The staff was super friendly and patient. I decided to give them a second try and enjoyed the drinks. The ube cinnamon roll was a 5/10.

I saw Blooming Buns scrolling through social media and made a quick decision to drive from Hendo to give them a go. These brioche style doughnuts beignets and the blueberry cinnamon roll are all delicious and the young lady up front was super helpful and walked me through plenty options. I also tried an iced matcha that didn't quite hit for me (not the best by far but not worst I've ever had either). There was a lot of matcha clumps from a whisk malfunctioning while it was made I guess. This place is pretty far too frequent but worth the trip for something creative and made in house.

Ube Cheesecake, Tiramisu, Strawberry Cheesecake, Caramel Apple, Dubai Chocolate and Mango Marscapone.

The service was amazing. The young lady who helped me at the counter was polite, knowledgeable and very personable. The ambiance is a cute boutique style and very clean. The food "bakery" is one of a kind with light airy Brionuts that sweetly put the cherry on top of my Mother's Day! I will definitely be back!

Love this place! The donuts are delicious. So many great flavors and lots of crème filling. The coffee was also good.

Yelp Review 2024 #177: The first time I've had anything from Blooming Buns was over 3 years ago. Blooming Buns has always been a solid choice for drinks and sweets. This review is for my visit this morning in comparison to my first ever visit. Before going to the gym, i decided I'd start my day here. I was the first customer of the day when they opened at 7am. I was expecting people waiting in line at the door because of their newest viral items: Dubai chocolate everything! That's what I came here to get. The gentleman behind the counter was super polite and chipper without being annoying - and I made sure I complimented him. That's the kind of vibe and customer service I need in my life especially that early on a Sunday morning. I failed to get his name though. I got their Dubai chocolate in brownie, brionut, crobun, and cookiebun versions...for research purposes, of course. I got excited to see they have Choco Coconut Cake doughnut which is a discontinued flavor that I used to love as a child (at a big-nameD Doughnut chain). I managed to earn a free item so, I got an ensaimada. The nice gentleman told me it would take a moment to prepare my order which I already expected from my several visits here. They only make small batches of things and finish prepping when you place your order in order for customers to get the best and freshest product possible. I'd rather wait than have subpar product quickly. After 10 minutes, my box of goodies was handed to me by their young chef. Let me focus on the chocolatey pistachio Dubai Chocolate treats, they're all 4-5 star worthy. I'll just rank them according to my most favorite and will keep ordering again and again: #1: Brionut - the softness of the brioche doughnut with the crunchy kataifi keeps your mouth guessing #2: Crobun - softer more dense than your typical croissant plus the crunch from the kataifi # 3: Cookiebun - a huge chocolate chip cookie topped with chocolate, pistachio cream sprinkled with chopped pistachios. #4: Brownie - you have to have a big mouth to be able to eat this like a sandwich or eat it with a fork. Pistachio butter and kataifi in the middle of 2 brownies drizzled with chocolate, pistachio cream sprinkled with pistachios. Should you not be able to finish all of these 4 Dubai chocolate treats, I suggest eating the brionut and Crobun first and save the Cookiebun and brownie for the next day as they're easier to reheat.

I'm from the generation of infomercials on TV and was a sucker that bought inflatable couches and pans at 11pm. If you don't know what that is, it's okay. But my husband and I walked in here and got like a full on live infomercial type of demo/explanation because it was our first time. I cannot recall his/her/their name but, you're a real one, my friend. Give him/her/they/them a promotion cuz that was a mouthful, 5-minute long explanation and I was left with no questions. That's rare. Either way, these buns are good. My husband blurted, "this is worth driving for," as he gobbled them up. I dunno about y'all gen Z folks, but I actually check prices of what I'm buying and when I saw on the iPad that the Dubai croissant was $13, I had to take it off the order. I don't got that "happiness" money. But I got the "joy" money to spend $40 on the other donuts that cost $6 each. Here's the highlights: Plain white beignet- 5/5 stars. Fresh out. Unbeatable. BEST beignet you'll ever have. In America. The apple donut was so good. They said it was whip cream only inside, but the caramel had spread and gave it a perfect flavored whipped cream. Shockingly the fan fave everything bagel donut was my least fave. Everything else was AMAZING. I wanna go back for the custard filling cuz I bet that's going to be real good. Or maybe I'll skip a meal this week so I can justify a $13 Dubai chocolate croissant next time...

We came here to try the viral mango mochi and mochi beignets. We were pleasantly surprised to see…read morethey had other food options as well and ended up also ordering a breakfast sandwich which turned out to be my favorite thing of all. There was ample seating with both indoor and outdoor options. We went early enough the weather was beautiful and opted for outdoor seating. There are some other popular spots that hug this location which offers some nice people watching time if that is something you enjoy. Service was quite fast, our coffee and drink orders came out in less than five minutes and food came out just as i was about halfway done my latte. And the latte was HEAVENLY, definitely made with that special ingredient of love. The breakfast sandwich was my absolute favorite. The mango mochi was pretty darn good and definitely lived up to the hype, i would return to get it again, but our mango wasnt as ripe as i would have preferred. I was a bit disappointed with the beignets as we thought we didn't realize they all came with matcha powder & the dipping sauces did not accompany our order so we unfortunately did not get to get the full experience. The beignets themselves were excellent though, crisped perfectly & the mochi interior was a delightful texture. We will definitely be back. They checked all the boxes & do everything really well.

Fast service by one cashier !! Matcha powdered beignets were so messy to eat but dipping each bite on the different flavored yuzu cream dipping sauce was worth the experience! Now the fresh chunk mango in the pillowy mash up mochi is out of this world!!!

Apparently they were unavailable and refunded, which is totally understandable. What was less understandable was discovering this only after arriving home. A quick heads-up would have been appreciated, as I likely would have ordered something else. Learning that part of my order had vanished only after unpacking everything felt less like customer service and more like a plot twist. Next, I ordered six lahmajoun meat pies. They were placed in a regular paper bag, which felt like an unusual choice. I've typically received them in pizza boxes or similar containers that keep them warm and prevent them from becoming a game of floppy food Tetris. Three were delicious, but all were cold by the time I got home, likely because they had no real protection or heat retention. Then came the shakshuka. Flavor-wise? Wonderful. Packaging-wise? It appears the container and the bakery box had creative differences. The shakshuka leaked through the container, through the paper bakery box, onto other containers, into the bag, onto my car, and, most tragically, onto my copy of A Scanner Darkly. By the time I got home, I wasn't sure what was food, what was packaging, and what was book. Philip K. Dick would have appreciated the reality distortion; I did not. Finally, the Bird Milk Roll was fantastic, and the fruit tart looks delicious (I'm saving it for later). Unfortunately, both desserts were placed together in the same bakery box and spent the ride home slowly introducing themselves to each other. By the time I opened the box, they were no longer separate desserts so much as participants in an unauthorized merger. Overall, the food itself showed a lot of promise. The flavors were there. The packaging and takeout process, however, created a domino effect of preventable problems. Separating delicate items, using sturdier containers, and not trying to fit an entire meal into one overworked bag would go a long way toward making the trip home as enjoyable as the food itself. I left hungry for pirozhki, cleaning shakshuka out of my car, mourning a Philip K. Dick novel, and wondering how a takeout order achieved such impressive levels of chaos. Hopefully this feedback helps, because the food deserves packaging that isn't actively working against it.
